I came to purchase windshield wipers 45 minutes before closing and Dustin was one of the most helpful employees I have ever encountered at a auto parts store! He went above and beyond to try to get us any kind of discount and make excellent recommendations. He walked us through the isles and found exactly what we needed. Above and beyond excellent customer service! He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

This location has come a long way, and they owe it all to Daniel. This guy goes above and beyond on a daily basis to meet the need from anything as simple as a diagnostic code read to something as complex as the mixing of custom paint orders. He’s knowledgeable, LISTENS TO UNDERSTAND AND NOT TO REPLY and he provides a level of service, support and quality custom care that there isn’t a rating system that scores high enough to give credit for all he brings to the industry. Why this guy is not running the place or pioneering his own independent branch/ franchise is beyond me, but he’s the only reason I continue to give this place my business. Don’t just take my word for it .. find out for yourself and treat yourself to a wonderful customer service experience and have your automotive needs met like never before.

I went to get a gas can at Walmart be wondering a 2 gallon can with 20 something dollars and I went to the advance Auto parts and got five gallon for $21

The people who are very knowledgeable about what they do! They usually all right on when it comes to Parts knowledge! Ive shopped there several times, and each time was a pleasant experience! The staff that works there is very friendly and pleasant to deal with!

Speedy and convenient service

Walked up to a locked door 15 minutes before closing. Guy behind counter refused to open. Made it to Auto Zone down the street, got what I needed, checked out, and was passing up Advance right at closing time. Ill order parts from Pakistan via camel back before I spend money at advance auto again.

Employees are always helpful in getting parts and installing them. Always very friendly.

I have always been treated kindly by staff and management. They order exactly what I need and always helpful on returns.Be mindful that as a parts store it isnt in their control how fast your BANK processes a return. And they do not have repair tools on hand they are strictly instructed never to help repair a vehicle because it v leaves them liable. They can change batteries and wipers Thats it.

The store retailor was rude. I asked if he could show me were the freon was suppose to go. He said he couldnt put it. I told him I knew how I just wasnt sure where it went in the vehicle I own now. He went and just pointed and left before i could even speak. it wasnt even the correct place. I had to google it. Should have gone some were else!

I live 20 miles away from the Advanced Auto Parts on the Westbank Expressway in Harvey Louisiana. I got a flat tire and pulled in off the highway not expecting any favors. I asked the manager if he had a jack I could use. He barely answered me and then he said no. I had to wait almost an hour for some help from a family member but the manager came out and got in his car and went home, leaving me and my children sitting waiting on my help. Now nobody is asking for any special treatment but if the people that work in the auto parts store didnt help a person stranded, then obviously they dont need our business either. Thanks a lot for letting me know I better never ever spend another dime of my money in this store no where stick to OREILLY or Auto zone they always help people when they are broke down. Everyone Advanced Auto parts does not need your money go to Auto Zone or OREILLY. By the way I am a woman that just makes the situation worse. Who doesnt help women when their car I guess they are not men maybe they are women to lol.
