Im a Northerner -so to speak- and I must say, this shop has taken care of me, with kindness and efficiency. To say the least! They speak with you candidly and really listened to the concerns I was having about my ride. I spoke with mechanics and everything! And they really held me down. And they do it in like, this, family sorta way. They assured me, they would take care of me -not to sound redundant- and they really have. I gotta go back to them now for some more work 😅.

They pulled a bait and switch, I was quoted one price the first day and the next day it was $100 higher. Unable to reach anyone in corporate office. There are too many GOOD places to go in the Martine-Evans area. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

Omg these guys and gal are awesome,One they are one of the Best down to earth repair shops I’ve ever been to.They are helpful, reasonably and knowledgeable.Their waiting room is one of the best smelling places I’ve been in... let’s not speak about the bathroom( omg they have REAL bath and body hand soap and lotion, and look even pooppourri ) clean..now customer service, let’s talk about that. Their is a guy (manager I think) very informative, and the sales lady she is awesome as well. Those two together are a team, what she doesn’t know he does, and same for him, what he doesn’t know she does.I made a appointment for my car to have an oil change, brakes and wheel alignment,Best warranty I found out there (brakes) and nicely priced for oil change, and the alignment wasn’t the issue it was a tire was missing weights, so a balanceWas needed ( oh by the way I took to two different shops before here and all said alignment- drove after service and yep that fixed it) so not only was she honest, this service cost me less...Oh wait people look if u need service go see themI promise u wouldn’t be disappointed.

Jimmy and his team did a great job on mounting and balancing my tires on my 2015 Tahoe! They are always great in communicating with me what they did and when it was finished. I highly recommend them for service with your vehicle!

I took my ‘99 RAM 1500 for service. The mission statement on the wall says it all, “ to ensure every customer drives a safe vehicle “. Everyone in this shop is extremely knowledgeable including Ms. Shirley at front desk.The service was done same day, provided suggestions and recommended service. I received a printout of the services my truck needs not only in order of priority, but it was even highlighted with a marker. This shop is not one of those who just replaces parts, if it’s working, they just clean it and advise you how to maintain it. Very down to earth but very professional people.

I just needed an ordinary oil change. I called and the people there were professional and very accommodating. They explained that they had one appointment left that day, or I could drop it off with them. They did what they said that they would do and did not try to sell any additional products or services. This is where Ive gotten my car worked on, for about 2 years. It all started with an oil change and they have been our faithful car repair shop since. Shirley, the front desk manager, is always a friendly face when you first walk in (even when its crazy busy) and she is always honest about what your car needs. If it can wait for a few oil changes she lets you know that too. This Saturday they went so far above and beyond, I wish I could give them 6 STARS! The alternator went out on my van. I called in a panic, on the side of the road with 4 children in the back seat, she talked me through what I should do and squeezed me in at 1:30pm. She said that she couldnt promise it would be finished by the end of closing at 4:30pm and I might have to wait until Monday for my van to be completed. We were there until 7:30pm!!! Shirley and her maintenance guys were determined to get my car to me on the same day since I really needed it. I cant thank them enough and normally dont do reviews but I feel like I need to do more than bringing them donuts and coffee on Monday! THANK YOU FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF MY CAR AND MY FAMILY!

This shop does a great job of keeping you updated as they make progress on your vehicle. We recently took both of our Jeeps in for some maintenance. They took very good care of us. They only fixed what we asked them to and did not pressure us to get other things done to the cars.

I took my car in for a noise in the front wheel, which after a 600 dollar replacement of my struts. I still had the noise I was informed that what was fine 3 days ago is now going to make me crash my car today and my funny little noise is now an additional 1300 dollars to repair. Safe to say I went to get a 2nd opinion after that, and had my issue resolved for 150 dollars elsewhere.

Very good people, they are fair and honest. Walmart could not get the wheel off of my truck, they took it off and didnt charge me a dime they were a Godsend.... if I had had a flat tire I could not have been able to change it... thanks to the staff of Precision Tune

Absolutely terrible! We went in for an oil change, and we asked if they could see why the air conditioning wasnt working and they said it would cost $400 to fix plus we needed an air filter which was $17 so we said no thats too much just do the oil change and the air filter. When we go to check out they charged us $60 to see why the AC wasnt working and then $40 for the freaking air filter! We should have left paying $44 and they charged $140! NEVER GO HERE!I am furious!

Got service done June 6, 2018. Staff was friendly, informative, and very helpful in explaining everything. They were responsive, knowledgable, accomodating, and made it a great customer experience. Shirley, James, and the technician (whose name I did not get) were the staff members I dealt with.

As far as I can tell the work was ok but the price I was quoted to replace all 4 rotors and pads was almost double, get quote in writing!

Worst customer service ever; came in for a tune up; manager explained to me if there are any other issues I’ll be informed; was explained everything was good; left lot with engine light still on; came back to explain issue; now manager says I have to pay extra to fix another issue; piss poor service

Just wanted to make sure that I posted this review...They lied to me and told me I needed new rotors and pads. I had just got new rotors and pads less than a year prior. They had the repair work estimated at almost $1000...I went to another auto repair shop and paid just $300. The other repair shop told me my rotors, pads, etc were practically still brand new. Dont trust Precision Tune Auto Care. They just plain out lied to my face.

Prior to 2 weeks ago I wouldve had nothing bad to say about this location (being mindful all I ever used them for was routine oil changes - Ive always done my own mechanic work). Well I went in for a routine oil change and end up needing a radiortor replacement... ok... 2 weeks later nothing has been done to my vehicle, shop is stating they have gone back and forth with my warranty... at the end of it all they called a COMPLETELY different warranty that belonged to a COMPLETELY different person and a COMPLETELY different vehicle.. needless to say they stayed I needed a new motor due to my radiator being cracked (my car has NEVER overheated.) I took my vehicle to another shop they gave my second opinion and to my surprise I dont need a new motor just a radiator replacement. They immediately call my warranty and they had my radiator replaced the next day and everything was resolved. Unfortunately they were very unorganized and were a complete waste of my time due to a mistake in not doing their due dilligence

Went to get a oil change on my son 2012 impala, when they finished oil was leaking every where. Needless to say they put a 2010 oil filter in all the oil leaked out & the technician working on the car looking@ me crazy..... Go in for a oil change & u maybe going back for a motor!!! I WOULDNT TAKE MY TOY POODLE CAR HERE IF SHE HAD ONE & THE SERVICE WAS FREE!!!!!!
