That family dollar was very clean no boxes all over the asides and the workers were very polite and nice I would recommend that family dollar to everyone I know.

Great place! Delicious food at reasonable prices! Video poker if thats your thing, is available. Need a drink? They have you covered from soda to most every common alcohol available. Friendly atmosphere with a professional staff ready to serve all your needs. Stop by and you will have a nice visit.

I just have to say that the Family Dollar at 5252 Westbank Expy is the BEST!! I was there only yesterday. A very pleasant girl by the name of Brianna was working. There were no baskets so Brianna stopped what she was doing and helped me search. I bought 2 big storage boxes and she helped me put them in my car. That store could teach others. They are awesome everytime I go there

Went in for a few things. Cashier had an issue at the register with someone before me. She was super pleasant though. Called for help. Manager was busy so she took a minute but her too was very pleasant. Nice people. Nice location. Very clean too

This place is a disaster. Empty shelves abound, box carts in the middle of the aisles. Items thrown anywhere. No one doing anything productive. Dollar General is definitely the better choice.

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER! Do not go here, save your time and waste your gas to go to another location. The manager is beyond rude, the manager and the employees get upset with customers because the customers become upset after they ask them a question and the staff can not answer due to the language barrier. There are never enough items on the shelves, I needed something that was in the box on the floor; I asked the manager can she get it out of the box for me or I can get it myself. She said, “We no carry that and I no order it.” I said, “Ma’am, it is in the box on the floor, I can wait for you to finish with your customers so you can assist me.” She nodded her head and smiled. The cashier said, “If it not on the shelf then we no have it and it not in the back.” Throw away the General Manager and the entire staff!

Clean, well organized. They run out of some things for weeks. Staff helpful and friendly. But, geez, never try to return anything, mngr will eat you alive!

Need more help in that store and the mexican mgr and workers act like they own that store.they need to remember that there employees and can be fired..that store is neat and clean but have customers waiting in line too long
