Im here getting Melanies Ford Escape serviced. We come here almost every time did with her other car ( Ford Fusion). They are great Ive had no issues with them and do a great checking the car out. They will most likely be putting tires on soon if out today how they are. Well stop by and get your car serviced they will do a great job.

However, as the review was pertinent to the work I had done at Quick Lane; Im reposting on your website, verbatim, so your direct customers can see it...... I utilize Quick Lane whenever my SUV demands it. The service personnel are friendly, knowledgeable and provide quality work. I wish to highlight service advisors Brent & Axel for their friendliness & excellent work, as well as the knowledge and experience of Dan Noel, which has paid dividends as well. (He was the expert in using magnets to train the tricky Lincoln tire sensors!) Highly recommend these guys; Ive been going there since 2016 when I moved here from Minneapolis.

I was in Marinette on a for a business trip and on my way back to Green Bay, WI, I realized something was wrong with my rear wheel and could not drive home. I made it to Quick Lane late in the afternoon. The service I received from Brent and Alex at this facility was phenomenal. They quickly diagnosed my problem. I had 2 lug nuts that were missing off my wheel, a bolt was broken off and the rest of the lug nuts were loose. They fit me into their busy schedule and made time to make sure my problem was fixed within an hour and a half and were very reassuring they had checked all the tires on my car before I left. I cannot thank them enough for their helpfulness and expertise!

Nice clean and bright waiting area with fresh popcorn. Many bays with easy visibility. We were not serviced during our trip because appointments are recommended and they fill up quickly with oil changes.

Ordered our tires and they balanced and put them on. Aligned the front end. They didnt have a loaner car available so they shuttled me over to the mall to shop while I waited. Very friendly and helpful.

Had an appt to get old tires taken off and new ones put on. I Sat there for 2 hours. In that same time 3-4 other vehicles got done. They then took the vehicle who knows where for 10 mins and And the. Expected me to pay for an alignment thats not needed and replaced the valve stems without ever asking me permission and then charged me!! I will never go back and I will make sure my family and friends dont go there!!

Bad experience here charged more than quoted price by 75 dollars waited almost 2 hrs to have 4 tires changed they broke a lug nut and charged over 40 dollars to replace it unreal will never go back here.....Badger tire in greenbay is the best place by far to get tires done.....

I came in for an oil change, next thing I saw my car driving out the lot ! I asked what they were doing, they said they test drive it for problems . The girl said they do it all the time, mind you ive stopped a few times to get my oil change changed there and never once have they took my car for a ride . I dont ever want someone to just drive my car . NEVER going there again ! ! !
