These guys are awesome, and Im grateful for their help. I came in prepared for a quasi-expensive repair on my phone for a new battery or new charging port. My older model iPhone no longer held a charge. They spent a few minutes brushing out lint from deep in my phones charge port and had me charging good as new. I was still ready to pay for the quick fix but they insisted the repair was on the house. A rare find, I recommend these guys.

Swung by today on a whim for a laptop issue and very glad I did! Didnt get his name but super helpful and saved me a lot of money. Will definitely be back for any future tech issues. Personable, knowledgeable, patient, and wont rip you off.

Great place to get your devices repaired! I had my two of my cell phones’ screens replaced and both times I received great customer service. My phones were repaired quickly and at a good price. The quality of the screens are also very good and work just as the original screen.

Ive had multiple phones repaired here and the repairs were great however on my last visit, I was very dissatisfied. I brought my iPhone to have the housing and screen fixed. First he tells me he has housing available in the same color, then says he doesn’t. The housing he replaced my original with was so beat up on all four edges. But he reduced the price which I thought was ok. So fast forward to an hour later when I’m uploading a video, I realize my speaker is not working and my gps. I’ve constantly called and texted about the issue but it’s clear he’s not trying to repair my phone. Very disappointed

I purchased an anti glare/screen protector for my laptop, because I use it outside most days. Mind you I didnt purchase this item from this store. So I walked in to pay them to put it on my laptop. After putting it on, they told me that they dont charge for this service! I was shocked, no business I can think of has customer service like this! Im a customer for life! Thanks for being a REAL local business that helps the community, even when theyre not purchasing anything tight then!

Great customer service. Brought it in because my wireless mouse had stopped working when I did an update to Windows 10. He fixed everything for $35, Best Buy was going to charge me $199! (just for the diagnostic) and had basically led me to believe that it was a hardware issue and I would need to buy a new computer most likely. Computer had been working fine up until the update, so I felt that there was still a software/connection issue related to the last update. I brought it to Kazamo and he had it working and fixed within an hour. The next day the mouse had stopped working again, I brought it back. He fixed whatever the issue was for free; Now my computer is finally back to normal! Absolutely recommend to anyone having an issue with their phone or computer. He also has lots of new phone and computer products (cases, mice, HDMI cords etc.) as well as apple watches, used computers, kindles, and other electronics for sale. Some of the merchandise is used, some new. Anything he sells you used, has already been reviewed in depth by him to ensure its in perfect working condition. His prices for the new merchandise are better than you will find anywhere else. I will never go anywhere else with another phone or computer issue, and when I do buy another laptop; hes going to be my first stop!

My Moto X had a cracked screen. The screen had to be ordered. I got a call as soon as it was in. It was fixed in a timely manner the same day. And found out later that they were cheaper than several other phone repair stores! Thanks for the great service.

I have had an Iphone and an Ipad mini replaced here, they are wonderful. And great prices as well. They get it done and charge you what they say they will. I would recommend them 100%. If you have a phone cracked or messed up in any way take it to them and they will give you the best price in town and not take for ever to do it as well.
