I tried to buy 2 barrens for my van, they had one brand new one unopened, and two refurbished ones open. She had to order me one from another store, said it would take three hours. She got back to me way before three hours. Talking about its ready. I returned only to find it was not brand new unopened like the one I had bought before. Mind you I paid eighty five a piece plus tax for two new ones, the refurbished were forty five a piece. She showed me it, it was refurbished. I told her I paid for the brand new ones. She replied that one is a new school barren. The other is an old school barren. I replied I want my money back and you can keep those mismatch barrens, *rolls eyes up* yeah right. Never shopping there again. Lying female employee. She was like Arab or hindu.

I went to the NAPA store on Lapalco Boulevard, in Marrero, LA, today and left frustrated, without what I wanted, or even knowing if you carry it. I wanted a 7/8 hex bit socket. I did try to call before going but the listed phone number goes to a fax machine. The guy behind the counter did not know what it was but did try to help. After walking me to a few wrong areas I guessed that you do not have what I wanted and I left.

Great location with an easy in and out parking lot. The helpful and attentive staff were the best of many Auto Parts U have gone to. It is well supplied and great prices. This is now my go to place for auto parts and accessories!
