Ive been a Verizon customer for 15 plus years!! Cameron was amazing at multi tasking to get ALL six customers taken care!! I have NOT seen anyone like him!! He never got an attitude or upset about handling multiple customers at one time. He was still taking new customers at 6:50PM and turning NOT turn them away even though the store closed at 7PM!! You really dont find young staff who are committed to real customer service these days!!! Cameron is a real trooper!! I left at 8PM and he still had two customers left to take care of!!

On May 2, 2021 - I went to Victra (Not Corporate Verizon store) an independent Verizon store (2500 Dallas Hwy, Suite #550, Marietta, GA ) to transfer 6 lines personal lines. Instead they fraudulently(Tricked )transferred my personal lines including my kids lines into business account without explaining what they were doing. We were hit with $1986.83 invoice as 20% down payment. Corporate later reimbursed $$ for extra lines opened without our approval. Be weary of employee Korrin M and his manager. They are dishonest. They are Profits OVER Customer Care!! Avoid this store like a plague. The guys talk sweet but are not honest. I would not recommend this store to anyone who wants a peace of mind. FYI - 5 months later, am having issues with my billing from Verizon which has been slow to resolve - I dont blame them for the mess created by Mr. Korrin / Victra who has not called to follow up on my issue Baaad customer service! I am having to call Corporate every month for over charges on my account for accounts I did not open. Ruuuuuuuuuun from this store. INSTEAD GO TO A VERIZON CORPORATE STORE OFF BARRETT PKWY, KENNESAW.

Got there at 6:20 PM on a Wednesday. Sign and online said 7PM. They legit sat there and stared and ate their dinner why staring at us when we noticed the door was locked. Hard to recommend with such an awful first impression

I went to have my screen replaced and was impressed with Charlotte’s service. First time in that particular store, it was just her, and with the Covid guidelines, it was one on one service, just me and her in the store. She was friendly. She was detailed in what she had to do. And she took the time to explain how to replace it, so I could do it on my own in the future. Also, she explained the warranty and how I had to register it.Thank you for going the extra mile in service for me. That meant a lot. And I will definitely drive the extra 20miles from my home to see her again.

The associate we dealt with was so great, my wife & I were in awe of how tech savvy she was. Bear in mind, we are old now & technically challenged but she was able to transfer all the data from my old corrupted phone to my new phone. It took quite a bit of time but she knew which buttons to push when programs were not responding. From start to finish she was accommodating & very professional. My hope is that if I have any problems in the future she will be there to solve them.

We had a pretty good experience with Myranda. She was very helpful with my screen protector and adding an international plan. The only complaint is the online waiting system that did not provide updates.

Shawn (Donta) did a great job helping me upgrade my phone. He spent considerable time not only transferring data, but also advised on the new iPhone features. He also took the time to apply the screen protector to both mine and my daughters phone! And on top of that he shared how to file a claim and register for the screen protector claim! All around Shawn is a great and personable guy. Truly enjoyed his help and professionalism. Stay classy Shawn!

I arrived about 1pm on Wednesday Oct. 14, 2020. Not sure what the attendants name was as we never spoke. 2 other customers were waiting by the door, another at the counter, and the rep was on the phone talking about something unrelated to the customer in front of her. One of the customers by the door said she had been waiting 30 minutes and not been spoken to. Obviously it would have been quite the wait without any kind of idea as to how long. This is the 3rd Verizon store Ive visited trying to speak with someone. Guess I will have to wait until I have a complete day free to wait around.

Awful customer service from Manager! First trip into store took 5 hrs. Charged to set up phone then still had to go back in to fix, another 2hrs visit. Screen protector cracked within 4 days. Free replacement but u have to pay $12 shipping fee. Paid for otterbox which was to arrive at our house in 2 days, 14 days later never received. So feed up w entire experience, tried to return phone and start all over but they wanted to charge a $35 restocking fee and would not refund the $20 set up fee! When I tried to Express my frustration manager just continued to speak over me instead of just listening to my concerns

THESE GUYS ARE COMPLETE ROGUES AND FRAUDS! I went in to change my service from AT&T to Verizon. I worked with the store manager Ardis and he was s complete disaster! It took over 5 hours to complete the transfer of data from my old phone to the new one I purchased. Even at that, my new phone was still not working because Ardis did not complete the port properly. So I was left with a non-working phone all night. I went back to the store the very next morning immediately they opened at 10 am to return the new phone and cancel my service with them. Ardis charged me $150 to get my phone back, claiming that trade-ins are non-refundable. My old phone was still with him so he had not shipped it off and the new phone was in perfect condition with all of its original packaging. The contract states that because trade-ins are non-refundable I would get a credit of the phone value in the form of a gift card but this guy refused to give me a gift card. I opened the contract in his presence and asked him to show me where in the contract it States that I should pay $150 IN CASH!!!! He insisted the $150 must be paid in cash and refused to issue a receipt....very fraudulent!!! I had to drive to an ATM to get the $150 in cash to give him and he gave me no receipt. I paid Ardis $150 in CASH just to get my old phone back. I paid him for nothing!!!! This VICTRA people are 100% fraudulent and highly deceitful! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! I REPEAT IN BOLD....STAY AWAY FROM VICTRA! They have no idea what theyre doing and they will charge you for doing nothing! My experience with them was AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I literally just gifted these rogues $150 for nothing!!!!

Verizon asked me how my experience was with Shawn at my Marietta, GA location...However, the person who actually waited on me was named Donta...He actually stayed open a little late to accommodate me since I had trouble finding the store. I wound up getting an iPhone 11...Cost me a TON of money even though Verizon tells you that you are getting a deal! 😢

Shady, I bought a defective product here and they were less than helpful. I will never support this shop again. You are better off purchasing Verizon products from corporate stores. They sell genuine Verizon products.

Never go to this store unless you want to be ripped off. New guy lied to me about my monthly bill. Then denied he said it. I had a witness with me and can prove what he said. I went back to the store to confront him with his lies. He never took responsibility for what he said. He threatened to call the police on me because I argued with him and told him off. I am going to contact his supervisors, and I hope he is fired and has to go back to Alabama. His attitude toward me was demeaning and disrespectful. He tried his best to make me look like a fool and acted as if he was superior to me and my intelligence.I am a retired public school teacher with a masters degree. I doubt this guy ever finished high school.

Very nice staff, but horrible customer service. Have been waiting for a refund for a double payment for 7 weeks. I’ve called over 10 times during that span to be updated and every time have been told “it’s on its way”. I’d never do business again with Verizon if they are this bad at fixing their own mistakes.

The whole crew here is great. They were exremely helpful and courteous to deal with. I had to return the phone the next day and swap it out because I wasnt as comfortable switching phones as I thought I would be and they were kind and helpful with that as well even though I am sure it is a pain to take things back. Give these people your business and you will NOT be dissappointed.

I will start by saying, if you NEED to go to a store, make sure it is a Verizon Authorized Store. This location is owned by a 3rd party I believe and if a problem happens(which it did to me) you’re screwed. Long story short, I went to upgrade my phone with intent for a bogo, that was the only way I would upgrade. They had just stopped the bogo deal, employee AND store manager tell me when the deal comes back, come back in and we can get you the deal for 2 phones. I went on the day he told me to come back and said he needed the manager, come back tomorrow. The next day I went in and manager said deal was over... now she tried to get in touch with her district manager Roger Eker, but to be honest he kept feeding her BS. A few days go by and he finally calls me, only to tell me there’s nothing he could do and on top of it, tried to say it was my fault I wasn’t going to get the bogo deal. In the end I paid more for the phone, did not end up getting a phone for my mother and he never returned my calls when trying to reach out to him. Save yourself time and the hassle and go to another location where you have a better chance of good customer service and maybe someone who actually cares.

Dont waste your time on this place. I see signs this place is going out of business. Place never opens on time, some time it dosent open at all. It closes during the day for several hours. If you are lucky to find it open, they most likely will not have your phone in stock. Been to this location a dozen time to find it not open. Even today it was to be open at 10 however, still not open at 1040. T-moble is opening next door so Im sure if this place doesnt shape up it will be closed by the end of the year.
