Home depot is my favorite store. I visit this place everyday off. Great selection on everything you need to build anything. The cashiers are really nice and helpful. There is never waiting to be checked out and with the self checkout its really convenient when you just need to get something in a hurry. I definitely prefer Home Depot over Lowes because of the checkout being so smooth.

Poor customer service 😢Didnt have an employee in doors and glass department. I waited in that department for 20 minutes even though a paged was made. When an employee came she waited on someone else after I informed her that I was the person that had her paged. Thinking very hard about not going back to Home Depot.

Decided to switch to this home improvement store over…. Their “rival” due to customer service issues. I don’t believe I’ve had a single issue with Home Depot since. They seem to always have stuff in stock and can always help me.

Friendly workers real helpful, They also offer Military Discount which is good.

Went for spikes to use for makeshift pool cover and for trampoline tie down. Got in and got out no problem. Store was clean. Items were easy to find.

I would love to buy succulent plants but the last one had root rot. I checked plants on last visit and they were all soaking wet. If you sell a product you should learn to care for it.

Definitely my favorite store to go to I could spend hours getting lost in isles and not be mad about it. Everything you need to build and make your home a beautiful place and there is always someone in sight if your needing a question answered. Very knowledgeable staff.

Okay I went into home Depot to purchase lawn equipment today I noticed their best self-propelled lawn mower on the shelf was finally displayed had not been displayed for weeks noticing it now I dont like it because the back wheels were too small. No problem I decided to buy hedge trimmer my choice was the electric hedge trimmer but that also was a bummer because the trimmers are not sold with batteries in the store did not have the battery charger and batteries for you to purchase so I did not purchase the electric hedge trimmers. I spent hours there in home Depot looking and never found nothing worthwhile grab a tube of silicone and left unsatisfied.

Jayson was awesome! EVERY single time I would walk in to get a few items for a project it was always a memorable with this guy! He knows his stuff very well and he’s good at what he does, he provided gestures when I was confused, he also provided knowledge and advise on how to go about something. I went to this Home Depot location for a water heater. I asked several associates to call someone who works in the water heater department because I needed assistance. I waited for more than 30 minutes and no one came to assist me. I decided to get what I thought I needed and just leave. I had to return the item I purchased because it was the incorrect item I needed. I went back to the returns cashier and told them I needed an associate to help me. They called via intercom to inform someone I needed help. I waited for another 20 minutes and no one never arrived. As I existed the store many of the associates were standing around and talking. There should be a better system in place to make sure associates help customers.

We bought a dryer. Debra or Debbie did a great job helping us...

We went in to purchase a shed. What you see is not what you get. The shed we saw was painted with double doors and put together. 2,300.00. We went into the store and told them that we wanted that shed as shown. That shed would have been over 3,000.00 when they were finished.

I love that you can order items online and you can have items delivered or go and have them brought to your vehicle. The only problem was finding the parking area for contactless delivery since they had no signs directing you to the area.

This location is my go to even though it isnt the closest to me. I go out of my way simply because of the friendly and helpful staff and store layout. Im in and out much faster at this location because the layout streamlines my shopping needs!

The store had all the items that I needed and they were easy to locate. The store associate was very pleasant and worked quickly to check my purchases and process my payment.

All the flooring I looked at was good quality an comparatively priced.

Customer service was a lil off... had 2 go bk 2 the other end of the site store 2 take s picture 4 the sales clerk. Ticket said said price 99.$ but thats not what rang up. They said it was out of stock. 3rd time I went there and they were out of stock

Its home depot- a do it yourself superstore! This Home Depot is rather large compared to others that I have been to around the area... The few times I have been it has always been clean and the employees are eager to help you.

Appliance department the sales lady(DJI0AU) Marrero,LA was genuinely friendly and helpful.

Its just so dark and gloomy, other then that its ok. The first time I actually got someone to help me.

They had a power inverter when everywhere else was sold out

Tried to return a drill and am being treated as if I stole it smh. I have a receipt but accidentally walked past the return counter so now something that should have taken 5 minutes is turning into an ordeal that requires cameras to be rewinded. Fine, rewind the cameras I said. That was 20 minutes ago.... not only does customer service suck but apparently they dont know how to operate their own equipment either.

Very great place too shop for all your home needs, and most importantly they have a very friendly staff! I was walking around the store looking lost and three people ask me if I needed help I think that was awesome customer assistance!!!

Went in to purchase some supplies to build a shed in my backyard, upon checking out we saw that it was storming raining and we had no way to get the supplies home without ruining them in the rain. Thankfully customer service allowed us to return the supplies we could not transport without any hassle.

No doubt about it this is the best home depot in the area. Any time i go there i never have to ask for help the workers always ask me before i get the chance. Even when its not someone from the right department they try their best and if they cant help they go grab the person who can. 5/5

The women who work customer service today lacked as much in knowledge as they did manners. This location has truly went down. There is an abundance of unnecessary attitude laced with eye rolls to boot.

The ladies at the service desk are so helpful and so sweet!!! I went in wanting to talk to a mgr and they helped me with my questions for online orders and returns..theyre always ask me if I need help over there unlike Lowes..we couldnt get any help with our dish washer
