The girls there are always smiling and very welcoming, if its a bit busy they even come out to take your order so that its ready before you even get to the window. My coffee is always on point 👌🏼

I tried to get some coffee today at union coffee shop and was refused service without cause. But thats ok. The service is bad, the shop is dirty, coffee is only ok. This company is anti American and biased against veterans. Dont waste your money hear.

I asked for something to help pick me up and learned about white coffee. Im pretty sure they just dumped meth into the cup but I got what I asked for.

WOW! The girls are friendly and professional, especially Mackinize. I stop there pretty much every day before work and she greets me with a smile and some friendly chit chat. Great way to start the day. The coffee is one of the better ones I have had at a espresso stand. Drinks come out quick. Hardly any wait time, if any. I would recommend to everyone.

She was super helpful when I wanted a cold brew explaining what she could make me instead - and I love how much you can customize your drink here versus Starbucks! 16 oz Americano extra ice no water tiny bit of half and half and two pumps of whatever flavor I’m feelin’ that day - perfect!

Stopped by on a Sunday morning, Was informed they do not have just plain brewed coffee. Barista was nice enough when she offered me an americano. I really wanted just a cup of coffee, would have thought a coffee shop might have. Americano is not the same. Walked to burger king

Coffee is okay, no complaints there. The barista didnt ask how I was doing, didnt start a conversation with me. She completely ignored me as I waited in my car staring at my steering wheel. I am a barista at another stand, and if I didnt provide exceptional customer service I would be fired. Its not that hard to ask how someone is doing or have a little bit of small talk while they are making your coffee. I shouldnt have tipped her, but it wasnt busy so i felt obligated to. I felt unwelcome and will never return. That was disappointing.

Normally I like their coffee here, but on April 22nd @ 2pm we met the two most laziest baristas and got ripped off at the same time. They couldnt find the peanut butter flavoring for my yoguccino, had to pick another flavor (ok whatever), but they didnt fully blend it leaving huge half cube ice chunks in it. Then the two 20 oz hot mochas we ordered were 16 oz with an inch and a half of foam (not kidding, she dumped the thermometer in one of the drinks trying to get the last drop of nothing into the cup) . . . we asked for them to actually fill the cup, they added a half an inch of cold milk to each (thats right didnt steam it) and handed them back with major attitude, so now we had lukewarm coffee and still got overcharged 16 oz drinks because the rest was still foam. There was no excuse for such crappy customer service, there wasnt any other cars in line. Itll be awhile before I try this one again!

My regular drink is an americano and I when the barista informed me that when they make a 24 oz americano it only comes with 2 shots. I ordered an extra shot in mine but it still tasted watery. Please re-formulate your ratio of espresso to water in your americanos, and/or educate your baristas better.
