Staff is amazing, Im always there 5days out of the week, they know my drink, they sometimes leave sweet positive note on my cup what makes my day 1000x better, I seriously love them! They make my morning better at 4am when I head to work.

To the coffee aficionado in sure Starbucks are great or at least good enough. I cant stand coffee. Its 5 stars because its clean and I like the breakfast sandwiches and tea. I also love how every Starbucks has that 20 something year old girl with the tattoos and nice hairstyle that greets me.

The worker Stephanie was really rude she literally shook her head no At us and had really bad attitude. I work in guest service and have the highest level of guest service. This used to be my favorite location. Starbucks should have rules to have manners and be polite to people. Stephanie must not like her job or just loves being rude to people.

My ultimate fav shop to buy my coffee at, Its closest to my house, however the staff are super nice and that makes so much of a difference for my coffee experience, the pay it forward is still alive and well today!

Sadly, I must give a one star, and vow not to visit this particular location again. The volume and type of mistakes occurring on a continuous basis have caused me to lose faith that this store will correctly fulfill my order. With my new job in place, I have been visiting this store, as it is on my route. A few days ago, I was served a cold brew made with bleach. The machine was not cleaned or rinsed properly, and there was a cleaning solution in my drink that smelled and tasted like chlorine. Not only could I not drink the beverage, but I became ill from testing it a few times. I spoke with Manager Tony, on the afternoon shift, about this morning mistake. He was apologetic. For the 16 years I have been a Starbucks customer, this has never happened at any other location. Two days later, I was served a pork sausage sandwich, rather than the Turkey bacon i ordered. I have a dietary restriction, and do not consume pork . Once again, no other Starbucks location has ever made this mistake. The employees do not seem particularly busy, and have been there long enough that inexcusable mistakes like these call into question what they are actually doing. If I was the employer, Id definitely rethink funding their college education and 401k. Poisoning a customer and serving pork to someone who does not eat pork in the same week is unacceptable. While Manager Tony was very nice, I have no faith that the problems in this store will be resolved. I am now going out of my way to avoid this location, which adds time to my commute, but it is better than the alternative. Going forward, I will be avoiding this store. I sure hope a manager can reign in these rogue employees. Making coffee with bleach is an extreme risk to my health, and there simply is no excuse for it. I hope they will start focusing on their jobs, and less on social time, or whatever else has got them so distracted . I visit all of the other Starbucks locations in Marysville and Arlington, and the employees at those stores are wonderful and friendly, and have never made these sort of mistakes. Im starting to feel it is intentional. I have never been anything but kind, and do not deserve this treatment. I have taken the message that my visits are not wanted, and am taking my business elsewhere.

I dont like how every time I order an iced coffee with flavor added they always leave out the sweetener eventhough I say I would like it in the coffee. Its really annoying. Today though I said with vanilla added and they repeated it back to me saying with no classic sweetener. I corrected them and said no, with sweetener and then they acted confused. How about keep everything in the drink unless otherwise specifically stated? Is that too much to ask?

This Starbucks is awesome. This is my daily place for coffee. The coffee is fantastic, the staff is very friendly, they are quick and the store is always clean.

Love this store. Never been inside due to always in a rush to get to my next stop, but always have/or will make the time to stop and get my coffee from here. The staff are consummate professionals with the warmest friendliest family relationships the moment they come on the intercom. I quickly give my order, they always ask if I want any food warmed and have everything ready the moment I reach the window. Even with a line of cars in the front of me, it never takes more than 3 or 4 minutes to get to the window, pay, get my purchase, thank everyone and be on my way. Thank you Starbucks for supporting your stores and staff.

They are always messing up my order, i don’t know why I keep going back. I’m VERY lactose intolerant so when I order drinks with soy milk, I expect there to be soy milk. This isn’t a lifestyle choice, it’s my body deciding it doesn’t like dairy anymore. I’ve decided never to go back, too many stomach aches caused by them. 🙄😡

It would be nice to give each individual employee their own rating. The cashier took 8 minutes to even acknowledge me at the window Im watching my drink get made and its done but yet shes working on other drinks that are behind me, the computer at the window wasnt working, fine, but when you tell me youll have my total at the window, I expect to have the total of what Im paying for before I hand over my card. Handing over my card without a total in turn made me a little grumpy but I kept my mouth shut and as Im driving away I get the most snarky loud have a nice day from my cashier. Your sarcasm was not well received

I try to be a fan, but Im just not. There are so many other amazing local places with better coffee. I go when i get a gift card, hoping 2 find a gem of a beverage. Im always left feeling a little disappointed. The details are good as I do love the app and preorder abilities. But, the base product just doesnt do it for me.

Bacon egg bites are amazing if you havent tried them you are definitely missing out. There Cold Brew coffee is my favorite, especially on hot days. Starbucks is definitely my Top Stop place for breakfast or just a pick me up, plus inside always a great atmosphere.

We ordered 2 flat whites. One was full to the top the was only half cup. Both were too milky. Like milk with few drops of coffee. Even after we complain and they put another espresso shot they were still too white. Not consistent with the same drink at other stores.

This newer style Starbucks has a very friendly team and store is laid out well. Comfortable sitting area and our drinks were prepared perfectly as always!

When in a rush and need caffine this is my go to. They have a drive through and they have really great fast service. The staff is always nice and give really great service!

Amazing consistency with their srink never lets me down

This is the only place where I have been able to get fresh brewed coffee. Every where else served espresso that was then deliberately watered down which did not even help me to fully wake up. Starbucks coffee has not ever let me down. You get what you pay for.

My car broke down at this location and I was stuck with a 2 year old for 5 hours. While I waited the ladies here were so helpful and sympathetic. They brought me iced tea and kept asking if there was anything they could do for me. I dont live in Marysville but if I did I would go out of my way to stop here. Thanks all you lovely ladies!

I love star bucks and for the most part every time I go to get coffee, the girls are fast and efficient but you have hired a new lady at your 116th store in Marysville WA 98270, she CAN NOT GET ORDERS RIGHT NOR IS SHE FAST SHE HAS MESSED UP MY ORDER ON 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, I DONT HAVE TIME TO WAIT FOR THEM TO BE FIX BECAUSE I USUALLY AM GOING TO WORK........I can see maybe one order being wrong but 3 and they where weeks apart, so as much as I love star bucks I will not be getting a coffee from your company again if she is working I will turn around and walk out .......Very sad about this Brenda

Wow...no clue what happened from the first time I visited, but if you want to feel disrespected and mistreated...come on over to this location.Came here on the 9th of February and happened to stay till closing. I didnt get to catch her name, but she is the brunette with a black shirt on. She was making comments, about my friends, to her coworker about why they were standing by the door like they are locked in...because they were waiting for me to grab my stuff and go. During the process, she was slamming chairs around and happened to catch my leg. No apologies or anything.I think Ill take my business to another location and meet people at a better spot...just as I am suggesting you do as well.

Stopped by about 6pm on the way from Sea-tac to Bellingham. The floor could have used a sweeping. Lots of trash on floor. Barista gave me a free scone though. Staff was friendly.

Store is currently closed for renovation. They are serving from a mobil unit now. We found the service is very prompt and cheerful. The extra sweet smiles made our day.

A homeless guy came in and was digging in garbage inside, then went outside and poured something in his cup then headed back in to use bathroom & came out with empty bottle & a cup he was hiding stuff under his sweater, didnt look good using the bathroom to use yuck! All I could say glad their was someone else that noticed him too! Workers didnt care it was like they didnt want to deal with him so they ignored him!

Physical limitations waiting for my mobile order and staff told me I could sit outside...on the curb! as the chairs inside and outside are not available. Guess I will take by business to Smokey Point where social distance seating is welcome, inside and out.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful. It was especially nice after having a bad experience a few minutes earlier at a car dealership.

Starbucks is neither the best or the cheapest coffee in Washington, but they still make a good drink. Although this location has indoor seating, it is not as comfortable as some other locations, and it does not really have any outdoor seating for those nice sunny days.

Worst drive-thru service! Mobile order and pick up inside if you want your drinks in a decent time. EVERY time I take a chance on the drive-thru, it delays me by a minimum of 15 minutes. I just waited 7 minutes in line and didnt move at all. Luckily I hadnt ordered yet and could leave the line to go patron another Starbucks that is run better. This store has the slowest service I have ever seen.

I went through the drive-thru and it was friendly and quick service. My latte was just as it should have been. The only problem with this location is a tight parking lot.
