Fantastic service and communication from Mark. I feel like they really could have charged more for the thorough inspection that they do, but it is included in the price of an oil change,,,, AND tire rotation was included. Literally, I saved about $75 over where I have gone before and walked away with solid information and assurance of my cars good condition. They explained the tire wear pattern and didnt try to force a tire sale on me, but gave me options and to think about.Oh and major bonus: the internet there was great. so, I just sat there in the comfortable waiting area and took my business calls.

Got four tires in May with alignment - was really impressed by the service and price. Paid for the hazard coverage which came in handy, both front and rear driver side tires blew out due to debris in the road... only paid a fraction of the cost for two new tires! Hadian and the team have gone over and above to make sure Im a happy customer. Theyll treat you with respect and are very friendly.

Got a nail in my tire and spent 2hours at Les Schwab down the street waiting for it to be fixed.They told me it would only take one hour and they would get me on my way since I had an appointment to make. My appointment time came and went and they still hadn’t even looked at my vehicle.In my frustration I collected my keys and drove 100yards down the road here to Tire Choice where they took care of me immediately and for a far better deal!I know where I will be going for my tire service in the future

This is a great shop. I blew out a tire on my truck and gave them a call to see if they had the tire in stock. They didnt have the exact tire in stock but they were able to order it. The tire arrived early the next day and they got it on the truck within 30 min of me dropping it off.A great local business.

Possible issue (nail in tread) with tire on wifes car so priority to repair. Checked options and local shop - this Tire Choice - had prices as good as any around in event it was time to replace tires as well as get repair. Had tires checked by Jeff who advised that they were still in fine shape and he and his team repaired the tire with the nail. Good work, nice staff and efficient operation, and clean and open waiting area. Will be getting next set of tires here.

Now I’m no mechanic but usually when the low tire pressure light comes on I can fill my tires up with air at a gas station, but for whatever reason I couldn’t get air into my front right tire. I tried a couple different gas stations and the nozzle on my tire didn’t look damaged, but all I ended up doing was letting air out of my already low pressure tire. Flustered, I went to this Tire Choice Auto Service Center and an awesome guy named Rodney checked out my tires and filled them with air no problem and no charge. I know you’re dying to know, but we still don’t know why I couldn’t fill up my one tire myself at the gas station, but Rodney didnt have any trouble with it, and now it’s one less thing I have to worry about. Highly recommend this Tire Choice Auto Service Center.

My husband usually handles the services on all our cars, but I wanted to surprise him by getting him some new tires for a truck he has been restoring. I was nervous, not knowing what type of tires he would need or if they would even be the right fit.Robert Kline is the manager that working when I stopped by Tire Choice in Martinez and he is outstanding!Robert took the time to looked at some pictures I have of the truck and he looked at the wheels recently purchased. Robert showed me several different options, he showed me a variety tires, put together different sizes and protection packages so I could compare my options. Tires are expensive. Period. But at Tire Choice, they work with you to get the best possible price so you dont break the bank. Talk to Mike. He is the man. Called them up on a whim searching for some 35/12.5R-20 tires for my Tundra. He checked the system and they didnt have any. But....then he remembered he ordered some Toyo Open Country AT2 in that size a couple of months ago for someone. They never picked them up. My luck! We discussed price and they were a little out of the range I was hoping to pay. With that size tire, the cost is immense. Mike, however, being the great guy he is, worked with me to get the price within my budget. I headed to the shop. Very impressed with how clean the place is. Even better is the service and friendliness of the guys there. Two hours later I drove off a happy customer that we give repeat business. I suggest you head down there as well. Talk to Mike!UPDATE.Less than a week after getting the new tires, the tire pressure monitor began blinking and then staying steady. This indicated a failure in the monitoring system. I was disappointed because I feel that maybe the sensors were damaged when the tires were changed. I took the truck back to Tire Choice to find out Mike is no longer there (bummer). Stewart helped though. We scanned the sensors and found the two front tires were not getting a reading. I called Toyota to find out cost. $470. Tire choice said they would replace them for $270. So they ordered them. Hot a call the next day they were in. Went down on a break and in about 75 mins. they installed the new sensors and programmed them. So far so good after that.

Just wanted to share.My daughter was complaining to me she had a leaking tire on her car. She had to work, it was a Sunday. I took her car here because i service my car here and they are open on Sundays. I told the service manager the issue and that i would pick up the car when it was repaired. The manager called me shortly and stated they checked all tires no leaks detected anywhere. Car was ready. I returned back with my daughter. Service manager stated they inspected all tires and inflated them all to recommenced tire pressure. When we attempted to pay, he stated no charge for inspection. My daughter and i appreciated the gesture and service. I wish i could remember the service managers name. Professional and courteous person.

So my experience here at Tire Choice,was pretty impressive.My engine light came on not aware of what this could be.So on my lunch break the day before I came to Tire Choice in Martinez on Alhambra Ave and spoke to Robert Klein about this issue.He immediately explained to me that the engine light,is a great indicator that my car will need to have some Diagnostics completed in order to find out what the problem was with the car.So he made me an appointment the following day (Saturdays) one of their busiest work days I am sure for them.Once the car was completed with all I needed including new tires I have to say Customer Service was excellent and I will return if my vehicle needs servicing. I’ve been here two times now - once with an electrical issue that Robert was not able to fix in the shop but made an excellent recommendation and I replaced the part myself which work. The second time was on my lunch break and had a flat - with a busy schedule ahead of them the guys worked fast to get me back to work ASAP. This is my first time coming here for service. I knew my inherited 47 year old classic car had not had any service if at all in many years. It needed some major work and I wondered if they would regret taking it on. I could not afford going to a dealership and had not much success doing that in the past.Although it represented many challenges, the service manager, Robert Kline said, He likes a good challenge All I can say is They succeeded in every way!! Im very happy with the service I received. Robert not only found my hard to find parts he was able to keep cost within my budget. The service manager Robert Kline was great. I made it in to the shop in the afternoon, but he was still able to get me the tires I needed before the end of the day. He recommended some services, but was not pushy like dealerships and even pointed out a parasitic draw the was killing a battery I had installed at a dealership just a year ago.Since the battery was under warranty, I didn’t have him replace it, but if I needed it outside of that, their shop is always welcome to work on my car issues.

Tires are tires and oil is oil. What sets this place apart is the customer service. Being a prior customer to the old ownership and a new customer to this ownership I can see a great deal of change for the better. It wasn’t bad before, but it wasn’t great either. I called up the other day to get an oil change. He asked me my name, and I gave him my first name only. I guess he used my phone number and pulled up my account. He asked which vehicle I would be bringing in as he had my two on record. Told me to bring it in when I wanted, which I did. He promptly called me back and let me know that my vehicle was ready. When I went to pick it up, he recognized me, addressed me by my first name and gave me my keys. It’s how you would expect to be treated, But rarely are these days. The new customer service there is greatly improved and appreciated.

This Saturday my friends and I were in a bad pickle. Our trailer tire for my boat blew on the freeway. 😭 It was Fourth of July weekend, and this was the only tire store open. My commuter car needed new tires for awhile. But we dreaded and waited until one finally became unsalvagable. My husband gave Tires Choice a call Thursday evening, got a decent price quote for 4 Yokohama tires and an alignment. They were also able to accommodate our quick turnaround request since I had to get to work by 2pm Friday. Come Friday morning, my husband brought the car in early around 8am... and the car was done by 1:30pm. great service!

Ive been going here for a year and theyve taken care of two of my cars so far. Most recently Ive dealt with Robert Kline, whom I think is the new manager. He explained what was recommended vs what I needed, and the work was completed in a timely manner. The work Ive had done has been consistently good.

Robert Kline took great care of me. Knowledgeable, quick and easy. Felt safe as he had a mask and a sanitizer station with plenty of safe distance room in the shop. Definitely will recommend this place to anyone and I will be back for all of my cars.

The transition from prior ownership appears all worked out...we bought tires from prior owners...overall good deal and service but think they tried too hard with the Goodyear card.Anyway, went there for an oil change and basic check up...worked with manager Robert Kline who was personable and professional. The team was great! 1) Being open on Sunday really saved my bacon! 2) Al and I found the right tire together and he advised that it might take several hours due to workload and personnel timing with breaks etc. To my astonishment the car was finished in about 40 minutes! The tire is good quality, workmanship is fantastic, and staff was courteous and helpful.

I went to Tire Choice to have two tires, which I had purchased from Tire Rack, mounted and installed. After some wait, (I recommend that they institute appointments.) Robert told me I had another problem - Apparently someone had repaired a flat tire by replacing it with an identical tire, except that it was four or five years older and had about 40 thousand more miles than mine. He gave me two options to make my drive both legal and close to ideal. I chose the more expensive option, with absolutely no pressure from Robert. Although I spent substantially more than I had I had anticipated, the entire service was very professionally done, the price was very fair, and I left feeling very satisfied with the results. And. I enjoyed the best ride I have ever felt in this car on the drive home.
