I don’t normally take the time to write reviews unless my experience was especially terrible or especially amazing. My car broke down at a rest stop last night while traveling 6 hours to a wedding. I wasn’t familiar with the area and spent two hours trying to figure out my next move. I called everywhere I could hoping to leave a voicemail to be returned the next morning. Although, they were closed I was surprised to get someone on the phone so late! Paul answered and referred me a Local towing company. I had it dropped off this morning and he had my starter replaced in just a few hours! I am so thankful for Georgia Auto Repair. Thanks Paul! Highly recommend.

My check engine light came on and they were able to see me same day! They were fast and efficient so now Im able to leave town on time.

I tried to find out if a part for my car had arrived. Paul the owner blocked my phone calls. He didnt want to talk to me. He was going to repair my car but wouldnt let me know if the parts were available. I wont go back. He has been my mechanic for about 7 years.

I went through this location for a U-Haul rental. This was by far the best experience I have ever had renting a U-Haul. They made the process easy and painless and ensured that I had everything I needed. Personnel were polite and courteous. Even returning the vehicle was easy. As I pulled up, someone came out to retrieve the vehicle and informed me I would have my receipt in my email later that day. I was very impressed with this location and how they take care of people.

Wow, I cant say enough great things about Georgia Auto Repair! Ill do my best to keep this short but the story is important here. My girlfriend and I (from Charleston) were on our way to camp on Lake Allatoona. Halfway there, we stopped to grab a bite to eat in (thank goodness) just down the road from Georgia Auto Repair. When we got back into the car and started it up, it sounded horrible. I popped the hood and took a look, seeing that the AC compressor seemed as though it was about to lock down. On the kind of car I have, thats a real bad problem - you dont just lose the AC, you lose EVERYTHING. After calling three different shops, Georgia Auto Repair took us in to take a look. The owner, Paul, made some phone calls and was able to get us an AC compressor in an hour. He also made sure we got back on the road within a few hours so we could continue our trip! Did I mention it was a holiday (3-day) weekend??? Everyone was trying to get out of town and the auto shops were all slammed but he made it happen. Thank you so much again for your hard work and dedication Paul!

They are a professional family owned Business we went in there and got out of there very fast the brakes were so squeaky then Paul took the car in and fixed faster then I can say brakes and Donna she was so helpful

It is very sad when a person that can post a negative review on a business rating with false information and also create fake profiles to intentionally bring down ones score. This business takes pride in its work and stand behind it, working 15 hours a day to try to satisfy our customers.

Georgia Auto Repair is by FAR... The place to take your automobile for repair... Great first class customer service. I recommend them EVERYTIME.

This used to be a 5 star rating. After a transmission rebuild gone wrong that left me and my family stranded in alabama that that the mechanic wouldnt stand behind (less than 5k miles and under 6 months) a check engine light that was dismissed by the mechanic that Ronnie Watkins Ford in Alabama confirmed was caused by a hose on a purge valve being disconnected and tucked aside, and being told we were SOL on the warranty provided on this work unless we could get our broken down car to his shop, and that even if it was 2 miles hes not covering a tow fee, I see that the month it took for this hack job rebuild to be done was bullcrap and we got took for over 2500 dollars. Wouldnt trust this place with an oil change anymore. Thankfully the dealership we were stuck at went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of.

I had a really good experience with this company. They were honest and fair and did a great job for less than what was quoted.
