Purchased ATLAS electric mover from this location yesterday and had a great experience. Logan an employee of Harbor Freight helped me load into truck and also shared his review of the mower that he also had as well.Used today and before mowing had a question regarding the mower. Luckily Logan answered the phone and knew exactly how to answer my question with no hesitation what so ever. The mower works great and is just as powerful as a gas mower which I have used my whole life until now. it also held charge the time allotted as advertised.Overall it was a great experience!

Prior to the end of the mask mandate in WV, this was not here. Now that WV ended the mask mandate this huge sign shows up at the entrance... When the mandate ended i stopped carrying a mask. Wanna play politics ? Lose a loyal customer HF... For those interested, Lowes in Martinsburg isnt requiring masks .

They do not stand on there word.. tell you 1 thing on phone another thing in person liars liars...go to lowes or home depot. They just didnt feel like doing it. The phone conversation who ever he called told me that...3 screws is all to get peice he acted like it was going take all night...30 min ride to get lied to in person... They only getting 1 srar because you have to

Best tool rental place ever. They done rent, thats the joke. Some tools are a great deal some are a one day use before they die or fall apart.

Customer service, in store, was excellent. Found what I was looking for, quick polite conversation, they even helped me take it to the truck.

New store located in Martinsburg, WV makes it convenient since I live close by. Store is very nice and like always they have good deals on items. Download the app to get a bunch of coupons. Picked up angle grinder, wire brush and grinder wheel under $20. I used coupon on grinder plus %20 off. Staff are friendly and will answer any of your questions. Would recommend.

I have shopped Harbor Freight numerous times and have found that although the prices are usually low, the quality of some items is reflected in the pricing. There are only certain items that I will buy from this business.They do, however, seem to honor their warranties with little to no hassle.

Ive been wary of the merchandise but what Ive bought from there has been very good so far and have paid for their cost.

The item we came for ...they said there was 3 in stock went to the back to get it waited 10 minutes for them to tell me they dont have it I can call tomorrow and see if it comes in...we decided to go back and get the smaller storage unit and and they said they where closed for the night when the sign says they close at 8 it was 7 other then that staff was friendly great finds great prices
