I was interested in a used truck for sale that was serviced here for awhile, so I called McClain’s hoping they could answer some questions about the truck’s repair history/needed repairs. I’m guessing the seller called in advance to give McClain’s a heads up that I might call. But Jaime answered the phone and was very kind and helpful! She gave me the information I was looking for even though it was of no benefit to McClain’s, and even offered to email me the truck’s service history! I was very pleased with my experience! We were on our way home from vacation and noticed we were having break trouble. The mechanic here checked out our brakes and fixed the problem quickly. He saw us immediately. He was professional and kind. The price was more than reasonable.Such a great service!

I had the most phenomenal experience at McClains on my way from MI to Green Bay, WI. They were empathetic with my situation and the owner dropped everything to tend to my vehicle. The place had a revolving door of regular, happy customers during my time in the waiting room and all the while I had a great time getting to know the front office staff. I cant say enough good things about McClain Auto Repairs owners and staff. They are professional yet friendly and informative. I am disabled and my legs swell when they arent elevated and they really went out of their way for me to give me a ride home and pick me up seeing as it would take a long time for the extensive repairs to my car. They were really diligent to figure out exactly what was wrong with it and it wasnt easy. In fact, they were recommended by my first mechanic because he was stumped on what the problem was. They kept me informed as they worked on it to figure it out which I appreciated. They explained things to me as well without talking down to me which is so nice!!!!! I have a special needs son and have to transport him 10 miles back and forth to school every day so need a reliable car. Thanks to McClain and the AWESOME staff I feel like I have one again! Thank you! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!! 😊

Always great service. Normal wear and tear fixes or performance installs. Had 4.10 gears recently installed and without asking they adjusted my clutch. Not bad on pricing, but for good work its worth it.

After having been to my dealership three times without them fixing anything or even genuinely looking at my car, mcclains took the time to inspect every little thing, tried a few different techniques to identify the problem, and personally drove it around to experience what was happening and confirmed exactly what the issue was. although they didnt have the technology to fix what was an electronic/computer system issue, they told us exactly what they tried, summed up the problem in detail, and gave us a quality recommendation on where to head. they gave us both the shop number and the mechanics direct line. they were willing to get in touch with the next shop in case there was another problem or if they needed any confirmation/explanation from the mechanic himself. im never going to anyone else in the area other than mcclains. they genuinely care about their clients and work tirelessly to assess the problem, even if they arent immediately sure where the problem stems from. theyre reliable, professional and most importantly, they treat their customers with respect and kindness. top notch place. alllll of my high praise.

All and Zach was very helpful and friendly. Went there with transmission shifting problems. They took time out of their busy schedule to drive in my Jeep and recommend what to do. It worked and they in a couple minutes to fix it. Save me big money from another shop. Thanks for having such a friendly shop. You have a new customer.
