Ordered a stove it took 3 months then it came in june the 14th I called August the 9th to check on it and it was there they was supposed call us when it come and they never callad

We needed a new washer and dryer so to Sears we went! Ryan was very helpful in explaining each model and the pros and cons of each. I appreciated his honesty and sincerity in finding which would work best for our family and budget. The delivery guys were quick to get the old units out and new units in. We purchased the Kenmore front loads and after one week and several loads, we are very happy with our purchase! Thanks Ryan and Maryville Sears!!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Fast repair and delivery services. Most Sears stores are just annoying with stores so dated it totally turns you off. They have a lot to offer. While most Sears are going under, this one seems to continue to go well. It’d be really bad if Maryville ever lost this shop. I appreciate how they don’t try to shove Sears financing down your throat like other locations do.

Took our chain saw in to have it repaired and after a month of having it they told us they ordered wrong part. After another month of keeping it we get it back and have other issues with it. Very disappointed in the customer service department as well as the quality of their work.

Sears Maryville people are nice and good people. They try to help you when they can. Sears service center is another story they dont care. Think that you dont have anything better to do then wait on them. Been trying to get my washer fixed thats under warranty for past 3 weeks. On thing after another with them. Now waiting on parts.when I call them I get treated like a p.o s. I have had it with Sears service dont know if I will shop with Sears again if this is how they treat customer. You would think with there money problems they would try to keep customers happy. No wonder they are closing stores and looseing money. Update Sears home care cancelled my appointment changed it to a week out. I call Maryville store they bent over backwards to help me. Service man was able to get here and worked over time to get it done. Thanks Sears Maryville!! Nice to know that you still care about customer satisfaction and understanding there needs.
