We have made many purchases over the years. We have been very satisfied with the quality and price of their products. The owners are always friendly and helpful.

We bought 2 matresses and a platform bottom, the in store service was great. We were not pressured and given plenty of time to make decisions and ask questions. Delivery guys were great too; friendly, fast, a did a nice job. Now hopefully the mattresses are as great as the service. We would recommend the Mattress Barn in Marshall!

My wife and I decided it was time for a new bed set, so of course, we headed to mattress barn and put their 20th anniversary edition with an adjustable base on layaway. We also purchased new pillows and a bed sheet set. Our in-store experience was great! Free delivery once paid off. Our biggest issue was the lack of professionalism with the delivery person. From our understanding, Mattress Barn would dispose of our old bed and install our new bed... we were very wrong. Not only was did I have to help bring our new bed inside, but the driver refused to take our old bed and install the new one. Upon our request, we were told it would cost anywhere from $20-$40 to take the mattress and he didnt even give us a price for install. He said he wasnt sure on pricing. If we had gone to slumber land, the install and disposal would be included. I thought we were told he would take our old bed, but i must have misunderstood. After spending more than $1,400, I would definitely think disposal and installation would be included. And after all that, we spoke with the delivery person and found out they had forgotten our bed sheets! It was a very frustrating day and now we have to dispose of our old bed on our own. I would like to make more purchases from mattress barn, but their lack of communication about install and disposal and their apparent forgetfulness with our order makes me doubt that we will make another purchase.

The patio furniture at this place is amazing. Very comfortable and high quality. Jake Smith said this is the best place in Marshall. He claims hes been treated like a second class citizen in this town since he got here. He finally feels comfortable here. Says the mattress barn feels like home!

Bought a new Mattress from them a couple years ago and the mattress still feels like we just bought it yesterday. Love there prices and the staff is very friendly and will answer any questions. Definitely recommend these guys.

Fantastic customer service!!!! Quality furniture. I purchased a mattress, bedroom set, and 2 recliners from here, after we moved to the area from out of state. I always said when we quit moving and settled down, I was going to buy good quality furniture. I have not been disappointed! I appreciate that they carry a line of furniture that is made here in America, using high quality materials. Everything they make is built to last. A hard thing to come by in this day and age.

We have gotten all 5 of our mattresses from here and we love them, always super friendly helpful staff! They will deliver and carry where you need it to go. I also got a bunk bed set from them and had them do the delivery and set up and it was awesome! It is the only place I go to for mattresses 🤗

I loved it! They shared their promotions and they let us try all the beds. We ended up needing a slight extension, and they granted it. They were very well mannered and had good customer service. We got a queen sized bed and a head and foot adjustable bed and it is amazing!!! All around great company and quality!!!

Mattress Barn is Great business ran by stand up people. Friendly and Helpful. Worth the stop if you are in the market for a new bed, sofa, dresser, recliner or whatever piece of furniture you may need.

Very expensive! Can buy the same type and quality beds and mattresses on Amazon for 1/3 the price, delivered!

The customer service was wonderful. We were looking for a big boy bedroom set for my little guy! Everyone was super patient as I didnt really know what i wanted. They went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect bedroom set. Delivery was free and the boys that delivered were not only very professional but also very friendly with my two year old who wanted to be where ever they were. We will definitely be purchasing from them again!!

Our first experience with Mattress Barn was when we were looking for a mattress to put in a camper. They understood our needs and limited price range and helped us pick out a comfortable mattress for a reasonable price. Then when my father-in-law, who is in assisted living, and has a lift chair, had his chair die on him, late in the day on a Friday. We stopped in and they were awesome. They helped us find the perfect chair, gave a great deal on in, and told us because it was a medical need, there would be no sales tax. We were going to haul the chair ourselves, but knew it was going to be difficult for two of us to move it in, but they were there for us again. They delivered the chair and the two gentlemen that delivered it, brought it all the way in and placed it in the exact spot it needed to be in. Wonderful people to work with!

Purchased the Samata King Set in April and it is the best mattress I have ever slept on! Soft Plush top with great support! I also highly recommend the Malouf Latex High Loft Plush Pillow! :)

Beds here are trash. Bought an expensive (expensive for the cheap beds they sell here) bed from here about a year and a half ago and its already ruined. The bed sags in the middle horribly. If you sleep towards the side you feel like youre sleeping on a slant and end up rolling to the middle. Cant wait to get a new bed. What a waste of money.
