Love this Place! I bought my Brand New Honda Civic Hatchback EX there last year on Halloween. I just got my First Oil change done there today. Ive got 1240 miles on the Car. They sent me a Video of what they did under the Car. It was really cool. They had a deal to do a Synthetic Oil change and rotate the Tires for $50. Thats what they did. They topped off all the fluids and checked a bunch of things. They washed it too! The Car has a clean bill of health. Im really happy I went there. Ill definitely be going there for any service needs I have. Great people working there as well. Kelly Kramer was my Service manager and she was very helpful and nice as can be.
Apparently they cant afford to pay somebody to answer the phone. Was on the revolving Your estimated wait time was 2 minutes . This went on for 25 minutes. Just hung up and called somebody else. The need to act more professional.
Ive waited to post anything because I was very disappointed in what occurred. I own a hybrid, so that makes things pricier. Go figure.My car needed a B-1-4 maintenance. It has over 100k. So its a major maintenance.I dropped my car off the evening before, and I think my mechanic rushed through his tasks to get the car ready by 6 p.m.Right as I drove out onto the road, my car made some rather unusual noises. I took it back immediately. A vacuum hose was not installed properly. Another mechanic fixed that.Then I drive away again. Even more noise thats unusual. By this time, its near closing time, so I waited to return my car the very next day.Luckily, I borrowed my daughters car so I could get to work. That was a Friday.My husband talks to our service leader, and we were provided a loaner since I guess the master mechanic who originally did such a poor job is the one required to fix it and he doesnt work on the weekend.Super inconvenient for me to use their loaner since their rules are no pets allowed in the car.Monday is when it was determined that the mechanic had dropped a socket into the splash guard area of the car which caused all the noise in my car.They offered $100 off my next service. Im rather leery. I expected to get what I paid for timely and correctly. $100 and a loaner doesnt really make it all A-okay.I dont know what else to say about it. I am just disappointed overall.
They were very friendly. Very informative . Did a great job. . They have a great place to sit and wait. They got done sooner than I thought. Picked my car up . Ran like I first got it.
Had an oil change appointment scheduled for 2:15pm. Didnβt leave till just about 3:45 pm. I scheduled an appointment so there wouldnβt be a long wait but there I was still waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Last time I went for an oil change without an appointment it was a 2 hour wait! It should never be like that for just an oil change! Definitely not an Express service.

I was CERTAIN they were going to tell me I needed a whole new transmission. I was incredibly pleasantly surprised when they called and said that they found a leak caused by a bad seal. Replaced the seal and on the way. Not even $200 when I was expecting thousands. Honesty and integrity are GREATLY appreciated!
I actually went there because somebody told me that they give away used tires and you can go there and pick through and see if they have what you need. Its definitely true and some of the tires or and pretty good shape of course theyre free and used so dont get your hopes too high, but definitely something to hold you over until I can afford to get some new ones for myself. Everybody there was super nice pointed me in the right direction hold on. Honestly Marysville has got it goin on
Prices can certainly be a bit high, but I feel they do thorough and quality work. Our cars are staying in good shape. Added plus when you get a free car wash too. Also, you can schedule appointments online.
Service performed but when i asked questions to get clarity about a few items I was basically dismissed, thanked, and they kind of shooed meet out the door. Will be calling management to discuss. Felt handled and like no one cared to really assist with concerns.

Received my car back with scratches after they had my car for almost 2 months. I had to consistently email them asking about status of my car when they should of been diligent on updating me while they had my car for that long. The weird part was when I was checking out the cashier had no part in communicating with me and just said βsignβ and when I asked her what Iβm signing she sighed and said βfrom insuranceβ Ok.... no other info.. didnβt want to ask anymore questions because I didnβt want to inconvenience her anymore! I came to Honda Marysville for top notch service and unfortunately walked out with disappointment.
The employees were nice, and the waiting room is nice, but hardly anybody was wearing masks, and it was crowded. I would not go back.
Ive worked with Ethan and Chris in the service department and they are both fantastic! I love the text feature and how they can send a diagnostic video right to my phone. Ive never felt taken advantage of here. Everyone is professional, kind, and trustworthy. I live an hour away and they are worth the drive!!!
Check-in went quick, still using paper instead of notepad/ipad. A1 maint took a little less than 1 hr. Friendly.
This place always takes care of me. If there are any issues or mess ups on their part they take care of it. They are always top notch service and care.
Our car was scheduled for service today, so we dropped it off late yesterday (5:00pm). Before the night was over we received a call the car was done. I wasnt expecting it until later today. This was excellent service and I was happy to have it done sooner. It helped us out with our running around. Thanks Chris Cormany our Service Manager at Honda Marysville.

Feb 8, 2021Service Advisor, Kelly was polite and kind, easy to discuss our problems with. Our 2019 Accord had an oil leak and Technician Addison found the leak and fixed it while we waited. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

I bought a car in winter and found out the AC didnt work. Not only did they help me, they kept in constant contact, dealt with warranties and other paperwork for me, and one point provided a free rental so I wouldnt be in discomfort. The service I received was absolutely outstanding. I live in Columbus and am more than willing to drive 30 minutes for quality care! Big fan of Honda and even bigger fan of Marysville.

I purchased a used Odyssey, with a warranty, out of state. I came to the dealership and spoke with Ethan, the service writer. The problem was diagnosed quickly, fuel injectors and pipes were replaced, the car was washed and returned to me in a timely fashion. Ethan answered all of my questions. The Service center has a comfortable waiting area, snacks and drinks were free with more variety available for purchase. All around, a perfect experience.

Honda Marysville Service is on top of their game. I used to patronize the shop in Westerville, but Marysville had seized the trophy for best Honda service in Ohio. They are fast, fairly priced, accurate and honest.

Quick, prompt service, with honest diagnostics. Their prices can be high, but they get the job done well, and have done good work on my 2006 Civic Hybrid with 400k+ miles.

I brought my wifes van in for service, and the service is great, but they unlatched one of our carseats and didnt put it back in properly and didnt let anyone know. I happened to notice the seatbelt looked loose when putting my child in. Make sure to check your car seats if you go here since they apparently dont care about safety

This place is great. I cannot say enough great things about their service center and the customer service. From top to bottom most of my dealings where was the manager. Our car was wrecked and I was going to take two weeks he was able to get us a rental car are the exact same make and model and same year because we were on our way to the Grand Canyon when the car got hit. Once we got back we picked up our car I started to have issues with it with a power window going up and down the manager was nice enough to stay until 8 at night and fix it for free great place great people great customer service.
Great service but it does not come cheap. Hondas are worth the investment and care they need and I trust this dealership to deal truthfully.
