I’ve had mostly positive experience working with Verizon wireless employees. My wife and I have been Verizon customers for over 15 years. Yesterday was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. First off, the manager was rude to my wife about her service dog. My wife has needs medical support from her dog and he goes everywhere with her out of the house. He is clearly marked and has all certificates needed. Our dog is very calm in public and doesn’t bother people unless they get too close to him (which is part of his Job) I went into this store to buy a new phone for my wife. The manager I was working with was not able to provide a clear answer to what phones she had available and what the prices were. It was almost like she didn’t want to sell me a phone. If I wanted to order a phone online I would have done that on my own. I ended up going to Costco and getting her the phone she wanted. Never going back to this store again. I suggest Smyrna if you absolutely need to buy anything in person.

I have been in this store a number of times looking for assistance with my familys phones. Usually, the service is either fair or terrible. However, we went in the store yesterday and were helped by a gentleman by the name of Todd. He could not have been nicer or more professional. He was patient and very thorough with every step of the process. Its refreshing to work with a true professional with such a positive attitude.

The customer service that I just received from this store was truly a disaster. Instead of helping me Tamia tried everything she could do to get me out of the store. The customer service line told me that it was best to go into the store to resolve my issue. I told her that and all she did was tell me to call them back. She didnt try to assist me or anything. The most disappointing service Ive had in a while.

I’ve been to this store twice and the Manager Sam has helped me tremendously! The first I was very stressed due phone not powering on and it’s literally my way around being a newbi to the city. He helped me calm down and helped me get to my next stop the Apple store without having to physically take me lol. I came back today due to Apple not being helpful and yet again Sam took great care of me resolved my phone issue, got me in and out the store in under 20 min! Phenomenal customer service!! Hours are posted that store closes at 8pm. I get there at 6:01 and they are already closed. Lady REFUSED to even open the door for me to pick up an order that I already paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. 😒

Christopher was great -he helped us get a new phone for my daughter. A couple of tips for the store in general - it is impossible to get someone on the phone when I call -have tried multiple times. Also, I went there and the store said temporarily closed without a reason, when it would reopen, or the nearest alternative store to go to. What is going on? Thanks.

Let me start by saying that I give Verizon Wireless no stars at all. Their Technicians are playing games with my phone. They have turned off my phone app notifications so that I cant get notifications from my voice mail and my incoming phone calls notifications. And its ok to not like me but I pay for my phone services. They say that they dont have nothing to do with this but it is a lie. When they fix one thing they disconnected something else. All of the problems that you have with your phones the Technicians have a lot to do with it. Which is why they tell you to click the link below that I sent to you so that they can have full access to your phone 📱 and so that they can turn on or off what ever they choose to turn off or to enlighten. They delete everything that they dont want you to use. And its been a problem with the Kennesaw Georgia store and now with all Verizon Wireless phones and stores. And until I get the device services that I pay for I will not give them any stars or delete any public posts. Never will I do it. Stop playing with my phone.

Let me start by saying that I drove an hour away to this location to pick up a phone( Xmas present). Per the online hours the store is open from 10 am- 8 pm on Tuesdays. I arrived at 6:02 the store was closed. Since COVID Verizon customer service has declined significantly. The frustration is that you have to call 3-4 times to have an issue resolved. There is no accountability anymore within the company.

Joshua and Chantell went above and beyond the call of duty to help me after multiple calls to customer service for my dads phone. He is in a nursing home out of state and I was at a loss in tears to help come up with a pin. They gave me multiple options to fixing this situation none of which customer service offered on the multiple calls. These two amazing people basically saved me so much time snd anguish. I truly wish customer service at the 800 number would get training from them.So much as I am an ATT client snd getting a quote to switch my family now.These two should be rewarded

WORST STORE EVER! During the pandemic they meet you at the door (thats fine) but if you need them to do something to your phone they wont touch your phone. They have touchless service. The guy on the phone kept saying we can show you how to do it... I cannot get the SIM card out.Their customer service before the pandemic was poor at best. People seemed to bothered to help you... but it is even worse now with the pandemic.My sons have their phones at TMobile... they respond. They help you when you go in. They are helpful. They smile. I had a great interaction today with this Verizon. I have a Pixel 2 and just got a new car with Android Auto. I walked in and told a gentleman that it would not connect. The cord worked and it wasnt the car because my Fiances Pixel connected no problem.The Gentleman simply walked to my car with me so I could show him, and fixed it in a matter of seconds. I am very pleased. He didnt try to sell me on anything, it was just a quick easy in and out fix. They have definitely earned my business, and I will come back in the future with my needs :)

I went inside just to replace my screen protector on my z4. They had plenty of employees working so I only waited a few minutes for a salesman. The salesman finished with a customer then came right to me without taking a break. Joshua was his name. He looked at my phone and came right back with the new protector and also placed it on my phone for me. He placed it perfectly aligned. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. Staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Not to get into the nitty-gritty of it, but the problem I was having actually could not be fixed by anybody in this store and yet the manager told me to go home and he would take care of it. Sure enough, I later got a call from someone who could fix my problem. Again, excellent customer service.

Brenda and Scott went above and beyond to be helpful. They tried several approaches to resolve my issue without having to replace my phone, but when that didn’t work, they invested significant time to advocate for me with Verizon to expediently resolve the issue in a way that guaranteed I ended up with product as good or better than with which I started. Additionally, they were kind and communicative. I’m glad to have this as the store near our home and look forward to work with them in the future.

I went to this store with hopes to bring over 5 phones and 2 iPads for service and to also look into business services. I walked around for a while, none of the sales people made eye contact with me to say anything. There were at least 6 people waiting before me...which I don’t mind. It would be nice to be acknowledged that you have even entered the building or to say “Hello, someone will be with you shortly.” Nobody said anything. After waking around a little longer, I left. That is worst customer service ever.

Ha! I was quite curious what other reviews would say when I looked. No surprise AT ALL!!! Seriously, this place is a scam and these people will lie DIRECTLY to your face to get what they want. Folks, I am not exaggerating here. Firstly, each employee will tell you something different. So right off the bat you know someone is lying and you dont know what to believe. But then when you try to challenge it, even in as friendly a tone and manner as possible, theyll get an attitude, raise their voices (presumably to make you uncomfortable around other guests so you just agree with them), and just be downright RUDE! The air of superiority of these people is unbelievable...how did they get such a high ranking sales job?!?!Let me just re-emphasize how they will lie directly to your face and mislead you with their confusing contracts and constantly changing policies. They told me a policy in the contract that was literally half the reason I got the phone never even existed...I have MORE than enough proof to show otherwise!! In fact it was a rep at THE SAME STORE that told me of said policy and why its a reason to buy the Turbo. Very sad state of customer service. I wish I could say it was just this store, but really its all of them....however this is definitely the worst Ive encountered.If you have a question or need help, call 1800VERIZON or check the site...they are actually friendly and helpful and have SOMEWHAT of a clue (they arent perfect...but much better).0 out of 5 stars. I seriously advise you to consider some other Verizon Wireless. My apologies for being rude, but the truth not always pretty. Actually, there times where its ugly. Absolutely the worst customer service today. I have been using this store for years and have always been pleased with the service and support. Not today. I went in for help with a problem I was having with my relatively new phone as I have done with other phones in the past. I was expecting the representative to offer to trouble shoot and at look at my phone. The person never gave me his name, barely listened to my issues and immediately asked if I had the insurance for the phone. I explained the phone was only 5-6 months old and the warranty should apply. Without really trying to understand the issues he decided the ONLY option was to replace the phone and strongly suggest I purchase the insurance. No paper work or order was given to me before I left the store,nor did I receive a text regarding the order. Left the store and the more I thought about the encounter, the angrier I got. Called Verizon when I returned home, explained my disappointment and with tech support was able to fix the problem with my phone. In addition they are sending me a sim card, which is what I thought was causing the problem. I know that Verizon officially stopped tech support in the stores years ago, but in the past the store employees at this store have always shown concern for any issue I had and attempted to try and resolve it BEFORE ordering a replacement. Learned a lesson today, always use the phone in support and avoid this store in the future. Done with this store, will not be back.

Very poor level of customer service. The general manager is very rude and offensive. I witnessed him talk to and treat a customer with complete disrespect to the point where I walked out of the Marietta GA merchants walk store and signed up with another company. If this is how verizon trains their general managers then I want nothing to do with is organization. That customer certainly didn’t deserve to be talked to in such a way. Shame on you. My only regret is that I didn’t get this guys name so I could notify Verizon corporate of his behavior. This store lost my business and several personal accounts.My advice: run as fast as you can away from this store and if you can’t then certainly don’t go to the general manager with a complaint or problem.

I agree with the negative reviews by others. Extremely poor (non-existent) customer service. Very little communication. Passive/aggressive blame game. Point blank told me they couldnt guarantee perfection.. Duh. But instead of taking a positive approach, and building a relationship with me, they tore it down. And this was AFTER I explained I have been a customer for 13 YEARS (GTE Wireless to Alltel to Verizon- they all bought each other- I never changed providers!!) I also pointed out the wireless marketplace is pretty competitive. A veiled way of saying, Take care of this long-standing, faithful customer; I have a big mouth!!. Didnt help. At all.

Different folk certainly have different experiences. We bought our phones and contract from this location almost 2 years ago, went back a few weeks later for some assistance, and now were just there to add features when the folks at the 800 Verizon cust service number could not help us getting it to work. All three experiences have been positive, and the woman who helped us today was professional, sought help when needed and resolved our problem, even giving us a suggestion as to how to save $5. We were satisfied. Maybe it is just that people who are angry are more inclined to write reviews, and so skew the results. We will continue to use this location.

Staff has always been super friendly...had the worst experience today with the so called manager of the store. He had an attitude the moment I walked through the door. While he tried to accommodate me by working me in between customers - he could not answer my question if Zagg sent me the incorrect size for my screen shield or not. He kept telling me to call Zagg. Thing is - I bought the screen protector less than a month ago from the same Verizon store. He kept telling me he didnt have an answer and when another employee called my name as next in line - he spoke for me and said I have been taken care of. I looked at the employee and said no, actually the manager here cannot answer my question and I still need help. He would not let me speak to anyone. It was such a simple question - is this protector going to cover the speaker or do I need to contact Zagg for a new replacement? He repeatedly said I dont know. Do you want me to put it on? I said - since you cant answer my question if it is the right screen protector or not for my phone than no, I dont want you potentially covering up the speaker. Absolutely the rudest experience Ive ever had in a store. I called customer service immediately to have the district manager made aware. Verizon should be embarrassed to have someone representing them as a customer service agent, much less manager. Never will I step foot in that store again.

PJ helped this 50 something year old figure out the new 7 Plus iPhone that my husband gave me for Christmas. He was so patient, he took my phone off of Vibration so that it would ring (1st stupid problem), he took my phone off of pause and my phone downloaded in full the first time (2nd stupid problem), he did an update on my phone (not a stupid problem but he was just nice and did it). Not sure if its this Verizon store or all of Verizon but the customer service is on a serious decline. This store has become progressively less helpful over the last 3 years. Very little flexibility and knowledge about how to fix a problem. Im honestly embarrassed for them that they make it difficult to spend money in there. Just walked out of the store to purchase a phone on Amazon. For the price of Verizon service there should be a much higher expectation of quality. Awful!

Been a Verizon customer for over 20 years 1 trip.to this store and i will be moving our business to.a diferent carrier in the future. Horrible customer service. They afe more converned with selling than helping their current customer base. I.dont are how good they say their network is, to be treated that impersonally and with disrespect. Wanted to replace my iphone with an android based one. Customer service offered to help as I browsed, I said no thanks, but they said they would put me in the queu (sp?) in case I changed my mind. I did have some questions about the Note 3 and a Droid phone. Knowledgable people, in fact staff who had those phones came over to talk to me. I was able to hold them without the security stuff attached and see how they fit in my pocket.I explained I was primarily interested in the Samsung phones, but after seeing the Droid Maxx and LG G2, I wanted to do some on line research before deciding, no pressure from the sales people.I came in the next day after reading impressive reviews on all, and needed only to make a decision based on playing with them individually some more. I did that for almost an hour with one helpful sales person. Selected the LG, and she had me on that phone quickly and out the door.My experience with the phone was not so great. Spent most of the day trying to get up to speed with the android system. LIked the phone, but couldnt handle the switch in operating systems, so I decided that night to return it.Went the next day and explained my decision. The sales person I worked with that day was GREAT. No pressure. He took the phone, wiped all the info, reactivated my iphone, and all done in less than 15mins. He offered to run me through the new iphones, but I decided Id wait a while.Very good customer experience. I suggest you go in during off hours. I went on a weekday in the morning between 10 and noon. I have had an experience when the new iphones came out and they were very busy and things were more hectic. But you cant get too upset with them when the store is crawling with people.Anyway, I rarely write reviews, but when I saw the others were so low, and they were mainly complaining about phones that didnt work (get an iphone!), I didnt want to let that stand.
