This is my favorite coffee shop in town! The service is always excellent!! The staff are extremely friendly with smiles on their faces. The coffee is always on point! My order is a little bit crazy and they always get it just right. I was having one of those days today but the service and the delicious taste of my coffee instantly perked me up! Yum yum yum yum yum!!! Is all I have to say! 😁... These are the freshest bagels that Ive ever had...... Im not exaggerating.... they are totally moist and soft and squishy even after toasted.... Its kind of hard to explain....anyway.... their texture is awesome! AND they have slices of cheddar cheese....(versus just american like most places).... And oh my goodness they make the most wonderful egg on bagel cheese sandwiches.... Almost as good as the ones that I make at home!! Oh my gosh they are sssoooooo good. I also like their hot chai and it is usually delicious. They can put whipped cream on it which makes it extra yummy! The staff is GREAT...supper friendly. I just wish I lived closer so that I could have it more often. I wish they would build more! 😊

Its literally just warm milk. This place has fallen so far downhill. The staff has no idea how to make coffee. No matter how you order it. It just taste like warm milk

Friendliest staff you will find! Frozen drinks do have a stronger coffee flavor than other major chains. Bragel breakfast sandwiches are very good.

My favorite go to coffee place. Even though it is drive thru they go the extra mile to make you feel how much they value you as a customer. Plus the coffee is pretty good too.

This is our first visit to Biggby Coffee & I am impressed! The sweet young lady who took our order was friendly & smiling. The drink menu was extensive & the coffee wasnt bitter. We ordered 3 coffee drinks & each one was delicious. I would love to say this is my new favorite coffee place, but we are just passing through. I do hope we come across more locations in our travels.

Pro tip, if you want to skip a line of 10 people waiting 15 to 20 minutes at the drive through go to the walk up window. Apparently they dont care and will serve you before everyone else. Coffees amazing but really? Thats just disrespectful to the people waiting but I guess if you get yours then its no big deal right?

Favorite coffee in Marysville, Lima and all over OH!! Ive been a fan for 6 years now. You have to try the Salted Caramel Sweet Cold Foam. Plus, cant go wrong with a fresh Bagel sandwich in the AM.Brandon and the Marysville OH franchise are awesome, we always chat, employees are positive and fun!!

First time trying this new place! We were very pleasantly surprised. Stag was super friendly and quick! We ordered a coffee and a sausage, egg and cheese on a French Toast bagel. OMG. Definitely our new favorite! The coffee was also great (way better than Starbucks) and we will definitely be back!!

My IT department gets coffee, sandwiches, and cookies from this location usually twice a week. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and all of our orders have been 100% spot on. Do keep in mind this is not a fast food stop, sometimes they have to take extra time to make large orders or certain items.

Absolutely best out coffee. After ditching big coffee ($tarbucks), it is nice to have an option. They pull their shots and have a great friendly staff.

Workers are all really nice and the coffee drinks are amazing. If you dont know what you want, just ask and they will give to great suggestions.

The people who worked here were super friendly! I didn’t feel rushed, got a few suggestions from the lady taking my order because I asked and had never visited before. The only reason for four stars is because I could hardly hear through the speaker. Maybe just having technical difficulties today as it sounded a bit scratchy, but overall very nice place to drive through for coffee!
