Picked out living room furniture in Monroe mall location. Was told up front that it would be 4 to 6 weeks before the furniture would reach the warehouse. At about 4 weeks Ivan Smith rep called and setup delivery. Delivered on time and delivery people were very friendly. Furniture seems to be of high quality. Would buy from Ivan again.

April made sure I picked out the best quality furniture and helped make sure I could get some that would be here soon due to the extended wait time of certain pieces. Tanika was also a pleasure to work with and very helpful! Will definitely shop at Ivan smith for all of my furniture needs in the future!

DO NOT do business with this store. My mom’s original purchase was set on June 12th. Arrival date was set for July 19th way longer than anyone wants to wait for a living room set. Now after numerous calls, after a date was originally set for delivery the dates kept changing and lies kept coming. No one can confirm or tell her when the furniture will be delivered. The last date given is now set for Aug 5th as a manger stated the furniture is just sitting at the warehouse. WHAT???!!! This is so unacceptable and so disappointing that we refuse to do business with this location ever again. Good luck to anyone who buys furniture here. You’re going to need it. Don’t waste your hard earned money.

The office staff was apologetic about the long wait for our furniture. We couldnt be angry with them because it was beyond their control.

I went in knowing the recliner my husband chose from here then I showed it to the saleswoman and asked her to help me choose a livingroom suit to match this recliner. This lady spent almost an hour with me matching everything. She did not push things on me I didnt like she said ok lets keep looking. Very good customer service other than I think the mattress they sent us is not the soft but more of the firm mattress but it is all good. My husband and I actually like the firm mattress since we have gotten use to it. The sales person Mike and the lady who checked us out was both very friendly and accommodating. We will be back the next time we need more furniture.

Ivans has some nice furniture. Ive bought several different items from them in the past. Theyve always been very friendly. Ive gotten some things from their clearance sales. If you see clearance tags here, theyre worth looking at. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The manager, Stanley helped resolve an issue with my broken chair faster than anyone with the company. This issue had been ongoing for several months with no answers. I called the Monroe store and Stanley got results in two days. They replaced my broken chair. I was given credit towards a new one. Absolutely the best service, employees also.
