A multitude of issues:Dropped my vehicle off for a scheduled appointment, was told itd only be an hour when I booked the appointment online. Dropped off at 11am. Expecting maybe 1 o clock Id get a phone call. Unfortunately I didnt receive any update on my vehicle until almost 3pm and at that time I no longer had a ride to go back up there to pickup my vehicle and had to find alternative means of transportation to get to work.About 5:45 I get a phone call from someone working there and forming me that they were moving my car from the back lot to the front and had somehow jammed my shifting mechanism and if they couldnt get it unjammed they were going to leave my vehicle parked outside overnight and that they would take no responsibility if something happened to it overnight. I had no prior issues with my shifter and was already at work so there was zero possibility of me getting to pickup my vehicle. How, at a mechanic shop can you not figure out how to fix a problem you caused?!Next, I go to pickup my vehicle, the attendee inside was working with another customer, no problem, I wait my turn.When it finally is my turn, the woman cuts me off while Im asking about my service, and goes back to assisting the woman she was helping previously who had already gone to sit in the waiting area, leaving me waiting again, not apologoly for my interrupted service. Comes back, asks me if I want a credit card AGAIN for a second time even though I had already informed her Id be paying with my debit card.All of that I could have probably let slide but the cherry on top of the cake was when she returned my key fob back to me, it was broken and an entire button was missing. I informed the woman whod been helping me, immediately of this and her response was I dont know what to tell you.No apology.No empathy.No course of action on how to proceed to get this rectified.When I asked how this issue could be fixed, she said if I wanted I could come back when the manager Tracie was there so she could deal with me.She could not give me a time when Tracie would be in.This location has a serious lack of customer service skills as well as time management. During this service I purchased a lifetime alignment policy, and Im not even confident Ill be able to return to this establishment without fear of them breaking a part of my vehicle.I would appreciate it if somebody could reach out to rectify this issue because I need my key repaired and the people at the actual location refuse to help.

Good shop with fair prices

Tracy was super helpful. Her team outstanding!! Store SUPER clean, work station wiped down between each customer!Had an appointment for 1 pm, arrived a tad early. Vehicle in before 1pm. Service was quick and efficient. Saved money buying my tires there!!

Not impressed. I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and when I arrived to pick it up I found it in the back parking lot, unlocked and unattended. When I mentioned this to the clerk taking my payment, she seemed mad and annoyed that I would bring this up. Also, no apology was given. Not a very professional way to run a business. However, I will complements to Tracy, as she was great upon dropping my vehicle off earlier that morning.

Tracey was absolutely rude to my mother who has been taking her car there since 1996. Ive been taking my car since I started driving in 2002. Because of her and her alone they lost two long time customers.

Don’t recommend going here! Made an appointment to get ONE tire changed and I’ve been waiting here for two hours now.

Recently had the most unpleasant experience at Firestone in all my years of being a customer. Went in for a simple inspection package and was told to leave among other things by a very disgruntled and unprofessional employee named Emberely. The manager was just as unpleasant. Also this was no surprise but the police were there and apparently another customer was given horrid customer service as well since I was told that there was a physical altercation that day as well. It was rationalized to me that I should accept their rudeness because of that. Last I checked, a long day or another situation should not affect your attitude towards all of your customers. They gave me an incomplete inspection report as well. All I have is the receipt and recommended services. Hopefully I can pick it up at another shop because I will make the trip across town to avoid the lack of decorum in this store.

I would love to say the prices are good....sorry....I cant! If you are a person like me, who likes to save a little cash when you can? Youll compare prices with other people who offer the same services...I also like to check the reviews to see what others are saying...Google reviewing is top notch! They do like to write your estimates pretty high! I guess thats their job???

My brother took his car there for an oil change and asked if they could check the brakes. They told him he need new pads and new rotors. He asked if the rotors could be turned and the mechanic said no that they were beyond turning and wanted to charge him over $700.00 .... I changed the pads that needed to be changed but the rotors were perfectly fine. Saved my Brother about $647.00

Great place if you need new tires

I setup an appointment time online using wait for car option (as opposed to drop off), but still had to wait. Four tires took almost 2 hours then add 45 minutes for alignment. Otherwise service was very good & courteous.

Very professional service, I was in jam, needed break service on my BMW, they had me back on the road in 2 hrs. I would definitely recommend them.

They were so attentive to my concerns, gave me options to resolve my issues, showed me concerns that I wasnt aware of, they educated me on my truck parts, they kept communicating and following up with updatesTo sum it up, they saved me and my daughters life and who knows who elses life by me driving on the road with a broke down truck but it didnt break down by the grace of God! I made to the right people at the right time! Currently, this is my only means of transportation and I was rolling on my last leg and didnt know it due to a money hungry shed tree mechanic who tricked and hooked up my maintenance work and sent on my way..saying just get an alignment and I would be fineThanks to my angelsEmbreley(advisor) Rodney(technician) and another guy(may have been manager/supervisor) Them 3 are the real Mvps..give them a bonus and/or promotionI NOTICED THE QUALITY WORK AND DIFFERENCE WHEN I PULLED OFF!!! The guys and Firestone were kind, but if you ever go to this shop, do not take their recommendations. I went in for a simple alignment after a minor accident. My wheel was significantly crooked. My mechanic told me I needed and alignment. The tech tells me my shocks and my lower left are too badly damaged for a proper alignment. The recommendations totaled over $1000. I declined. I went elsewhere because I knew for certain none of those problems existed. Personally, I will NEVER spend my money at ANY auto Franchise whether its Firestone or anywhere else. Thanks.

I called before I drove my truck here on its last leg, I explained to them my problems are coming from my transmission, the person on the phone said ok bring it in, after leaving it overnight, I was told the next day that after diagnostics they wouldnt be able to fix my truck that I needed a transmission shop and had to pay 100 dollars for diagnostics to get my keys back after I already knew what was wrong and told them only for them to charge to me 100 bucks to tell it to me on paper🤦🏽‍♀️ they are get overs and I will never recommend them to anyone I know because when I told them the problem was the transmission they should havr told me to seek other autocare then, I will never get a tire or anything from them because of their greed. I eventually got my a new transmission at Cottman and Ill buy my tires from walmart or sams from now on!

I called n ask for a oil change n He told me to come n and they will do it for me, that was great because my maintenance light was on.

Rich was really great and so was Michael very professional and courteous, but the prices are way too much the mechanics said I need about 1000$ worth of work on my car and I checked prices with other shops and was ableTo get all that done for half what firestone would have charged! But all of the employees were very professional and nice, cant blame them for the pricing! And they dont do alignment when you buy your tires from them as a courtesy they charge extra for that and no one else does so I think thats kinda crAppy, free wifi some bring something to occupy your time if your waiting because its an easy two hour wait sometimes longer just for oil changes this place is always busy
