Ive always loved Harbor Freight. Great for that one off item. The Marysville location is a fairly newer one. Its pretty clean and organized and usually not long wait times in lines.

Great prices for cheap tools with 3 very inattentive clerks on my first Harbor Freight visit ever, and with no other customers present. With that, got the wrong kind of tool needed, but on returning them the next day that gal was efficient and apologetic.

Smokey point store is a great place. Very helpful. Burlington store has rude cashiers. Would not check to see if or when stock was coming in. Told me to come back the next day to see if there was any in stock.

Even as a woman this is a toy store for me. You can get some good deals through them. My new 20 Voyager storage case with stainless steel front for a new tool I got that no case is currently being made for it. $21.99 on sale and the last one on the shelf! Happy girl I am!!

Went in for a few items. Found a couple right away. Asked an employee where a couple items were, very helpful and friendly young lady. Cashier was knowledgeable about products and chatted with us briefly about our new hobby. Overall a wonderful experience!

I purchased a low, long reach floor jack today. Was also looking to purchase jack stands, however they have had several recalls for some of the jack stands. They didnt have jack stands in stock!

My favorite store. Ive had a very good experience with their tools. I dont understand people whining that they bought a tool that didnt last. I mean, its common sense. If you install metal roofing for a living, then a $25 power metal snips tool probably isnt going to be the best choice for you. But for the rest of us who need to cut corrugated metal once or twice a year - its a darn life saver! I dont want to spend $300 on a tool that I am going to use only occasionally.Harbor Freight now carries different levels of most things now, including some which are built for professional use.That being said, I have beat the heck out of my $15 grinder! Ive used it to cut up everything including a 1940s cast iron tub... and it still works flawlessly. So to the guys who insist on paying $150 for a Milwaukee grinder, I guess its kinda like a woman buying a Coach purse to make herself feel special. And some folks just have money to burn.

I always go in for something theyre having a good deal on and when I get there they never have it. Thats not their fault but its a clean store theyve always been very helpful and theyre close.

New harbor freight store featuring all the mid-range and below - tools and random hardware you could probably ask for. Nothing is too expensive. Again store is new - so its clean and tidy and shelves are stocked. Sales people are abundant and surprisingly polite. Plenty of parking at this old Albertsons.

Gotten quite a few tools here. Just about everything other than screwdriver bits have been great. The screwdriver bits do tend to wear out fast, but theyre fairly inexpensive. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Great place. Came looking for pneumatic tubing but worked out with couple hammers. Place wasnt very busy. Got greeted as soon as I entered the store. Lot of space between aisles to maintain 6ft distance .

Crazy day. Weel ago or so i go in here to grab couple breaker bars to do my cv axle. Before i even walked in i thought i should invest into air compressor. Well one the employees guided me start to finish while giving knowledge and advice the whole way. I even had great choices and price difference for each item. Kept in budget. And walked out happy. Got home and that damn machine got the job done!

Help is not terribly knowledgeable but always friendly. Tools range from being a great value to not worth owning.

Harbor Freight produces an odd mix of quality vs price that has to be considered on each and every item (even when it is the same brand or type of tool category.)Overall you can save 20-50% on some decent tools. If you dont know what other brands make similar tools I suggest doing a Google review against the price point and brands from other big box hardware stores. There are several active youtube vloggers who review A LOT of Harbor Freight brands and will generally help steer you in the right direction.This location has had mostly good customer service over 20+ visits and a few returns. One visit I would rate a 1 star, but that crew didnt stay long and I believe the store manager with it (sometimes bad hiring decisions go all the way to the top.)The store has been generally well kept and on about 10% of the visits were understocked on something I was looking for.If you are spending more than $100 I would always recommend the personal education and price shopping for quality. Many of the vloggers also tend to go into a description of getting a task done and will often give the high/low costs of the tools needed to get the job done.

I spend lota of time and$ in various locations around the area, never to the Marysville store. I was in a huge hurry and walked in with 5 other things on my mind but i coukdnt beleive theperfection levek organization and cleanliness of the whole store. Products were well lit. An employee collected part of my shopping list whike ankther sorted out an email issue so i could find the rest of my purchases. At the registers it was onbvious they were working as a team. After the sale an employee Ben i beleive helped me to my vehicle with heavier items. Turns out Ben was actually the store manager. Rare to see store Condition. Employee cohesiveness and still finding the time to help with things some might have said were not my job. There was another gentleman who was also exemplary sorry foe not catching your name. To the corporate or regional level decision makers - make yourselves look great and give Ben a few more stores. Go undercover and see for yourself - im sure youll realize how much more he coukd be helping your organization.

I purchased a 10 x 10 car canopy, not really big enough for a car but my 4 Yamahas fit nicely. Long story short, bad weather damaged the unit and Harbor Freight exchanged it quickly and without any hassles.My kind of store! They stand behind their products very well. IMHO one if the better companies out there.I used to solely buy Craftsman tools from Sears. Lowes took them over and with the problems returning life time warranty, Ive switched to Harbor Freight with absolutely no issues return my tools when they fail. Too bad and sorry I have soooo many Craftsman tools now, 3 large tool boxes full and a 16 foot wall. Harbor Freight tools are better in the long run.Goodbye Craftsman!

2/7 Evening shift - I just want to give a HUGE shout out to the Marysville Harbor freight! I purchased a 10 x 12 greenhouse in January and got about 80% finished when I realized I was missing one panel from the greenhouse door. I was told to call my local store for replacement, which is the Marysville store.The supervisor {I stupidly didn’t think to catch his name} and the sales clerk {Chris} could not have been kinder or more helpful! They just opened one of the greenhouse boxes and gave me the panel I needed without making a big deal out of it. It saved me having to wait weeks or even months to get one missing piece of plastic and I was able to go right back home and finish building the door of my greenhouse before nightfall. I was so shocked at how quickly they moved to help me without making me feel weird.I will be a forever customer!! Thanks, fellas for helping me!!

I have shopped H.F. over 30 years and can say the quality has come way up from the days of hit or miss and have better service like with many of their products than I have with currently offered name brand products. They do have a good return policy and offer extended service contractsResearch before you purchase any high end piece

After receiving an ad And a coupon for 15% off everything except things that were marked down for Black Friday I was told when I got there it was only for a single item not everything as the ad said I was I was furious My friend and I will think really hard before we shop at Harbor freight again so when they give you a coupon read the fine print before you get there and get a big surprise. The ad that was sent by emai said 15% of everything.

I love Harbor Freight Tools, but the Marysville location has me peeved right now. Its 7:45pm, the sign clearly says open until 8pm. But the doors are locked, and the employees inside are looking at me like I am the weird one....umm, last I checked, 7:45pm is before 8pm in my world.....who is the crazy one??? Moral of this story is, if you need to go to this location, make sure you are there before 7:45pm. The sign on the door is a lie, its all a conspiracy... A Harbor Freight Tools Conspiracy, and that my friend is the worse kind of conspiracy.

They not only have tools but I was surprised to find that they also have a small selection of toys and items for the home. Welcome to my new favorite location. I have waited years for your store to get closer to me. the only reason I dont give it a five-star, is because come on... We all know the tools are basically disposable. I usually use them in the instance where the job will pay for the tool the first time. And then usually plan on only using them once, that way anyting more is a bonus! But theyre great in a pinch

Its impossible to walk through that store without buying something, theres so many awesome deals and the aisles have great spacing(not too close together)

They are a mens toy store. My husband can spend hours here and they are so clean and bright with wide isles. It makes finding something you came for easy and is fun to just wander around. They also have awesome coupons and if you forgot them they have extras at the store. They always have what they say is on sale which I appreciate and we always stock up on the battery special.

Cashier chuckled when she said next and I told her I would wait for someone following the legal requirement to wear a mask. I have a son who had medial issues and if the mask prevents anything its worth all the arguing.It used to be illegal to spit on the sidewalk because it spread disease, but somehow wearing a mask to protect yourselves and others is an issue?

I love harbor freight! I get online coupons for free stuff and discounts. Recently spent 19 cents for razor knife and received a 5 dollar magnetic parts dish for free. Even if youre not a tool person,you can see that thats a great deal. Highly recommend for all tool persons.

My favorite store. Now, if I can just have one of everything Id be one happy camper! This location is the nicest one Ive been to. Its big. The aisles are wide. The have plenty of everything in stock if you go looking for it. The employees are knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
