Brianna/Breanna in the pharmacy is rude. Pharmacist is no better. Ive been loyal to this location for YEARS. Just moved all my business to CVS.

This Walgreens was great! I typically do not go to Walgreens because I almost always have a bad experience but this location was definitely the exception. The pharmacy tech and pharmacist were extremely helpful and informative. They got a prescription that I need to field immediately before my wife came out of surgery and they even help me out on the price. My insurance was out of state and would not cover any of it so they apply the discount card. I would highly recommend This location.

Walgreens is my 2nd home... what does that tell you? I hang out there often! Good people.

Showed up 25 mins until close to let my 8 year old daughter a my love 11 year old (special needs) daughter use the restroom, and grab them a water and some food/snacks. The shift manager refused to let them use the restroom because they were closing; He was rude and unprofessional about it. He then locked the doors at 11:43 ... we just left instead of purchasing anything. Horrible customer service

Schedule a Covid test, waited in line for 20 min because I showed up 5 min early. When I finally got to the window I was refused and told to come back at 2pm because they close.

7am I walk up to the door and it doesn’t open! I see two people talking in the parking a lot and don’t think nothing of it. So I go back to the car wait about 15 minutes. I get out again go to the door and still it’s not open. One of the people in the parking a lot that I had seen comes out and says the store is closed?! I’m like what?! She says I’m not opening the store for a maintenance issue. Really you could of told me that the first time I walked up!! 🤬

Customer service is nice. Only 2 stars because they literally NEVER keep cigarettes in stock. I don’t know who has been doing their inventory for the last couple months, but I feel like an entire wall of empty inventory for consecutive weeks (nicotine or anything else) is absolutely pitiful on management’s part, and a pretty bad representation of organization, management and upkeep with a businesses stock. If you need nicotine, go anywhere else.

I am very disappointed in a place that I used to enjoy.This Walgreens used to be a nice place to shop while on the square. Today I went into Walgreens and bought a soda. I then walked over to the antique store about 200 feet from Walgreens to show my mother a necklace. I got back maybe 15 minutes later and my car had been booted.I understand that sometimes the Walgreens parking lot is abused by people who are not customers, but I feel like it is a bit much to have a private company sit in your parking lot and boot customers (who have been customers since the Walgreens was built) when they leave the property for a few minutes.Won’t be making a quick stop at the Walgreens on the square anymore. Be careful!

I have visiting Walgreens at Marietta Square many times over the years. I just read the last review an felt obligated to detail my experiences with the pharmacist Mike. I have found this young man to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have never had an unpleasant interaction with him or any other staff member at this location. Mr. Mike is an asset to Walgreens and some of us customers really do appreciate it. Keep doing what you do.

Upon arrival the parking lot was somewhat crowded but okay with me. The store was clean and neat. The pharmacist was professional and moved quite fast getting patients/clients in and out in an orderly fashion. Overall, good customer service.👍☺

I read some of the reviews I have never had any problems with any of the technicians @ this Walgreens I had the pleasure of dealing with one of the technicians Mike when it came to my parents prescriptions hes always so helpful too me and my daughter sometimes people need to be patient this is not a easy job.

If you park at this Walgreens, go inside to shop, then walk to another store on the square, you will be booted. Happened to my sister today. They have “spy’s” sitting in cars just waiting for you to step off their property so they can boot your vehicle. Extortion at its finest! This boot cost my sister $75.00 but will cost Walgreens more in the long run. Her family, and mine, will fill our prescriptions and spend our money elsewhere.

The Cashier Was So Rude While I Was Trying To Load My Card, She Was Rushing Me & Trying To Get Me Out Of Line . I Didn’t Even Get The Chance To Load My Card Because She Made Me Fee Uncomfortable & Not Welcome..

Horrible pharmacy service. They put you on hold on and off repeatedly. Their computer system says your medicines are filled and when you get there, theyre not. Medicines are never filled on time, i.e. when youre out, and the staff isnt helpful at all. I switched to them because Kroger was becoming unbearably bad, but Walgreens is just as bad.

This is the worst place ever, people are rude, they are getting cut on towing so if your car is parked there for more than 5 minutes you are towed! I went in to shop, ran across the street to get coffee to go, and then next door for lunch to go as to not drive to each place just next door and across the street and got towed, SERIOUSLY WRONG, if you have empty spots you should not be calling a tow truck, they have a full time employee doing just that, I will never shop at another Walgreens just because of the bad management of this place and truly hope this place goes out of business! And becomes a parking lot for the good businesses near by!

This pharmacy has technicians that are incompetent. I have had multiple issues with filling out my prescriptions at this location. In January, my doctor sent 3 of my monthly scripts to be filled at this location: one for Feb 1st, one for Feb 29th, and the last one for March 27th. Between January and today I filled the prescription once on Feb 17th. And when I called the pharmacy on 3/10 to fill it for this month, I was told that I would not be able to fill it until March 27th.After calling my provider and then calling this walgreens back, I learned that my scripts were filled out of order by the technician named Mike.This is not the first time that Mikes negligence has made fulfilling my prescriptions a complete hassle. When I went to pick up my prescription on Feb 17th (after receiving the text message saying that it was ready), Mike told me that nothing had been filled out for me. When I mentioned the text message, he told me that sometimes the system sends those out accidentally and the prescription alerts are inaccurate. I refused to leave and told him to look again, and 5 mins later he found my filled prescription.Its one thing to get someones food order incorrect, its a completely different thing to deny a patient access to their medication because you are inept.I was told that new management took over the pharmacy a couple weeks ago. I hope they are allowed to fire Mike and put a pharmacist in place who actually understands the seriousness of the profession.

If you are there more than 20 minutes (according to the parking lot attendant) they will boot your car. I had to pay $50 on the spot to remove it. Way to take care of your customers! My family and I will not shop there again.

I just go to walgreen because its walking distance from my apartment. But yesterday was the worst day. the slice breads they are selling was expired almost a week. and i report to the cashier. but not knowing the chocolate i bought was expired more than a month. Damn!!! the taste is so different. and when i check the date. there you are! BB 05/2017. i better do something with this company.. you are feeding people with your expired products!

If zero stars were an option, thats what they deserve. I will never shop at this Walgreens or any other Walgreens again because of this location. I parked here and my car was booted. Although signage is posted, it is small and not at eye level. I had to pay $50 to get the boot removed. Ive never had this happen at the Marietta Square area in the 20 years I have been a patron. Shame on you Walgreens for allowing this practice.

Love this Walgreens. I cannot believe the reviews. All of you getting your car towed or booted are in the wrong. We sold popcorn there for the cub scouts. People would pull in and get out and go buy a coke and then come back two hours later and yell at the guys. It cost 10 to park that day at the lots. If you need to go to multiple places you just cant take advantage of their company by buying a coke... really... cheapos get what you deserve,

Ive never experienced such disrespect and horrible service. My car was booted, well I was in store refilling my medicine. I wasnt sure if this was some joke or a scam. I called to have it taken off, to be told, I had to pay fee if I wanted it off. I explained that I was in store, waiting for my medication . At which point I was, I was called a liar and told to pay if I wanted it off. This extortion at it finest, I had my medication to prove it, but they didnt care.

They have a sign that says you have to wear a mask but it is not enforced. People are walking in the store with no mask and not being corrected.

I was totally surprised at the sale prices... unbelievable!! I spent $68 and my savings came to $83....and they were all items I used and needed. I may pay Rite Aid one more short visit tomorrow. Bye-Bye.

The staff at this location are super in the pharmacy and in the store. I am there a lot and have always observed the good service to everyone. Never had any trouble calling to get the pharmacy. The app for getting refills is great too.

I give them one extra star because the staff seems friendly enough and I have never had a problem until I thought i would try the pharmacy. My usual pharmacy is a bit out of the way and I pass this pharmacy a couple of times a day. It was a simple refill I did online, waited two days to pick up it still wasnt ready because they had to order it, they didnt tell me but no big deal, I cam back later that day, the price wasnt right, I left my insurance info again, my manufacturers discount and came back the next morning, it was still wrong, the price wasnt even close to right, and they tried to tell me that i wasnt getting a decent enough discount with my insurance. They didnt bother or want to bother having to run the manufacturers discount so with some huffing they said they would try again. I said no, put it back, and left and immediately called my regular pharmacy who had it ready at the right price within a few hours. I wasted a lot of time stopping and waiting for them to get it right, to talk and wander around with no care in the world, and still asking me to pay more because its less trouble for them. Dont go here for prescriptions, if Soyuz do triple check the price, because they dont care to help you. my regular pharmacy goes out of their way to make sure you are getting the best possible price even when you dont ask. My Rite Aid I go to is awesome, but they just got bought by walgreens, I hope they dont change to this mess. Hopefully, its just this particular walgreens.

There is never anybody working the photo and printing area. Stood in line waiting on someone to come up there for 15 minutes while others were in line behind me. Nobody ever asked if we needed help. Awful customer service.

The boot thing is no joke. Walgreens doesnt care if your car gets booted. Additionally, be prepared to wait hours for your prescriptions because the management doesnt care to help the pharmacy, they would rather take 8-10 smoke breaks

Walgreens is running a parking lot scam. Dont patronize them. We stopped by Walgreens and saw that there was an event in Marietta Square. When we came back we ran into Walgreens to get some ice cream and groceries. A tow truck company worker stopped me to tell me I was being charged $50 to remove a boot from my car.

Usually short staffed. Employees give me no reason that I should shop there. They arent friendly. I go there for an occasional prescription, and that is it. Prices are high, which is common for drug stores. Tough during high traffic hours to get in and out. Location is not good. The store is best used for filling prescriptions only.

Ill never buy anything in any Walgreens ever again just because of this one. I left my car here in a partially empty lot and they put an immobilizer on my car within an hour.

Knowledgeable pharmacists and staff members. Usually have meds filled within an hour. They usually have my prescriptions in stock which is why I recommend this pharmacy over most others in the Whitlock Ave area. Fast and friendly service.

Watch out for the boots. No hours listed and signs aren’t well displayed for parking if you park by the road. Make sure you get what you need and go park elsewhere after, otherwise they’ll be happy to boot your car. Walked down the street after making a purchase WITH WALGREENS and came back to a boot... seriously. Mind you they weren’t busy either and where I parked was right by the road entrance. I wasn’t in a convenient spot for others or anything. Guess they had too much time on their hands.

I would give NO STARS if I could! We parked here and ran to meet a friend to grab something at the square. Were gone not even 20 mins to get what we needed to at walgreens and came back to our car having been towed! They had signs in the parking lot saying non customers who parked there would be towed but the way we came in the parking lot we didnt see ANY of those signs. I would understand if we had parked for hours but we DID NOT. This place is awful for this. Im 8 months pregnant and having to pay $190 CASH to get my car now and I have a three year old boy with me that doesnt even understand whats going on.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wanted to exchange pain killer pills that I recently bought there (an hour ago) and pay the difference. However, the worker named Fredrick, gave me such an attitude because I didnt have a receipt (which he ripped and threw away an hour ago when I made my first purchase). I tried to tell him that in his register, there should be an folder or something that shows previous transactions. But before I could finish explaining him, with anger he yelled at me saying THEN SHOW ME!. With that I told him if I could speak with the manager and he just yelled a coworker to take care of me. His coworker did the transaction and let me pay the difference with a breeze. Never again will I go back to that Walgreens. Just horrible experience from that worker named Fredrick. If I could I would rate this a 0.

My family has shopped at this location for years, but tonight I went to the store and walked over to the restaurant next door to pick up something to eat and my car was booted. I had to pay $50 on the spot to get the boot removed. I will not be shopping at Walgreens ever again!!! By the way, booting is prohibited in Cobb County so I will be persuing this further!

Will never shop at a Walgreens again after this experience.Parked my car for less then 10 mins to put my name in a restaurant next door (La Parilla) and wait for a spot to open in the parking lot. Came back to my tow being freshly booted. Paid the fee, person removed the boot and was fine to leave my car there while next door to eat. Came back to my car being towed. A complete scam.

I have had several bad experiences here. Once I went in to get change for a 50 and after waiting in line for 20 minutes they told me that I would have to go to another line because they didn’t have cash. After waiting in the other line, I learned that they also didn’t have cash. They have also been known to boot cars even if the owner buys something there and only leaves for a few minutes. Do yourself a favor and don’t shop here.

Never been booted here but seen plenty of people shop here, at the Walgreens, make purchases, leave, and still get booted. Ridiculous practice against PAYING CUSTOMERS by Walgreens and American Eagle Towing. I know where I won’t be shopping anymore.

Only reason I came into the store was because the big sign said I could get 5 Arizona teas for $2. When I came in and when to the register with my 5 teas, they said it wasnt a thing.Then they proceeded to get the manager, who acted pretty condescending. She pretty much fought us and said because the sign said 2$ instead of $2, the sign meant you could get 2 gallon Arizona teas for $5, which makes no sense based on the word placement.We wasted our time in line, then waiting for the manager, just to be told we were wrong. Had never been denied a posted deal at a Walgreens. This manager cannot accept her own mistakes and fights clients just to show she is right.Look at pictures of the Walgreens here in Google to see the promotion the sign had.
