First off this place is horrible at professionalism and doing bizzness that don’t even finish there end of the paperwork and letting customers drive off with car loans not completed. I heard this place use to be good but there sinking lower with there inventory and customer service these guys are too stoned to do real business the right and professional way horrible experience never go here if you do you will be returning your cars soon with there shady in house warranties no good

Let me start off by saying I got a car off them and i had it not even a day the car was giving me problems and I had to have it towed back to them its been 3 days and i still havent heard anything back I put my only 1200 down on this vehicle and juan jr is telling me he cant refund my money or get me a rental and for me to come up with more for a down payment for another one are u fkn serious how can they do that as of today Im talking to my attorney to see what can be done legal wise because that is not right!! Who does that? Should of know by the looks of that place with there canibis club application sitting in the stack of papers on there desk!! Do not go here there horrible and never answer there phones or respond back bad costumer service

I made an appointment for 9am this morning to have my horn fixed which was not working the day of purchase which is a safety violation. I was asked to allow three hours to have it fixed.I took a bus home and didnt hear from them by noon. I called them for an uodate and left a message. Took a bus to check on my car. Found out they were too busy to fix it because they were working on a truck for the owner.Thanks for the great customer service.
