I had an original oil change scheduled for 8:45 am. That appointment was rescheduled to 10 am without contacting me first to see if that worked for me. I arrived at my 10 am appointment and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes for an oil change. The rest of the service was great, but why make an appointment if your going to have to wait almost 2 hours for the service to be completed?

We are picking up our new car today. This will be the third car we have purchased or leased from the dealership. The trade in value we received on our car was actually more than we expected. Paul our Salesperson was excellent. In this time when there is a shortage to find a new car Paul worked tirelessly to find exactly what we wanted. He kept in constant contact to keep us updated on his progress. Paul made the process stress free.Cyndi and Robin Elsner

Amy did a great job for me. She made the appointment for a LOF/Tire Rotation over the phone and was able to accommodate my desired time to wait for the vehicle. While doing the inspection, she found that both the engine and cabin air filters needed to be changed. She came out to where I was waiting and showed me both filters. I appreciated the extra effort she made to show me what needed to be done. Thank you!

Your web site said the car I was looking at only had 4 miles on it, in reality it had 2789 miles on it, it was used as a service vehicle and yet you wanted the same price. I was told that I would receive $100 in rewards for my purchase, I only received $10 . When we got there it needed a good buffing, the hood and parts of the car had little dings from driving it on the road.I feel I would go back to the dealership when I trade in my car, but not the same salesman. I don’t feel he is well versed in his job or was desperate to make a sale. He wasn’t even there when we came to pick up our car (he knew we were coming)

Joe was amazing. Listened to exactly what I wanted, listened to the price range we wanted to stay in. He all around did a great job. Everybody we dealt with from the first day to our pit stop 7 days later were kind, super friendly and so helpful.

I was disappointed that all 4 of the Michelin Tires on my 2020 Buick Envision that only has 6500 miles on it was at 7/32 so in the caution area already! I feel that the tires have premature wear on them because they are rated for 60,000 miles so should be on a recall.I feel that this is not exceptable and would like this issue addressed.

When it takes 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation thats crazy. Im not the only one that complains about that. My son had the same problem months ago. People i work with say the same thing. You have to fix it because people are paying more at orher places just to get in and out.

My vehicle was taken in on time and it was done in a timely manner.

The guy who took care of me. Was rude and seemed like he did not have time to explain things. My questions seemed inconvenient for him. He wanted to herd me in and get me out as fast as possible very unprofessional I feel .

Everything was good I called for an appointment and got me in next day and found my issues and fixed same day and now life is good again!

Tires were to be rotated. Was told that they could not rotate because they couldnt get the lug nuts off. Koehne was the last one to rotate the tires. They said that since they couldnt get them off we could purchase new ones at $12 each. We have 36 that would need to be replaced.

I had an accident and brought it to the collision center. My car was fixed in a very timely manner and it looks great. Mike and his team were great to work with.

Wet spot on driveway, turns out to be antifreeze. tech (mechanic) didnt tighten down frt passenger side lwr hose clamp enough when warmed up under pressure it leaked. attention to detail is everything. when paying for it to be done i dont have to expect to have to follow up on the workmanship. please bring it to his attention as he,ll remember it if told about it in the future.

I was home visiting from sheboygan and the check engine light went on. I called koehn and they took me in almost rifht away. They fit me in their busy schedule. Mind you i bought the car in sheboygan

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did not top off my washer fluid and they did not rotate my tires. I will take partial blame for the tires. they said they recommended not rotating them because there was better tread on the front than there was on the back. With the tires only having 7000 miles on them it would not have mattered. The reason for rotating the tires is to even out the ware.

I received a phone call about 7am on Monday morning after dropping the truck off on Friday for a Monday appointment. I was concerned something was wrong. The guy says Your truck is done. I said my appointment isnt until 9:30am. He said someone came in over the weekend and did the work. I was so amazed.Thank you from Lena Custom Construction!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation which went well until I left the dealership. I got a short distance down the road and experienced a violent shaking of my truck. I pulled over and found a loose wheel on the right front wheel! Luckily it happened before I got further down the highway and was doing a lot faster speed, it could have been a lot worse! They sent a tech to tighten the wheel and inspect the wheel. I had to tell him to take the wheel off of the truck so I could examine it. Of course there was damage to the wheel, I returned to the dealership to have it examined more thoroughly and they did decide to order me a new wheel. They told me that these wheels sometimes loosen up by themselves, I wonder how gullible they think their customers are!!!

Everything was excellent and the sale team was outstanding we will be back.

Joe Manns is the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. he is kind, knowledgeable and goes the e xtra mile. We refer all of our family an friends to him.
