After my order for a washer/dryer and fridge was delayed multiple times over a month and a half period by Best Buy, I got fed up and went to Bon Marche. Their team was very professional and set me up with the same products I bought from BB (and they had them in stock). They delivered it to me the next day, and the delivery team was fast and safe. Im so mad at myself for trusting a national chain after my great experience with Bon Marche.

I recently purchased an Kitchen Appliance Package and PAID to have the ENTIRE package delivered with the help of a sales associate which included a Refrigerator, Stove, and MICROWAVE. They delivered the appliances, which was about 4 days later, but they only delivered the Stove and Refrigerator. I contacted the sales office who referred me to the warehouse manager who informed me that they didnt have the microwave in stock and the my sales rep should have checked with him prior to assisting me with my purchase. So since they didnt have everything they just delivered what they without taking a quick minute to pick up the phone to notify me in advance. The Warehouse Manager said the following week the microwave would be in. When the microwave arrived they never called to tell me so I had to call myself to find out and when I did I was told that it wouldnt be delivered and that even though I paid to have the entire package delivered I have to pick it up myself!Had the communication been better I could have chosen to have everything delivered once the microwave arrived. But since since they dropped the communication ball I have to do what I already paid to have done which is pick up the microwave. The sales Rep and Warehouse Manager didnt express much of a desire to accept responsibility and do what comes along with that which is make things right with me, The Customer, by doing what I paid them to do and deliver my Microwave to the house.If Customer Service, Professionalism, and Good Communication are important to you Steer Clear of Bon Marche!!Lowes or Home Depot may be your better bet!

My grandpa bought a what was thought to be a new stand up freezer. 2 months go by and it breaks. Repair man comes out and says he has to order a part. A month later he comes fix it. It breaks again 2 weeks late her comes back out and says they have to replace it. They send a scratch and dent. Claims what we bought was one, never was told that but whatever, I just want a working freezer. Now 5 months later the second one does the same thing. Been waiting on the part to come in for 5 weeks now. Loss $600 worth of food. But thats not their problem. Was rudely told call fridgeaire. Well I did, but to see why the part is taking so long,only to be told they should have it way before now.

Nice selection of appliances. The issue is that they dont take your old refrigerator but the delivery man was very nice.

Horrible. Delivery was terrible. They took my front door off and just left & they delivered my sectional with a missing leg. They called me a month later saying they have the leg and I have to come and get it. Never again

I wish you can rate the experience separately. If you have worked as hard as I have been expected for years and have had to work with even the basic level of professionalism, you would understand. Robin was great. She was personable and professional. The ball was dropped at delivery and installation. I was told the tried to deliver and no one was there. Thinking is was our era accepted the delay of a week for the delivery. Then later on I asked for a picture of the home, come to find out it was the wrong home. Instead of rectifying their mistake, was told I had agreed to the new delivery date. The manager avoided my call, and not so much as an apology. My review may mean nothing but my hard earned money, respect, and belief in fairness will not let me continue with Bon Marche. I asked for a refund that will take 3-4 days. This was all on today, Christmas Eve. So sad, Merry Christmas Mama😭.

If you go to buy there make absolutely sure of what you are getting. My mother in law bought a freezer there. The freezer was not on the floor for her to look at and the salesman wouldnt show it too her. He made out like it was much larger than what was on the floor(which is what she needed). They dilevered the freezer 2 hours after they said they would. They left the gate open and let her dog out to run the neighborhood. She loaded some food in and realised it wasnt big enough. She called to see if she return it for a larger one they told her since it had food in it (it had been in her house many 2 hours) it was used and they wouldnt take it back. Now the lady is 80 years old on limited income and in bad health and she is stuck with a nearly $900 freezer that is not what she needs. My wife found a stove she likes and has not been able to find elsewhere. I be Damned if I go back there to buy from them.

Purchased washer and dryer through Robyn this week. The sales process was the easiest ever--no pressure, she showed us products exactly in the price range we wanted. Weve also worked with Robyn looking at other appliances, and she is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and friendly, while still being professional. Delivery was as expected on the next day, no problems whatsoever. To Robyns credit she did tell us to be sure to keep the hoses, vents, and plugs from the old appliances, as they may not need to be replaced. And, the delivery guy was so very kind to attach the dryer vent for us, when we had a bit of a difficult time getting it attached. The only recommendations I could make is to let customers know what additional items they might need for the appliances during the process of purchase, i.e. screens, size of hoses if they need to be replaced, vent hoses. It would also be nice if the contracted delivery people could give a call the night before with an idea of an approximate time to expect them. Overall, excellent experience!

We really needed a washer machine & I got it $50-$75 cheaper that the others I looked at for the same make and model!

Think twice before buying an appliance from them. Delivered a washing machine with a dent in the side and tub leaning to the right. Hits the side of the machine at start of spin cycle. Refuse to exchange instead gave number to GE cares.

With some appliances prices you might do better visiting a big box store.

Worst customer service ever. Jerry the salesman flat out lied to me. He led me to believe I was getting$100 rebate even though it was expired. Told me He would backdate my invoice which He did but there was no way I could get the rebate. He also neglected to put my stacking kit on my invoice so when I went to pick up my washer and dryer I had to run back to the store and pay for it I dont appreciate being lied to. He did it just to get the sale then was done with me. Paid me no attention. I will never shop there again and will tell everyone about my experience.

Saw some nice furniture but no one even tried to help me. As I was walking around I was just looking at 2 sales people sitting there on their cell phones and not paying any of the customers attention. One customer asked is she could get some help and one of the salespeople looked up at her and just went right back to his phone. So 2 other people and I all walked out at the same time and went somewhere that actually wants business.

Bought all major appliances required for my home. Just went to shop prices for like appliances. Ended up buying refrigerator, dishwasher and freestanding commercial range because prices were better than every other place we went to. Will go back to purchase washer and dryer.

0 stars!!!!!!Low grade appliance store. Store is raggedy, so i should’ve ran. Salesman or blah and don’t even think about calling service. I got a problematic laundry center delivered& called them immediately.The service center is a joke. Called at 9:30am to get update. Guy says he’ll call when In route& I Was number 9 on service list. Stayed home all day. Called at 2:39p, was number 7. Was told number 8 service would take a while. I leave house for errand at 245p & get A call asking where I was at 3:15. Guy must’ve “showed up” Said 10 mins away. Took me 14 mins to return& no one’s there. No way someone showed up& just left after 14 mins. I’d been in contact with them all day. No way. Flat out lie. Asked for refund from store& told I need to get it from service. Hmmm service didn’t sell appliance .Best advice: Stay away!!!!!All of this would not have happened if it worked on delivery.

Outside of cheap appliances that are inexpensive, I always have a hard time dealing with these folks. I have come to believe that the type of people that patronize this company are scammers and bootleggers. hence, why I get the runaround or horrible service.i have been waiting for someone to return call about washing machine that needs repair for 3 months now on extended warranty.also,my floor was scratched whne the delivery guys delivered. the guy looked me in the eyes and said i am sorry; mistakes happennow he is claiming it didnt!?!i buy maybe 2 or 3 rental units worth a year and am realizing thatyou get what you pay for!!!!do not use these guys for sanities sakeps i gave 2 stars for prices.
