Customer service was incredible. They met my needs and did not pressure me. Delivery guys were fast and efficient. Prices were the best around (I checked) and I’ll never go anywhere else. Ask for the manager, she will get you hooked up!

I purchased a bed from them and the bed frame broke the next day. They replaced my bed frame with iron rails and told me the bed should be arriving shortly. I spoke to the store manager about this and I was told I would be receiving a replacement. Its been three months and I still have not received my replacement bed frame. This is the most unprofessional furniture store that i have ever purchased from. I will not recommend.

Im giving a 1 star because I purchased furniture from this store at the end of March. We chose the delivery option. We did receive it in a couple of days, however within in a month, we noticed some issues with the recliners on both the couch and the love seat. I called several times to get some one to come look at it. FINALLY at the end of June, we got someone to come to our house to look at it. I am still waiting for it to get it fixed (Its August now) I called a week ago, the young lady said the part was JUST ORDERED and I should get a call back. Why does it take so long to get the furniture fixed. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE..At this moment, I can not recommend Adams Furniture to anyone. The lack of communication and having furniture that could have been damaged when we received it. I may consider reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, they really need to take care of their customers.

My furniture is pretty and the people are nice but my furniture was delivered broken over a month ago and its still not fixed and I didnt get a new one. And I paid extra money for the warranty. 😔

Adams Furniture would have better business if they got rid of that guy NAJERO. He has very poor business practices. He try to push the sale on customers when he has very poor knowledge of the business. Maybe if he focused on selling furniture more than his side hustle trying to sale cars he could do better.

I always bought in this furniture store but now that Jose Najera is no longercoming back, month ago there are new sales ladies that we dont know. Ask for Jose and they told me that he moved from marshall alying is in Blake Furniture now to change furniture store. I hope adams furniture disappears from the world
