Outstanding Service! I recently visited the Marrero location again, this time for new tires and an oil change. John helped me make the best decision for my Sequoias new tires. He was so patient and he answered all of my questions. John even called the next day to check on me to make sure I was happy with my purchase and the service I received. It is difficult to find businesses that are honest and wont take advantage of someone that is clueless when it comes to car maintenance, but they have definitely earned my trust. I had a tire emergency and long story short, after being turned away from 4 other places, these guys had my problem solved in like 10 minutes! They worked quickly and diligently. MY Experience, Horrible I received three different quotes. The quote i received online was the lowest. I was told one price over the phone. Once I made it to the marrero location the price was a bit higher. The manager very disrespectful to women. The gestures he kept making towards me. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I Notice none of the staff were wearing mask or following covid guidelines . The manager was not social distancing, while talking to customers. I was the only one wearing a mask at the location. HoribbIe service, i felt very disrespected uncomfortable i will not be returning to purchase anything else from this place..

Technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Appointments are readily available and Mathew, the manager is very helpful, kind, and is more than willing to assist in emergency situations. We have been receiving services on our vehicles for 5 years or more, when the company was called Twin Tires.I have recommended Mathew and his technicians to friends and will continue to do so.

Omg where do I being I had an appointment for one I got there around 12:45 they took my car which only needed a tire changed to the back. 3 hours later a customer that came in at 2 car was ready she told me she had two tires changed and an front other work however when I asked about my car all the man was able to say is he was sorry and didn’t understand how it could’ve happened it was by far the worst tire change ever

I had the most absolute wonderful experience at tire choice auto service I needed 4 tires and had no idea of what size or what kind. I spoke to Mr. Matthew. He solved all my problems, he explained tires to me, the Size, and for how many miles the tires were warranted for. To make it short it was the best customer service I ever had any place. They may have changed the name but Crag and Matt are still there. I have never been disappointed with the customer service. Today i had a flat tire and they fixed it and also checked a previous repair that had to replace a bulb in my brake light. I feel like they are family. No run around, straight forward and fair. This is my first time having to get service done and Im EXTREMELY PLEASE the service I receive today, great customer service, great communication, and the prices were more than fair I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Luigi Malta the service manager and he made my experience very comfortable and easy I will be back for more work.

I have been coming to this location for years. Although the name changed, it is still the same great service. I have purchases tires, had tires repaired, a master cylinder replaced, struts replaced and go there for routine oil changes. Matt, Craig and the rest of the staff there are a pleasure to work with. They are one of the best!!very informative and great service!I went there for my CV joint and they explained to me how over years and time it breaks down and gave me a estimate which wasnt bad. I even called around to compare and contrast with other automotive places nobody came close to their services. Next day made appointment took my car up there. They even drove me home because they thought it would be a long time,when I tell you in a hour and 30 minutes I got a call saying they were done I was shocked and happy!when i got back in my car to drive it was like I had a new car! please if you ever have any car troubles go see them I promise you, you WONT regret it!!thank you Craig! I went there to get me a/c checked and they told me I needed a condenser and how they put dye in the line to see where the leak was coming from... they told me I had multiple holes in the condenser and it needed to be changed and show my some type of pic on a computer model and said all the spots showed where the dye was coming from and also was charging me $1,000 so I went ordered the part and let another company changed it and they asked me where I got it checked at and I showed them the paper work come to find out it was ALL A LIE there wasnt a drop of dye on the condenser all I needed was the high pressure line for the condenser I HAVE GOTTA BE MORE CAREFUL thinking just cause its a business they are legitimate that was my fault though I should have read the reviews before I ordered the part and bought it somewhere else🤬

Not often does someone get a flawless experience from start to finish when dealing with auto repair, but Im here to say that Twin Tire & Auto Care gave me just that. I know where Im bringing my car from now on, and theyre just around the corner!First, they have a super-convenient online appointment system that let me enter all of my cars info, my contact info, and what kind of problem Im having. I was able to get the appointment time I wanted (7:30am), and Twin Tires system even reminded me through both email and text that my appointment was coming up. There were easily accessible, printable coupons, too.Drove to the shop a little early on appointment day, and my wife and I were let in right on opening time. Mathew gave us a warm greeting, knew exactly who I was, and proceeded to go over the info Id entered into the system. Simple. Easy. I handed off the keys and ended up getting out of there in under 5 minutes.Received a call less than a hour later. As it turns out, there was a different problem than wed expected, related to a service wed gotten at the dealership about a year earlier. Mathew was very helpful, and suggested that we bring the car back to the dealership, since it had low enough mileage to still be under warranty. He said he would hold back from even giving a quote because he was so sure (and in fact, we found out that it was still under warranty from the dealership).My wife and I returned later in the day to pick up the car. Upon walking in, we were again greeted by Mathew, key in hand. No diagnostics fees. No other charges. Just the keys and appreciation for Mathew being honest and upfront. He wished us a happy Independence Day, and we were on our way. As a business owner myself, for a different kind of repair shop, it gives me assurance that there are others out there who place integrity before profit as well.Definitely will be my go-to place for car problems, big and small. I called them yesterday at 7:30 to see if they could take my wifes car in to check and fix her a/c. I dropped it off at 8:00 to Mr. Matt. He had one of the other consultant drop me back off at home. I was told by bohn ford that i needed a new compressor and condenser. Turns out i only need a condenser. They SAVED me almost a thousand dollars. Thank you matt you just made a life time customer.
