I would like to say they have a wonderful staff. Sidney Guttuso is amazing, sweet, and will answer any questions you may have. I think he’s the best worker there. They are easy to work with and something happened with my converter and they were amazing with helping me take care of it. They are great people and they will make sure your needs are met. I Highly recommend because this was my first time doing a purchase and it was smooth. They are most definitely going to look out for their customers.

AMAZING! every auto repair shop didn’t have appointments for months. G&C booked me in 2 days and fixed my car - a 2019 Jeep Cherokee scratched, dented, and discolored on BOTH sides — in less than a week.The owner stayed after their hours so that I could finish my work shift. His coworker did the same for when I dropped my car off. Both are incredibly kind and very efficient.All employees are genuine, give great rates, and went out of their so many times without any obligation; every single time I requested. I have never seen a bad customer service and fake tittle registration like what these people did my cousin have bought a used car with clean title & clean car fax and the car was salvaged with 2 bad accidents I brought it back to them as I don’t want it that was 5 minutes I was left the dealership &they won’t take it back didn’t give me my down payment back I left the car at the dealership without taking any money of my payment they played me so bad.

Sales man Kenneth first called me at close to 9pm and then sent a text saying “call tomorrow for jeep”. Then days after speaking with him and declining my interest, he sent a text asking me to “send her number” because he’d lost it. I didn’t know who he was talking about but he meant me. I refreshed his memory. He then resent me all the information that I no longer needed. When I still declined he asked why. After telling him that I’d found something else, he accused me of lying via an attitude laden text message. He’s also sent persistent nagging emails as if he’s forgotten that he’s contacted me on numerous occasion and have already discussed the car. He’s completely out of line and very unprofessional. He needs better training or something.5:44 He’s now called me twice& didn’t leave a message. Called and spoke with the owner Mike who threatened to file some type of legal actions due to my honest review- that wouldn’t even be legal. I have never dealt with anything like this. A review is meant to be honest. I appreciate him saying he’d make it up somehow( no way even possible, bad vibe) if I take it down. I went ahead and added a second star for his attempt to right the wrong doing. Not taking this down. Sorry not sorry.
