Brought in to get two tires replaced. The technician placed the space in MY BACK SEAT rather than put the spare in the tire rack underneath the car. When I questioned Why is my spare in my back seat he said it was too hard to put it in the tire rack. I remember doing with by myself without the assistance of a lift. 🤦🏻‍♂️

This location has been pretty on point, especially as we are still dealing with the clean up efforts due to Hurricane Ida.This location seems to be getting their shelves stocked a bit faster than the other Westbank locations, plus they have more lines open to help with the increase in customers.The juice area (often empty in the other stores after Ida) has a decent selection. Its not 100 percent yet, but things are at least better than the first days after the storm.

I was doing a self pickup and it was raining, I had to get out of my car go in and pick up. iam shocked didnt even often a gift card, I ask the lady said no. next time they can pick up the whole water themselves I wont be purchasing it

Never like warm up first of all they are too big of a store to not be organized. Gay Harley have anything to choose from does decent. Prices is high

I dont know what is going on with Wal-mart on the Westbank, but they have become extremely horrible. Nothing hardly on shelves. self serves most broken. Only one lane with an actual cashier. Never a employee around when need help and if there is an employee they have a nasty attitude when you ask them for information. A ten minute shop is an hour stand in line for check out.

The person who gave us groceries was greatHer name was Shay lunn at the marrero store but we always pickup at tdd he Harvey store. Walmart changed our store without letting us knowBut she was great!!!!!! She came out right away

It has gotten awful. Longer waiting time. Us disabled cant do self check out. The other day we had 20 or less checkout filled with large baskets of groceries, one item people were waiting 30 minutes in lines at self check,no cashiers but one for full services. This store has too many seniors to operate like this. Love seeing people you know and know your needs. Makes for better business. Suggestion. Make one end self checkout and give us seniors our full service cashiers.

I was looking forward to going to Walmart 😁 Yeah I KNOW 🙄 but it was Only a temporary feeling. Once I got there I was disappointed. Produce was bad. And the Vibe was 📴

Always stocked to the max with different inventory than all the others around here. (Good thing😊) the employees are great and always friendly. Cleanest one in our area!

I love going to this Wal-Mart, it is always stocked.

Overall, its a pretty good store compared to others in the surrounding cities. Its well stocked most of the time. And customer service is what makes the store superb. They go out their way, it seems, to accommodate you and are knowledgeable and compassionate. I will say that if you are anywhere near the pharmacy, dont play music or be on the phone, even to text because their system messes up your phone.Other than that, its a pretty good store. The only real drawback is that they have a funny way of suddenly closing for ridiculous excuses; one time they wait until you walk up to the door and tell everybody the store was closed because they have a power outage but werent smart enough to at least turn the lights off to validate the claim. That was dumb af. They could do a better job in the excuse department.

Considering the new closing time, I was able to grab a few things and get out less than an hour

All of the Workers are Cool the work place is clean and they are fast and efficient

Associates are courtesy and helpful.The only problem I have is using my EBT card at pickup. Should be able to use online like debit card that way all the associate has to do is load the vehicle. They have problems with internet.

The one stop shopping is what I love.

I did not know they closed at 7:00. At 7:15 a Walmart employee came yelling down each isle, our registers are closing! If they close, you will not be able to buy your stuff. I asked the lady at the checkout, if their PA system wasnt working. She said yes its working, people dont pay attention...If I hadnt been shopping for 2hours, and had 2 baskets of stuff, I would have left it there... They was SO RUDE!!! I will never go to MARRERO, WALMART AGAIN!

It was okay. All employees on cell phones trying to hide behind carts or something. Or in groups talking. Ask for help and you are clearly bothering them. I do like the new scan and go registers. Actual store as expected.

I want your crew members to be on a look out throughout the Barataria Walmart for people not wearing mask (s) properly. I came to this Walmart today (08/12/21) and saw people wearing them underneath their nose and not covering their nose.

This store really cares about their customersI got sick there one day my blood sugar was 400 something..The pharmacy there checked sugar..The police there at the store,the supervisor at walmart and pharmacist were all by my side they called for an ambulance they also comfort my grandchild and daughter who were with me at the store...And Walmart called me the next day to see if l was okay..Thank You All😘🙏🙏

Always great Prices, crowded but the self check outs are pretty quick well worth the savings. When we get a big basket of stuff we just take our time and go thru the regular check out.

I went in to pick up my medicine the line was short I walk in and walk out it was a first for me to do a quick trip to Walmart!!

This store is disgusting, the lines are always long. The shelves are always empty and it be so hard to try to get someone to help you. I asked someone for help, and was told it wasnt her department but Im more than welcome to walk by the fitting room to get someone to be paged to that department do I can get the assistance I needed.

The Greatest shopping experience.

So I went to Walmart, did the self checkout and forgot 3 of the items I bought. I left them in a bag at the register and I didn’t realize it till I got home. So I went right back and explained everything to a customer service manager named Trevor. This guy was so knowledgeable and helpful on my situation. He knew exactly what to do, with no hesitation. He got me my items and got me out in less than 5 minutes. Please acknowledge this associate and give him a raise or a pat on the back. It’s people like him that keep me dedicated to shopping at this particular store, thank you.

Every time I go to Walmart and have problems trying to read the titles on the signs above the isles I asked a customer or a worker to tell me where I can find what Im looking for. I cant raise my head back enough to look up at the signs. The people and the workers are very helpful to me. Walmart is always nice to visit except this time, I walked in there and I counted 10 people without wearing masks I thought they supposed to stop them at the door and turn them away!! We are still in the middle of a pandemic and people are not wearing masks this is unacceptable!!!!

Online pick-up order didnt fulfill the eggs. Called them and sat On hold for 40 minutes. Person who answered said they must be out of eggs, but if I wanted to go inside and check, then I could.Well, I did go inside. Eggs were full, fully in stock. Im done with Wal-Mart.

For years Ive been having issues with the bakery always closing before said closing time.Now today I call to see if I can get my babies ears pierced, didnt want to make another blank trip, no one would answer the stores phone. Called 2 times and let the phone ring for 3 minutes each time. So I go into my phone to find the managers # from my previous issues, he tells me if Penny is there she can do it.I get to Walmart Penny is in the jewelry department on her phone. So I ask can she do the piercing and she tells me they dont do that anymore since Covid. I said I just called your manager and he told me you could, she never responded or picked her head back up from her phone after she said they dont do it anymore.My question is HOW AFTER OVER A YEAR OF COVID, DOES YOUR MANAGER NOT EVEN KNOW THIS INFO, ALSO THEY STILL HAVE SIGNS THAT SAY YOU DO IT. THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST LOCATION SMH BACK TO TARGET I GO SMH

Pickup transaction was smooth and right on time

They always have what I want. But, I dont really like the fact that most of the lines are self checkout now. Theres almost always a problem that makes it take much longer than when I used to deal with a cashier.

Walmart should be like other stores and give out mask when people dont have one. I am very displeased by this. You would think since theres a pandemic they would help supply loyal customers when they forget or lost there mask. Other than this they get three stars at best. Especially when you buy something thats on a manager special at 1.50 they charge you 2.50. They really need to step up there game. Especially when you ask them for a mask and they tell you they dont supply those.

The staff at this location on the westbank, are very personable and respectful of their customers, including senior citizens. Yes maam, no maam and thank you are all important words to me and I appreciate their sincerity. Sam Walton would be proud!

This Walmart is ghetto and extremely unprofessional. They have certain items locked behind cases, which I understand because of theft. However, if you ask someone for assistance in opening the case to purchase something nobody seems to be able to find someone with the key to open the case. I waited 30 mins for someone to come open the case. Even after pressing the button for assistance no one came I had to go hunt someone down. Associates walk by and don’t ask if you need help. When the rude associate finally did come she had an attitude. Absolutely ridiculous, will not be returning to this Walmart; only reason I came here is because the product was out of stock at Target.
