Ive always had a great experience at Marrero Hibbett Sports. Im sorry that location is closing. Staff was always helpful and nice. This store was my escape from the mall.

Worst customer service ever. I walked in the store and all of the associates just looked at me. Did not offer assistance! Didnt ask if i need help! continued to stare doing nothing as I helped my self. You have two lazy, rude, none customer focused associates working in your establishment. Also, the guy went to the back to look for my shoe, when he was taking to long the lady screamed at him saying hes looking for the shoe the wrong way. So not only does she not know how to treat a paying customer, she doesnt know how to treat her peers. Never shopping here again. If another store wouldve had the shoe, i wouldve never spent my money here.

They cant even return a product, garbage
