Not the very best service that I have ever received. They werent real busy, maybe because I was from out of town and Covid (social distance).

I love this store. They carry everything, and there employees are very knowledgeable.

The cashier shorted me change. I just let him keep it because he seemed younger and I was in a rush but he shorted me and I think thats a stain on his integrity.

I absolutely love the Hardware Store! It is an old-time hardware store that has everything, friendly staff, and resident friendly cats!! If you want to avoid the big hardware store crowds this is the place to go!

I like to shop here, its a fun local business but I cant give it a higher score because of how cluttered it is. Due to how its laid out, it isnt really handicapped accessible at all and you couldnt get a walker or wheelchair through. Often times it isnt even adult accessible if someone has stopped to look at a product! Its just overstuffed, which is a good and bad thing depending on how you look at it. Some of the layout is confusing as well, so I just ask someone for what I want to save time. That said, I love supporting local business and certainly would encourage people to shop here.

Better than Lowes and other big box stores. Need more people to shop at stores like the hardware store before you wont be able too, because if we dont we will only have Walmart to decide what we need.

Bought my first ton of pellets here, everyone raves about this place. The Hallmark pellets I bought are junk! Can’t use any setting on the stove but full blast and they don’t put out much heat. I’ve bought five bags from Home Depot and they are working amazing! I also had them deliver by the guy Jeff. That was a pain the first time to begin with. I asked around to see if the place had better pellets and was told to get a specific kind. I text Jeff to set up a time to deliver. Never head back from him. These people don’t care if you die cold and hungry, all they care about is making money! They don’t post the price of pellets or even want to talk to you about them. Just buy some and try them out is their go to response! It’s bad when you go to Home Depot and get treated better than a mom and pops store! I’ve always tried supporting places like this rather than the Walmart’s of the world, but I’ll stay far away from this place. So should you!

Older man who I believe is the owner is not very friendly when he assists you and he was not wearing a mask in the store. I will be sure to continue to shop in Home Depo they are always friendly to me.

The most nasty people ever put on earth. If you have a question forget about it. When they check you out they act like they are doing you a favor. I would travel miles to avoid this place.

Youll receive a different experience when you visit this hardware store The staff is very friendly willing to help willing to walk you to the aisle and find your item and to give you options for that particular item if there is some been coming here for a couple years now at least five five and Im glad that they are in the locations they are saves me from going to Lowes or home Depot they might cost 3% more if that but well worth a visit

Love it. Always has what I need and plenty of stuff to browse at. I usually buy some other things than just what I needed. Prices a little higher but worth it to me as it is closer to where I live than Lowes. They helped me pick out a new shovel for my husband. He loves it!

They very polite. Assist courtesly when you cant locate an item, put things in car for you. Ive dealt there for years.

Kinda cluttered and unorganized but some items are good deals. I did see a 4 pack of TP for $10. Not sure why... its not Spring 2020.

Love this store and the people in it. Its my go to hardware store. You just cant get this kind of service at a big box store. (Lowes) Plus, the lady at the counter always has a treat for my dog.

Pricer than the big boxes, but they have tons more choices in hardware hinges, nuts and bolts. They also have a staff that actually helps you! Friendly and professional. If you need canning supplies stop here!

You can easily lose 30 minutes of your day just wandering around in awe. Lots of really cool old school and new tools available. Tools and supplies that you cant get at the big chain stores. Would recommend a visit just for the experience. Two thumbs up to the owners and their staff.

Why doesnt everyone go here? They got all the big-box places beat: home improvement, plumbing, hardware, houseware, farm needs ... they have everything, and at good prices too!

I love supporting smaller Mom and Pop places over big box stores but sometimes the selection is lacking. Not the case here. Went in looking for very specific electronic timing devices, gardening supplies, and a plumbing piece and with the help of a friendly and informative worker found everything I needed at fair prices. I had a planting question which was honestly answered with an Im not sure but XYZ is our expert and she will be back at this time. Appreciate the down home service and will continue to make this our first stop for home and garden projects.

Its an awesome hardware store...if youre rich. They have anything and everything, but youll be paying a LOT more than at Walmart or Lowes. Im all about small private businesses, but prices like these, only the wealthy can afford to contribute.

I ALWAYS get my pellets here. Simply hands-down the best place for pellets in the area. Hamers, Turmans, plus several other manufacturers that arent worth mentioning here ;)
