Went in to parr lumber after hearing nothing but great thing about them. Come to find out the staff doesnt know the difference between 2x6 and 2x4. When I asked the front desk child Alexa how much it cost for 2x6 decking she told me they dont make that. I asked if they could special order it and she rudely snarked maybe. The professionalism at the front desk from her was not up to parr. She was rude and a little abbressive to be honest. I will not be going there for my companies remodel materials and i Will not be referring any of my customers to parr anymore. Nothing but unprofessionalism from the child in front.

Local business right in the heart of Marysville. I was looking for a wide variety of Trex and other composite deck products and Parr had fantastic examples of several different colors from 3 different companies. The price was amazing, about 20% cheaper than the big box stores and they were able to delivered my order about 2 weeks sooner than any other retailer. Highly recommended and if you’re in the market for anything composite deck related, I highly suggest you start here first, either online or in store

Didn’t care for the ladies at the front counters attitude, they spent to much time flirting with the other employees to help me out.

Weve used Parr a few times now and every time Im impressed with their service. Theyve definitely earned a customer for life. Between reasonable prices and great customer service and speed of delivery Parr is a win. Thanks for doing what you guys do.

They are okay. They dont greet you when you walk in or ask you if you have any questions. But they have lots of great supply.

Really dont know why people are giving them low review scores, these guys are awesome! improvement Im newer to larger home improvement tasks and these guys have helped me redo my deck, build a fence, and now a chicken coop. Always very patient and ready to answer my (dumb) questions. Only reason Id ever shop anywhere else is if it was something they didnt carry!

Called to get a quote for some decking, gentlemen that answered was less than helpful. I wanted to know what your company offers, since I cant seem to find a list of products online. Didnt seem to want our business. Irritated when asked to repeat the pricing, made a comment that I needed to catch it as he threw it. Taking business elsewhere.

Parr Lumber in Marysville provided me with excellent and friendly service. I ordered a load of lumber for a pergola and needed to replace some boards for cosmetic reasons. They allowed me to adjust my order and to hand select some of the boards in the yard and delivered them the same day. Everyone provided top notch support from the Manager, Tim, to Meaghan in Sales, to Jared in the yard, and Michael doing the deliviery. What a great team!

I would not recommend them at all. Your better off going to E&E and paying a higher price. We ordered decking and was specific of drop off date and where to drop it off. These idiots dropped off in driveway and a day earlier. Now I have to pack everything to my backyard and unable to use my own drive way until then. You would think when you spend over 5,000.00 with them for just one order they could follow directions and drop it off in the backyard on a Saturday rather than Friday in the middle of our driveway. Worst customer service ever. Going to buy my border elsewhere as well as anything regardless of deck related.

Im so happy with Parr Lumber! I first went to homedepot nightmare experience the staff treated me like I was a nuisance. I then followed that up by a visit to a actual lumber store in marysville l. I was told that I wanted too many cuts for my project. Getting more frustrated, I found Parr lumber 2 mins away, and they have my business from this day forward! All the staff was friendly, answered all my questions and was happy to help me! I will definitely be back in the future!

I am a weekly customer at Parr and their services are consistantly caring and professional. Even if there were better prices elsewhere, it would be difficult for me to shop anywhere else.
