I was looking for affordable car to buy. Key auto center has large selection of cars for limited budgets. Staff is very friendly and office is so cute. Well airconditioned and they have coffee station. Bottle water as well.My car buying process was smooth and staff was very helpful. I end up buying a car from Key Auto Center which is in great condition and for a great price with no hassle.I would highly recommend this place.

I would give them a negative zero star if possible. My son bought a car from them. This was his first car. He is 19 years old. The blower motor went out the same day as pickup. I called the dealership and the owner was rude and refused to fix the repair. IT WENT OUT THE SAME DAY. I hope and pray that this is the only thing that goes out on this car because I can see this dealership doesnt care about their customers..STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THERE ARE MANY OUT THERE WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THE QUALITY OF CARS THEY SALE.

All I have to say is good things about these people! I did have an issue with my car that was an expensive fix but Key Auto Center paid to have it fixed for me and now my car is good as new! The car is a really great car and I am very happy with my experience and the way they worked with me entirely to make sure I was happy and that my car is in top condition! They were very caring and worked with me in making sure everything was done. So very pleased with my purchase and I will always recommend anyone in need of a car to buy from Key Auto Center! I bought a car from them a month ago the same day maybe 20 minutes into my drive home the check engine light came on for the oil so I go change the oil. The next day I take it to the gas station and the check engine light and EPC light come on. Long story short I have spent 4,000 so far on damages for a car I’ve driven less than an hour it’s been in service for the majority of the time i’ve owned it the license plate hasn’t even come to give you a better idea. Please PLEASE be aware of this dealership I am advising you bc at this point i’ve spent half the price of the car on service. If you want to know everything that i’ve had to pay:Camshaft Position Sensor 325New wheels and alignment 950New wire harness 1620Clean carbon build up 400New oil pump 1420All of this before taxA squirrel ate the wires which caused the sensor to go out and the service techs don’t know if they’ll find more issues with the car after they fix the pump

I had a great experience buying my Honda Pilot 08. Ive visited many large and smaller dealerships for the last month and I was really discouraged because there are soooo many fees when buying a used car. This place doesnt charge the junk fees. Only taxes and tag fees. Theres no haggling because they really do have the lowest price based on my month long research searching on every site imaginable. If you have cash then I would say keep checking on their website to find what youre looking for. I test drove the specific vehicle I was looking for. Went to Walmart got several money orders, signed the documents and drove home. Fast, easy, no pressure and stress free! Best car buying experience Ive ever had and I absolutely love my new SUV. My dad found this car lot for me and I’m glad he did. I was a little nervous at first this was my first car in a new state but they were very kind and helped me get a great car that’s still working great for me. They have also been VERY accommodating with my payments which I never expected with a car lot. They told me they are family owned and I can tell :) Thank you guys.

I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus from the Keys Auto Center. Everyone there was so nice. They let my son and I drive every car there until we found the one that fit our budget and ran good. Since I was buying the car as is for my son, I wanted to make sure everything was up-to-date so he will not be on the side of the road. After taken the car to really get check out which I should have done before purchasing. The whole car was rusted under the bottom as if it has sat in a flood or came from up north.Since they were so nice and kind I advised them of the matter and asked if they was willing to give back a few dollars on the car. As stated I know it was purchased as is but I had done quite a few repairs which was not a problem but the car needed struts due to the bad rust. I was getting them replaced, but the price was much. When I talked to them they stated the car did not need struts. I tried to explain that the mechanic took me to the back and showed me the rust. I was advised by Key Auto Center if I dont like or want the car, when I receive my title I can just sale the car to someone else, which I would not dare do a person like that. The struts are so bad I could not get them replace for the bolt is rusted solid. I was advise to let it be and dont drive crazy over bumps and potholes.Buyers Advice: Key Auto Center have nice looking car, decent prices, and their hospitality rates high, but please make sure you get the car you desire checked out before purchasing. Once you leave the lot it is your baby.

Kaan was my salesperson. The van that I purchased is a good van. I went and had it put on a machine to see if was there any type of mechanical problem and there was no problem. The technician where i took the van said that it was a good van also. I had a little simple problem with it but they are going to correct that problem. So i would recommend this place to other customers also. The process of purchasing the van was easy also. So go see Kaan and his staff. They are good people. 👍👍

Ill be fair and give 2 stars for their initial cooperation and customer service. I personally wouldnt recommend this place, they have no problem selling you lemons and refusing to help if you didnt check everything yourself. If you do buy from here test drive on the highway, then on the back of the paper inside each vehicle check and ask detailed questions about each federally listed potential defect, get the responses in writing or have a witness.

I had bought a car from these guys a while ago when they were at their old location off of Canton rd.At that time I was working as an Independent Contractor and I was looking for a budget car that is reliable to drive for my work, nothing luxurious.After looking at cars from different places, I found a Ford Escort ZX2 base model with ~115k miles at Key Auto. I ended up buying that car from him.I had driven that car for almost three years, and I have added another ~160k miles on odometer. I have maintained myself and It had strong engine / transmission.My experience with Key auto was honest and straight forward. There was no hidden/dealer fees.There was one issue with the stereo on the car and it was disclosed to me at the time of the sale.Overall, it was good experience.

Purchased a car from here 2013 Ford Fusion . Was told I couldnt purchase the vehicle without purchasing the extended warranty through the 3rd party . 2 Weeks after buying the car the check engine light comes on and leaves a $2,000 repair bill . Catalytic converter . Which JUST SO HAPPENS is one of the things NOT COVERED in the warranty . Called the dealership and they told me to buy the part off eBay or just dont replace it. What kind of dealership says that ? Secondly the bumper looks like it was damaged and they literally repaired it with TWIST TIES . METAL TWIST TIES . I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP. This place is a d*mn joke and I cant wait for my attorney to tear this small business to the ground . 1 good lawsuit is all it takes . See you boys very soon =).

I don’t know where to start, but the customer service is great. They are all so nice and patient. I didn’t know what car I wanted, but they allowed me to look around and test drive every car. I didn’t know that was possible but I am glad they did because it made my decision so much easier. They also worked with me with a few complications I had, and were also trusting. I would definitely recommend. I also got the car I WANT and had been looking for at a great price with low mileage.

I am very excited to share my experience with Key Auto Center.I called last evening asking about a vehicle and was told that the vehicle I was interested in had someone else coming to view in the morning (today). I asked if he would tell me about the car just in case and he was polite and patient with my questions 🙃. I told him I would follow up early in the morning to see if the car had been purchased. Keeping my word, I called. Off to their location I went. 1.5 hours later I was greeted by a young man who allowed me to see inside the car. He quickly came back with the gentleman I had spoken to before.... very professional with great personalities. I would absolutely recommend Key Auto Center. Don’t go in there expecting to wheel and deal. It is what it is. KAC has great vehicles priced slightly below market value. I truly believe that they care about their customers. First of all they have pretty good customer service, but are very deceitful. Key auto center willingly sold us a car that had over 1000 dollars in repairs needed. The staff there told us that the car was a good running and driving car in great condition but they LIED. Do NOT to buy a car here don’t make the mistake we did!!!!

Went to view a car yesterday and the check engine light came on after 30 mins of test driving the vehicle. They didnt want to give a discount or repair the vehicle.

Went and test drove a nice SUV yesterday. The truck sounded like a moped and when you step on the brakes you can feel the front axel wobbling bad and it makes a loud clumping noise. I’m not saying that none of their other cars are up to par but that wasn’t. They should really get those cars deeply inspected before trying to sell them to the public

I recently purchased a car from you guys two days ago, the car drives but when I took it too my mechanic there was all types of codes coming too the computer, my mechanic also said they reset my check engine light, so now my car is in the SHOP after I paid about 10k now I have too pay 3k more too fix my truck, I have too pay for struts, my air condition and a few more things, don’t go there

Buying a used car from anywhere with no warranty is tough. You do not know who you can trust or what car you can trust. Luckily i took a leap of faith with key auto and purchased a 2016 ford fiesta and i could not be happier with the results. The car was in amazing condition and fairly priced. Soon after purchase I kept in touch to get a spare key and they were more than helpful when it came to getting that made and complete. These people seem like they want to work hard, do their job right, and make the customer happy. Overall, im glad if i trusted anyone to buy a car from that it was this business. Would do again.

I will start off by saying the staff is friendly and nice. It made me want to trust them right off the bat, and the car I wanted was priced below market value (if it was in good condition, which they claimed it was) so I was excited about it. Luckily, I listened to my dad about taking the car to a mechanic before buying it because the mechanic told me they had cleared the check engine light, used engine bright on the system, and that after I had driven it for about 50 miles the light would come back on, and they offer no warranty. The mechanic told me the car had been crashed and the transmission was starting to leak, which would cost at least $1500 to fix. I find that this is a very dishonest practice and I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from them. I may have even bought the car had they been honest about any problems, and not tried to cover them up deceivingly. Just be sure you see a mechanic if you want to buy a car from them.

Recently I bought a car from a nearby place dealer keyauto center. It was pretty seamless and very functional. The former owner still had a lien on the car. keyauto center had done my funds, they released the title next day. Bill of sale and all documents were signed on the app and all paperwork was next day. It could use a little work on the app. I am in the auto repair business and I always recommend this app to my customers when they feel it is time to sell their vehicle.

I am impressed with the Workers and the owner at keyauto center . I went there in looking for a car which was a rare model of Honda, but they didn’t try to get me into something I didn’t want. They made sure to get me the exact car I wanted, color and features. They also kept me updated every step of the way. If you’re looking for a car then I highly recommend to choose keyauto center. I went to look at a first car for my son at this dealership. We looked at a car and we were told that they did a comprehensive mechanical inspection and they repaired ALL items related to drivetrain. I was about to buy the vehicle and I took it for independant inspection. I stopped the inspection after the mechanic found:- Oil 1.5 quarts low- Misfire in Engine- 4x4 drive shaft was missing- Numerous Fault sensors had been clearedThese guys are as dishonest as any used car dealer youve ever heard of.

Ownership is extremely awful. The workers there are jerks that wont work with you at all. Hell claim hes giving you a good deal, but the car is trash. They dont negotiate at all so dont try it. They also dont know anything about the cars and will not fix the issue with the cars. Would not recommend to someone at all.

Love this place! Needed a used car for my husband after he totaled his, got a Sebring for less than how much it would have been to even try to fix his old car! The owner, Koray, and the other guy that worked there were both very nice. I spoke to Koray before I went in to look at the car and he was very direct about everything. My husband loves the car, something simple but still comfortable to be.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Owner is a scam artist. We bought a car April 3 Owner insured us that the cars engine was in good shape. He stated he has the transmission checked, checked all fluids. He stated he had a in house mechanic and drove the car 300 miles to make sure it didn’t have any issues. By the time we got home and put the car in reverse the whole car was jerking and making a horrible noise. It felt like the wheels were about to fall off. Owner was not willing to work with us. I had a mechanic look and drive the car he said it was potentially dangerous to be on the road. I sent the owner Koray email asking him to do the right thing and fix this problem we have 2 small children an it’s not even safe for them to be in the car. April 9 check engine lights came on and the car blew up in smoke no longer drivable we had it in less than a week. I feel he stole from us $4300 for a car we can’t drive. Learn from my mistake stay away from Key Auto Center and NEVER do business with Koray Agirbas

BEWARE ******BEWARE ****** these unethical dirtbags are selling vehicles with salvage titles and major mechanical and structural problems. They prey on the young, women, and the elderly without hesitation. These guys are exactly why the term “used car salesman” was coined. They literally robbed my sister of $5k for a car she purchased for her young son. Also, be aware that CarFax does not show all details relating to a vehicle. The car she purchased has a salvaged title (car was totaled at one point), a blown engine, bent frame, leaking trans, etc.. and came back clean on CarFax. Key Auto was 100% aware of the issues, concealed them, and never disclosed that the vehicle was totaled and had a salvaged title. Their response when confronted was simply “don’t you understand the meaning of as-is.” Steer clear of this place at all costs!
