Go to this one if you’re on the Westbank. Quick and easy. Stay away from the one in Terrytown, they are hopeless.

The mechanic in the sales associates were awesome they helped us and answer all the questions and they even went out of their way to do the extra work even though they knew it would be cutting them close and they might have to go into overtime really appreciate the care and consideration they gave and they did it all with a smile the people in the auto center are the best thank you guys so much

Good tire service except the mechanic put my spare tire in the back seat and not where the spare belongs underneath the vehicle. Said it was too big even though I got it to fit

It was horrible. The cashier said the wrong thing. That turned me around. And your sporting goods is horrible too. Lazy bunch of workers. Always ducking work.

When you buy great priced tires from Walmart Auto Care their backed up with super repair service. The tech will tell you what was in the tire and explain the repair needed. Bring your vehicle in and do your shopping while its being serviced. When I bought a pair of windshield wipers I asked a tech on how to access the wiper arms. He showed me and installed them in 5 minutes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I showed up at 7 am to have new tires installed on my F250 and everything went great! They had me in out so fast and did a great job. Very satisfied!!!

Too much rushing around & no quality control caused three visits just for a nail in tire & road hazard claim. Tire fixing guy damaged my TPMS valve, replaced it w/a Walmart valve....I didnt notice warning icon was still indicating. 2nd day went back confronted manager...he agreed to install Walmart TPMS valves in other 3 rims to have a matched set that would then be recognized by the cars computer.3rd day went back & 3 new TPMS valves were installed...computer reflashed & warning light reset!I now will never use or recommend WalMart tire centers.❗😡

Auto service was absolutely terrible. Brought my car to get new tires and never received a phone call telling me it was finished. Instead, I contact them several hours later to check the status of my vehicle and they first said that my car was almost ready. Then they double back and say they tried to call me which was a lie and couldnt take one of my tires off and the manager told them dont mess with it. I wasted half of the day waiting for my car from them to not contact me and couldnt do it from jump street. Never again. That was completely bad business.

Was going to buy a set of new tires, but could not get to the tire Dept. Would pick up the phone and then hang up on me. Very F,ING. Rude.

Worst place ever..2 n a half hours for a tire to get fixed..at least 5 r 6 guys walking around...have a few people ahead but come on..IF one guy did tires n oil change would go alot faster....TERRIBLE

I arrived before the Auto center opened to have tires installed as advised by an employee the day before. I waited over 2 hours to have the tires installed. While I was waiting I noticed two employees working on tires. They kept stopping to eat something and walking around.
