I stopped in to purchase some bottled water and anything else that caught my attention. This gas station was more like a mini grocery store. It was clean, spacious, and it had a large selection of food/snacks and beverages.In the end, all I purchased was two bottles of water. What I found most interesting about this gas station was it offers self checkout stations instead of a human cashier. This is something that I have not seen at a gas station. It made me wonder when other gas stations will adopt this strategy in their business and how it will change the industry in terms of jobs and employment.

I have gone to this particular store and had it be closed at least 5 times. The website says open 24 hours, but not this one. U will not make the mistake of going here again!!

Employees do not come to work on a regular basis. Atleast 3 times a week the store is closed and I have to go down the street to Quick Trip which is always open.

Im here at 5:28am and it is supposed to be a 24 hour store and it was close and when they open they were 3 employees inside 🤷🏾‍♂️

9 times out of 10 when I try going to this Racetrac after 11pm they have the actual store itself closed. I understand that every once in awhile something might happen that causes the store to close momentarily but, this is basically every night. It could be a Tuesday or a Saturday doesnt matter. Day shift is great and on point even when they have a store that is full of a busload of teenagers. But your nightshift crew needs to get it together! Please some of us would like to spend money in your store but end up having to go to a different location or you know more often than not just end up going home. If the day crew wasnt as good as they are this review would only be getting one star.

Tip: This place sells Ethanol Free has! Rare that I see this!Pretty clean and easy to see off the road with a massive beer selection and walk-in cooler! That’s definitely something you don’t see everyday!

This gas station and convenience store is in an area thats not as safe as it was in the early 90s. But the parking lot is well lit up, the store is clean, the coffee is hot and service is typical for any Racetrac.

10pm at 24/7 store. Gas pumps seem to work. But not able to enter store as they are closed due to short staff. Dont go at night!

They were implementing some self check out machines during our visit and this made the process at least twice as long. The singular human attendant was overwhelmed and very sweaty and clearly under turmoil

Went in to get a coffee and came back out to a dead battery. I asked the lady at the counter if anyone there had jumper cables and if they could give my car a jump. Yall the manager came out and not only gave me a jump, but gave me a pair of jumper cables to keep in my car! I asked if I could pay for them, but he insisted I take them saying, everyone should have one of these in their car. Such a nice man. I definitely recommend that you give this place your business because good and decent people work at this one. I will definitely be back to support them!

Same problem as most people with this RaceTrac...they just seem to randomly close. Today it was 7PM. They dont do a great job running off the panhandlers, so be careful at night. Good cigarette deals, gas prices and most of the time the cashiers will knock out long lines quickly.

Gas pumps accept payment 30% of the time, avoid this gas station at all costs.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!Claims to be a 24 hour store. I work and get off late (no later than 1 am) and no matter what day of the week... they are always closed for “inventory” or “cleaning”. I do not understand how QT can accommodate 24/7 but racetrac can’t figure it out. You are directly off I-75 and can’t provide 24 hour service!?!? Pathetic and lazy workers/ work ethic

Had to come inside and stand in line of 12 people to get a gas receipt.Stop talking and cutting up and do your job. The general manager was the one cutting up with the employees. Rude when I mentioned that my time was valuable. October 8th 2020. 8:30am.

There are not 24hrs anymore they close at 12am and reopens at 6 am

**NOT OPEN 24 Hours** in fact, they are rarely open after 10pm. QT is always open.. They aren’t scared to only have one employee.

RaceTrac is my favorite!! We go there for quick breakfast and lunch options, as well as gas. Your crushed ice is my favorite and my daughter loves the frozen yogurt and the slushies. I love getting free items just by taking a simple survey. Always great customer service as well.

Came to this store last night at about 8 pm to find a crudely-written note on the door that said, closed due to no staff. There was an employee sitting behind the counter looking at their cell phone.Ended up going across the street to Shell. There was only one employee there, but he was open. I think RaceTrac should close for good. Its a customer-facing brand that is going to suffer badly if you try to keep this store open. This store has had issues in the past.

Good station, but price is generally more expensive than nearby stations. Seems like they are trying to compete with QT. They are one of the only gas stations around that have an option for e85. Station always seems clean and is large enough you usually dont have to wait.

I got 2 Swirl World frozen yogurt desserts, and I took it to the register. The total was $12.07. It was more expensive than I was expecting. I recognized that this was my fault, and I asked if I could scoop some out because I over-filled them. The employee at the register said he needed to get his manager. His manager comes out, and she says I cannot, because she would lose money (sugar, water--basically cents). I asked if I could just leave the product and not buy. She said if I did that, she would have to call the Police. The Police. Are you kidding me? Again, it was my fault that I didnt weigh it before taking it to the register (theres no weigh station at the yogurt pumps), but THE POLICE. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. They have no regard for their customer. Their method is simply to call the Police on you. She wanted to save the pennies that it costs them to make the sugar-water. Ill make sure she loses the THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS over the course of my lifetime from discontinued business with Racetrac, and to spread the news to all of my friends and acquaintances where practical.

We love RaceTrac! So when we were headed home from our date we stopped here to get 2 body armor drinks. They are 2/3.50$ right now. For some reason all of the tills were down. The workers didn’t say a word as to why they were down or how long it would be. We were about 4th in line, and it was growing. My husband took a 5$ bill out walked up and asked if he could leave the 5 in exchange for the 2 drinks and showed her the flavors so she could ring them properly. She stared at him and then shook her head no. Never said a word. Worst race trac service EVER!!

This was an awful experience with the attendant (African American Female with braids) and the Third Shift Manager. I went in the store and bought a few items. One of the items was a Fresh Baked cookie. The cookie appeared to be a great cookie. As soon as I got to my destination I took a bite. The cookie was hard as a rock. I was not upset until I experience the terrible hospitality from the staff. The attendant that I purchased the cookie from ask me what do you want us to do with it. The manager came over and stated that my issues was the reason the light was off. I told him the light was on when I purchased my 99 cents cookie. My issue is not so much with the cookie being hard but how I was treated after the fact. The attendant with braids begins to speak to other customers stating he bought it like that. I did not know RaceTrac was now a reality tv show. I believe people should act in a professional manner even if they are a cashier. I have always trusted the RaceTrac brand but now I am concern and will share it with my colleagues. Loyal business doesnt deserve this and we may need to remove some accounts.

I have been a RaceTrac patron since 1993. Since 2003 at the Delk RD location. They recently tore down the old store and built the most modern RT store. Its Awesome!

Diesel & E85 at every pump! I have vehicles that use both so its nice not to have to wait for a pump. Coffee is always fresh & bathrooms clean. Whats not to like.

A least once a week is close on the early morning between 5 and 6 am...due to short staff so most of the people tha stop by everyday dosent get to have tha morning coffe etc 😒😒

RaceTrac has a Angus burger. Awesome. RaceTrac is the biggest competition for the other quick food businesses that are losing their share of business. Rarely takes longer than five minutes to buy your food and go vs the other quick food restaurants.

From the reviews, I can see that several other people have arrived at this Open 24 hrs Race Trac only to find out that someone in charge had decided to close it. Most reviewers say they could even see employees inside while the store was closed! I suppose the employees (or owner?) who decided to close for the night didnt want to lose the hours from their pay. It would be one thing if none of the employees were available to work, but if you are going to be paying the labor costs for employees to be on site, why not stay open as expected to help offset the labor costs?? Id be REALLY surprised if an exec at RTs would be okay/fine with the owner of this individual franchise deciding on what appears to be an ongoing and frequent practice of closing on a whim(?) at random times on multiple occasions because it negatively affects the reputation of all Race Tracs Generally, a franchisee is expected to toe the line or risk losing their franchise license. If you experienced this, I suggest that, like me, you consider emailing RTs corporate office and make them aware of this. The public can only assume the owner doesnt actually care about meeting the expectations of customers at Race Trac regarding service, consistency, and quality. Making this even more apparent is the fact that this owner chooses not to respond to complaints and all negative feedback on this Google review page;. He has literally responded only to the reviews that are complimentary and completely ignores the others! That reflects the poor customer service found in this particular Race Trac: The attitude and morale of the employees starts at the top and trickles down. Bad customer service is usually from an emoyees lack of respect for the customer with total disregard that its the customers who provide that paycheck. Its as if they dont like people in general. So, why would this owner, who lacks a commitment to customer satisfaction, decide to open a business that requires a lot of face-to-face contact and interactions between its employees and its customers?? He/She may have been better with a self service car wash or laundromat.

I came to this RaceTrac around 5:00 am yesterday morning and the signs said they would reopen at 5:30 am . I visited to this RaceTrac again this morning and now the signs are saying “Doors are locked” DONT BOTHER coming to this RaceTrac around 5 am because obviously they aren’t as convenient as they say... This is why I choose QuikTrip because they NEVER close . And yes I did see an employee inside the store, smiling and giggling while customers are pulling up and getting out of their car just to read the sign and go somewhere else..... worst RaceTrac EVER!

I dont know how the customer service deals with the people that are in this area. I hope they get paid $25 an hour. I wouldnt work here if my life depended on it. These people have got to be working their tale off to keep it from being a ransacked craphole

Swirl world was as disappointing as a poop after a week long juice cleanse. One machine was out of order, the fudge was empty and they were out of half the toppings. Im full of regrets and dont know why I followed through. Im so disgusted with myself and ashamed that I recommended we stop here.

My wallet was stolen at this location and the employees were not helpful at all. I felt more like they didnt care or they just simply were too important or busy to help with a wallet that was stolen right outside their door.

I found that the shift manager demarcus i believe his name was. To be very rude and discriminatory in the way he treats his customers. His customer service skills are repulsive.

Favorite racetrac..they have outdoor seating in case you need to chill or youre meeting someone.

The people in charge of maintaining the food in the lobby are terrible. I had to stop attempting to go there because they’re constantly out of food.

The team members are always so friendly and remember their repeat customers.

Turner L. 8-5-17 11:35pm was very rude she didnt achnowledge me at all she felt very dominant for some reason.. I was rushed by her and she snatched my candy bar out my hand while their security was literally right their next to us. I believe someone needs to train Turner L. all over again or if someone can just teach her how to respect others and smile i understand your busy at times but that does not give anyone the right to be that rude Iam never going to race trac during 3rd shiftnot when she is working.

This RaceTrac sux. Always a ton of homeless inside, panhandling. Half the employees are ignorant AF. If its cold or an inch of snow, they lock the doors and close the store, even tho theres employess inside working. Youre literally pushing customers away. You win, ill go to Shell.

Worst attendants in response times. Gas pumps do not have receipt paper. And they will not answer the call button.

Fast convenient cheap... cheapest place to get gas in Marietta(except for the other ractrak on the 120S loop which is farther away. Great hot dogs,slushies& frogurt. Oh and a good beer selection too...especially with imports & single microbrews. I was just in florida twice recently and the 7-11s & other kwik e marts there couldnt touch Racetracks selection:-)

I only go for one thing mtn see icee. But 9 times out ten rodent work. While traveling 400 miles I stopped at at least 14 stores none would work. Complained to corporate but they never responded. The flow in the store has too many people traps.

The employees are rude and the security officer that works the night shift sits around with the drug dealers as they sell to people and lets the homeless people approach customers as they enter the store. The mens bathroom always has someone bathing in the sink with all there belongings sitting on the floor. Stinks and very nasty.

This location almost always has the slushie machines going which unlike another location in town is great for those random cravings!
