The staff was friendly and helpful. I came in a couple of days ago carrying a water pump to a washer machine. Not knowing if they carried the part i needed. They were able to test it, and it ended up working great. The problem ended up being a Simple fix. Thank you Appliance Doctor. I will go to u guys from now on for all my appliance needs

Great customer service! My parents fridge went and they went to the Appliance Doctor and picked out a new fridge. They were able to deliver from Marshalltown to Nevada the same day. Delivery and installation guys were super friendly! Definitely recommend purchasing your appliances from this store!!!

Nice and knowledgeable technicians. Quick work. Prices for repairs seemed a little high. Had two repairs done in the last month on washer and dryer, and I do recommend them.

I brought my washing machine motor in, thinking it was burnt out. The manager suggested that it was not the motor, but rather the capacitor that was burnt out. He was right, I installed the new capacitor (which they had on hand) and it started right up. My wife was happy!

Very helpful every time we stop in. Needed a new dishwasher as our 23 year old Whirlpool washer gave it up a couple days ago. They went over the pros and cons of several of their washers and helped us decide what we wanted.

Good used appliances

Always a good experience as they go out of their way. I recommend anytime the opportunity comes up. They know what theyre doing.

Ten years ago was a different story. Today, one star is to many. The rep said they get burned a lot, wont do work without seeing get the money first, understandable, showed the cash. Paid the guy, he didnt have change. Didnt even bother to fasten the screws. Called to let manager know of my experience, his reaction was worse. Its pretty sad that we listened to the rep complain about being burned in the past yet the manager could care less about the service provided. Lead by example... perfect

These guys know what theyre doing when it comes to repair. But they would rather sell you an appliance then fix the one you have. A bit high priced.
