I go here on a daily basis. I carefully constructed Mom and Pop with trusty consistent tasty food and beverage. Meander the menu, you cant go wrong.

Great customer service. We had a big order and they got it all to us in a short amount of time, with out one mistake. We stopped here because we didnt want to go to the big chain coffee shops, and we are glad we did. The food and the coffee were great.

Honestly way better than I expected. The bacon egg sandwich is just what you want in a bodega style breakfast and if you like sweet coffees they’re what you want

For the “First Time Ever” I experienced a snarky customer service female at this establishment!Sun Oct 3 at 2:30:I ordered a Root Beer Freeze/ Root Bear Skake from a redhead customer service person/ transferred me to another customer service gal with a very bad attitude! She kept saying that is a root beer float, I said yes but mixed up like a shake- Convo went back and forth with the semantics of “Root Bear Float vs Shake. I said her attitude was a bit.... she threatened with “The Right to Refuse Service” I said could I have a Root Beer Float blended? Please note I get this all the time at this location but not TODAY per her. I asked for her name which she refused to give me responding with”Why do you need to know!! I am a San Rafael business owner and extremely disappointed with her lack of customer service

This is a drive-through only place. I had the hot vietnamese coffee, which wasnt bad, but not great either. Not as strong/flavorful as what you get usually.

Java detour is fast convenient clean, good coffee . Just pull in place your order, no need to get out of your car and go inside and stand in line, the best drive thru cup of coffe

Drive thru coffee shop with 2 lanes. A little hut serves hot and cold coffee and non coffee drinks. They are really good. I recommend the pumpkin bread along with a vanilla latte or mocha. Can be served hot or cold. Both very good. I never wait long and the staff usually comes out to greet you and take your order. Leave tips, they are super friendly and drinks are worth it!

Their service is friendly, informative& accomodating as I was a wee bit overwhelmed with choices & the desire to try them all!😋 They also offer snacks like bagel dogs to vegetarian sandwhichs, drinks and snacks are competively priced. They are conviently located on a corner with two ways in and out. The Java Detour is worth taking a detour for a Smoothie or your favorite coffee concoction.💯☕🥭🥤

Very good blended drinks and breakfast foods! There are two drive through windows, so you get get there from either side! Very good service. They come out to the car to take your order if the line is longer, and its pretty much ready by the time you get to the window.

Quick Service, the coffee is surprisingly decent. If youre on a road trip this is fast and convenient. They have very interesting kinds of coffee combinations ranging from your simple espresso to a bunch of different mixed drinks like Mexican mochas & beyond from there. Some snacks to go as well.The staff was very pleasant.

Convenient and friendly. 4 stars because when I order a peppermint hot chocolate they forget the peppermint about 40% of the time but still charge me for it. Not sure of that is the case with other drinks but we still love them

Been coming here for years, always satisfied. Very occasionally they get overloaded and you have to wait for your turn at the window. But, when busy they will come outside first and take your order so you know your drink will be assembled quickly.

I LOVE this place and go multiple times a week. They have fresh smoothies, yummy breakfast sandwiches, and high quality coffee...all without having to get out of my car!

I sat for 5 minutes in my car for coffee and then they said they couldnt take my $50 bill. Ridiculous. Recently the workers here have also been very rude. Not even a thank you. Ive been going here for years. I even worked here years ago. I wont be going back.

Small drive through spot realizes all thats wrong with coffee in America. They have 0 drinks on the menu that dont have sugar and their coffee is subpar. If youre a coffee fan, do yourself a favor and dont go here.
