Traditionally weve bought appliances from big box stores. After a few bad experiences and absolutely no service or sales records after the fact, we are establishing a long term relationship with Pentz Appliance. They have the appliances we are looking for, have excellent customer service during the sale, and most importantly provide long term service and record-keepting long after the sale, which you can obviously forget about from the big boxes. Time to go local and long-term with a reputable local dealer. Heres to a long-term, excellent relationship!

GE had made an appointment for this company to come out and see what’s going on with my washer that is still under warranty, they were supposed to come Monday but called and canceled so I rescheduled to today (Wednesday) got a call this morning saying the service tech is not able to come today, after trying to have a conversation with the customer service rep, which led to her yelling at me and telling me to “ just go find another service company” I spoke to the manager in which he made it very clear that I was not “Top Priority” to them because I didn’t purchase my appliance directly from them... Its pretty sad that they are subcontracted through GE and still treat their potential customers in this manor.. if I could have give them a 0 star, I would have.

We purchased new kitchen appliances in July of 2016. Delivery and installation was great! We had one problem this winter. They came out and checked everything over and took care of what needed to be. They will even call and double check to make sure everything is working to your satisfaction. Very happy with Pentz appliance! Buying at a big box store you do NOT get the service and professionalism in your home that you get from a local store! They are very price competitive too!
