These guys have awesome customer service. I dropped off a vehicle for a recall of my door switch they had a loaner car ready for me. They got me a similar vehicle to what i dropped off and Im very pleased with it. I would definitely recommend these guys.
Roy Robinson is above the rest in car dealer experience. Whether buying a car or bringing in cars for maintenance, they always take great care of us. They even offer a free loaner car. You really can’t get any better than this dealership. This is the fourth car we’ve purchased through Roy Robinson Chevy of Marysville.

I had been a loyal customer of Roy Robinson for over 20yrs. Between purchasing multiple vehicles, auto repair, routine maintenance and even used their auto body. I had created not only a customer relationship with RR but knew staff on a first name basis. There were three things that kept me as a customer in a world full of choices. 1. LOANER cars for oil changes as someone works full time and single mother this not only was a convenience but necessary. 2. The staff was knowledgeable about my vehicles and repair shop hours. 3. Location of dealership for convenience. This has all changed. I’m someone who was in and out of this dealership roughly every 6-8 weeks as I said I have children (older) so I bring their cars in as well as mine. When I called to schedule a routine oil change on one of vehicles (that we of course purchased here) I was told of the buy out by Kendall. They have now taken away loaners for oil changes, no longer can you bring your vehicle in prior to 8am. He repeatedly told me “we have been bought out”. This not only annoyed me but disappointment me because I know that these types of business transactions should be seem less on the customer end. I ended up trying than to scheduled a routine maintenance on another vehicle (another one we had purchased here) because than they would allow a loaner car. This time they asked me what was needed to be done, I said I’m not sure I bought the vehicle brand new from you and you have ALL my records (should be right in front of you on the computer) he than told me he has none of those records except in a hard copy file and he would have to go look through all those to find out what was needed. This experience happened roughly 6-7wks ago. I didn’t bring my vehicles in, the whole phone call experience let me know where they stand with customer service and I’m now in the market to actually make another vehicle purchase. I’m writing this because I’m disappointed that I now have to find a new dealership to work with after 20yrs! I know I’m not the only as I’m a community member and have been hearing this from others as well.

Went for a oil change ask for oil change and wash. They wrote customer wants oil change and tires rotated. When I pick up my car and signed for it. Not before. I Was not happy about that I never asked for that. Please do not throw random stuff on my bill. My tires and sensors get serviced else where. You can not rotate them they are different sizes I would have never asked this. FYI customer was Great. service.

Peter Granath was our salesman for our Chevy Equinox purchase last week. For my husband and I, this was absolutely the best, most smoothest, stress free car purchase we have EVER had. Due to my husbands disabilities, it is hard for him to sit and stand for long lengths of time. We knew we wanted the Equinox and we asked if we could get the financing and everything all run through before we arrived so it wouldn’t take so long. Our last car purchase had us sitting at the dealership for 5 hours waiting for everything to be set up.Not only did they get everything pushed through at the dealership, but they actually delivered the car to our home, we signed the papers in our garage and they drove our trade in back to their dealership. We never had to go in and go through the hassle at the dealership. For our family, that was HUGE! The experience was so great and not nerve wracking at all. Peter was amazing and professional and kind, he even sent me off to work in my new car! I highly recommend Peter as your salesman as he is a no pressure, go the extra mile kind of guy, and also Roy Robinson Chevrolet!
Great service and dedication. Took 6 weeks to get into a 2021 Suburban, just because of low inventory from Covid-19 impacts. The sales staff made it happen. They found a vehicle, great finance options, zero down, easiest and fastest purchase we have ever made. The staff were awesome at every step in the process.
I used to come here when it was Roy Robinson…this is NOT them anymore and they made that clear today. I had an 8:30 am appointment for an oil change and diagnostic work. I waited until 1:50pm fed up they hadn’t even moved my car at all. Never coming back, luckily Chevrolet of Everett fit me in quickly for at least an oil change for a cheaper price too, they had me in and out within 40minutes.Don’t contact me, I do not like excuses about poor service or lack thereof.
Service has gone down hill! 2nd visit in 6 months for oil pressure. Was told have flakes in oil. Asked if they could work on it and get a loaner and was told we dont have room. Asked about driving it and told you can drive it but if check engine comes on, hear a noise or pressure drops to 0 to get it in! So basically drive it until it gets worse! WTH!
So this will be the 3rd vehicle purchase from Roys in the last 4 years. This time however it was a used car for my 20yo daughter. I couldnt have been more impressed with the care and service she received. I was letting her take the lead and just being the Dad in the background making sure she had some guidance and advice. Nick Buckles went above and beyond with his service and flexibility. Roys was VERY generous when it came to pricing and negotiating a sale price she could afford, also in understanding a young kids limited financial ability and credit. They were 100% transparent and never tried to oversell her the fluff when sitting in finance. They made her aware and offered her choices but NEVER pushed. This is why I have and will continue to do business with Roy,s Everyone from Todd Danner (the service manager) Nick Buckles in sales, Bob C the mechanic to the receptionist have always been top notch in my book and that is no easy feat. Its refreshing to feel valued as a customer in todays world.
My boyfriend bought a used truck here the other day. Everybody there was so helpful and we had an awesome no pressure experience. We left very happy. We called back today about a couple minor things we hadnt noticed and they were more than happy to help us out.

I’ve never owned a Subaru before but, after borrowing my mom’s Outback for a road trip, I was quite confident that was what I wanted. My mom referred me to Roy Robinson due to her positive experience and she made a great call.It was mildly busy Sunday and I worked with Ian Lugg (also my mom’s referral) who is an exceptional salesman; he was not pushy at all and after I told him an idea of what I wanted, he showed me the vehicles in that description and really respected my budget. One year ago I traded in my old car and bought a 2019 Equinox from Roy Robinson. A salesman named Ivan helped me with the trade in and told my husband and I that we did not have to do any paperwork to transfer the title for the old car. They assured us that we needed to do nothing with our trade in, they would handle everything at the dealership. Well, fast forward one year later, my husband and I get a phone call from the Everett police department because the car that I traded in was still in my name. The car was purchased by a lady from another dealership, and has been in my my name for the past year. I am extremely disappointed and upset by this experience and would urge others who are interested in trading in their vehicle here to be very very careful. Yesterday a sales manager confirmed that they should have taken care of everything there at the dealership. We are still waiting for a telephone call back to figured out what happened.

Moving overseas during a pandemic was probably one of the most challenging experiences I’ve ever faced. But one person made a portion of that move extremely easy for my husband and me. That person was Peter Granath. He went above and beyond for us. Just to give a few examples, he took our international calls (even though he later told me he thought it was spam at first! Thank goodness he picked up the phone!). He listened to our needs, never once put pressure on us, and worked diligently to get everything aligned before our arrival. He kept us informed while setting up all the paperwork. After landing in the states, Peter drove my car to my location since I had no way of getting around. Then he made another trip out to hand me my paperwork. He was very respectful of my personal preference for social distancing and masks. He walked me through my new Bolt ev’s features (since I’m new to the ev community) and he checked back with me the following day to see how everything was going. Extremely fair and helpful. I went to shoreline and Everett Chevy dealership and both wanted to charge a extra $140 to program a $120 replacement key. Roys awesome crew printed the programming directions so I could do it myself and only charged me the part/cut fee of $120. I drove from Edmonds to come here as they were fair and honest. I am extremely thankful for this location!!! Awesome job guys!!!!

I had been in the hunt for some time for a new truck. Unfortunately it has been a sellers market and no new trucks are to be found. I had some leads which led me to RRobinson in Marysville. I walked in and was greeted warmly by Kirby who made me feel at ease and struck me as a straight shooter. He is very knowledgeable and helped me find the used truck I was then comfortable in purchasing from them. Kirby then helped me understand the truck workings (these new trucks are like big computers!) and was responsive to my needs with great follow up. Hands down the best dealership in town!! We contacted the dealership via online and Ivan responded instantly. He answered all of our questions, he even offered to come in on his day off to show us our dream vehicle. Nonetheless, 24 hours later we drove home with our dream SUV. Ivan made the process quick and easy. The longest wait was for finance but we purchased a brand new 2021 Tahoe is 4 hours. I have gotten two cars from the dealership. The service people are great but the sales people are a little pushy and demanding. Only really problems I’ve had is with the girl at the front desk in the show room. Really rude and inconsiderate everytime I’ve talked to her and she refuses to add coupons so I’d try to go to the service desk before they close if you’re picking up a car after service and dropping off a loaner.

We just purchased a RAM Eco Diesel. Ivan was exceptional! from my very first call he was very helpful, answered all of my questions and most importantly allowed me to secure the vehicle over the phone. I have been looking for this model for over six months and Ivan was the first person that understood what I wanted and was willing to work with me from long distance!The paperwork and wait time was very quick efficient and we could not be happier. I will certainly send friends and family to Ivan should they need a vehicle.
Unfortunately the service department was unable to find out the problem with the ignition. Thats because it didnt falter once I got it into service, of course. However they did lube it and tested it numerous times. So far its continuing to function. I was told if it started acting up again to bring it back in. I also had an oil service that was just fine and ended up with a nice clean truck, inside and out. When I got I home my wife had a $25 gift card that I didnt take with me, bummer.
We have recommended many people to this dealership. No longer. This is our 4th attempt and trying to get our recall fixed. Each time no part. We make an appointment, come in and are told you don’t have it. Why couldn’t a call be placed to us before hand so we don’t drive all the way there or take the day off work. This last time we asked for a rental, we’re told no problem. When we showed up we were excited this was going to happen, the part was in. Met by the service guy who was very short and unprofessional. No rental. Sorry but we had very important dr appts today. He could care less. I understand you may be running low on cars, people aren’t returning them when they should but if you promise one then follow thru. Again, a call before we drive there, to say we are sorry we don’t have a rental car, would have been great. We could have planned for that. No, no customer service as usual. Thankfully, a call to Brent Casteano, helped with magically getting a car flipped and out the door so we could get to Chemo.I know businesses run into problems but what you don’t think about is the trickle down affect. You are not customer oriented. We have had numerous issues with this dealership. Brent is the only reason we continued to recommend and come back. Now that he is at Subaru, we no longer have a reason.
Wow, talk about going above and beyond for a client. I recently worked with Gus Bacca, Kirby Hoskinson & Dok Chang on a purchase and they were great at taking a not so easy situation and not giving up until they were able to finish my deal for me. I was anxious about coming in to get my oil changed due to COVID-19. The dealership had safety protocols set up that made me feel very safe. Todd Danner was very helpful. They even washed my car for me! Such a relief.
When I dropped off my truck and told them about the issues they took charge. Even though it was a Sunday they allowed me to drop off my truck and put me in a loaner car. Fantastic service. Fixed the issue and I had my truck back Tuesday.

I brought a used 2010 GMC suv from this dealership. My salesperson was a sweet gal named Jennessy. The manager offered me fair price for my trade-in despite my car having negative equity. Financial side was a brisk and the finance manager explained every lines within the contracts in great detail. No pressure and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Adam Tinsley is awesome! I have had some awful experiences buying vehicles in the past so I shared that with him from the beginning. He was professional and really nice guy the whole time. I told him I needed to feel really good about my purchase or I wouldnt be interested. The first day he couldnt find us our perfect truck but we felt good about him so we left giving him our info and said give us a call when you find our truck. Four hours later, he was still gracious in answering all my questions. I bought my chevy colorado 2021 from roy robinson chevrolet, Dunia was great he contacted me right away about the truck i was interested in. I drove for 45 min to get to the dealership and Dunia was there outside waiting for me with the truck ready. I really recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience purchasing my dream car at Roy Robinson. I searched the internet and found an awesome car at Roy’s. I have purchased cars from Roy’s in the 80’s and 90’s. I called and made a deal with Chevrolet salesman Peter Granath. Not much haggling was required to get a good deal. I flew in from out of state; Peter picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership. He even waited at the bank for me to get my check. That is hours of effort… I was struck by how smooth the transaction was and was impressed with how helpful Peter was with the purchase. I would buy at Roy Robinson Chevrolet again. There were no surprises. The deal was the same as what we negotiated over the phone. You can trust what they say, and Peter Granath is the salesman you want!
This is my 3rd purchase from Roy Robinson Chevrolet and all 3 purchases have been through Nick Buckles. I did not know Nick before ever going to Roy Robinson but he has made me a life long customer ! This dealership doesnt play the game you go through at every other dealership - Roy Robinson gives you their best offer right up front. They treat you better than family. The quality of their vehicles surpasses my expectations and very fair pricing. I just love this place, both my wife and I.
