I don’t understand this. Why they have a big sign that u have to wear masks and they doesn’t follow the protocols…. The employees doesn’t use them. But they want u to use it. How you know who is vaccinated and who’s not?!!!

I prefer this Publix. It seems a little smaller than some others nearby but it has what I need. Shopping here is always a joy.

Conveniently located deli with a plethora of fun seasonal plants and decor to distract me on my way to and from the deli. A+ place to take a lunch break.

Supply issues on some of the items I wanted, but no problem, such a nice selection I chose something else. Bright, clean, helpful associates.

The deli needs to get it together. Twice in a row now the same person has absolutely no regard for how a simple sandwich should be made. Rude the entire time as if I were a burden trying to order a sandwich. I asked for light olive and got a mound of olives slopped onto one half of my sandwich. I asked for it to be toasted and they pulled it out before it was even done so my warm Italian sandwich ended up being a cold olive sandwich with some meat on it. Every single topping was plopped onto a different segment of the sandwich. Bring back Felicia and Muiz. Those 2 were THE BEST employees you guys ever had.

This Publix is fantastic and has been for over the last 12 years weve been shopping there. Friendly, helpful cashiers and employees, and the Publix standard of excellence in cleanliness and quality.

The organic selection has gotten better but prices are not as competitive as Sprouts, Trader Joes or even Whole Foods. On recent purchases I paid $4.99 at Publix for a 3-pack of organic romaine hearts. They were $2.99 at Trader Joes and $3.99 at Whole Foods. Organic Parsley at Publix was $1.69. I paid $0.99 at Sprouts. They have got to do better on their organic prices for me to shop there more often.

Always shop at this store when visiting my daughter. This store has items the one by my house does not have. Parking lot is well marked and location is ok. Getting in and out can be a challenge especially during high traffic hours.

Awful customer service and bad product on shelves. I arrived at Publix to do some pleasure shopping. I wanted to get a half gallon of chocolate milk. They publix brand whole chocolate milk that expires in 5 days for $1.99. I asked the store manager is there any other milk. The Manager Chris, very rude said no, and I can’t mark it down. The milk expires in 5 days. Better yet 4.5 days because today is almost over with. Make the customer happy, why would I pay full price for something that is about to be spoiled. Very disappointed in Publix and the bad customer service by the manager Chris.

I sm a big fan of Publix. I really enjoyed this stores food bar that included soups, salad and a variety of wings.

Seafood department was friendly and cashier was friendly. Deli was friendly. Other staff as floor clerks, and cart 🛒 duty clerks were busy watching customers, and commenting on parking in handicap parking instead of doing there job. Not realizing that the reason handicap parking is for ppl that have a broken ankle or advisability thats why they get issued a handicap sign.

The associates at this store lack common courtesy. I only shop here because its near my job. However the store is clean.

Havent had a non stressful experience while grocery shopping in a long time... intill today! Thank you Publix 💯

My wife went into the store.. did her shopping and then proceeded to check out. The cashier made some of the bags too heavy. When my wife asked her to put some items into another bag. The checkout person said “the pkgs are fine. No need to make them lighter”. My wife then asked for her to double bag it. She refused.Persons name was Paula..Stay away from this person.Hope management addresses it with her. Customers should not be treated that way. My wife has a torn rotator cuff and is in constant pain. Carrying heavy groceries does not help it.

The most intamate atmosphere from the lighting to the employees there. They all have some kinda chemistry, or character trait if you see them enough, which makes the banter fun. Just surprisingly genuine. the only thing holding the service back is just the layout and size of the store, its in a plaza and old.So not much they can do to change it, but as long as I can get my groceries, it wont stop me from coming back.

Its clean, the staff are helpful, the pharmacy has a fast turn around.... I mean, its Publix. But the reason for this post is to provide a shout out to one specific worker. I hope I am spelling her name correctly but I believe it to be Soju. She is a short and older woman that works the cashier. She is ALWAYS so sweet. She asks how my day is and I have never gone through her lane and left without at least two compliments. She even asks my name so she can address me by name when she says goodbye and tells me to have a wonderful day. I hope management reads this and that this kind lady is awarded some form of recognition. Five stars to this employee... all the way!

For grocery pick up: quick and efficient, we were in and out of the parking lot in less than 10 minutes. Associate was fast, efficient, and courteous. Too bad they jack the prices on (some) items when using the (Instacart) service.

A sign hung above the deli for a falcon club sub.Thats what I ordered.the sign states chicken.bacon.spicey mayo & peach mango preserves. EMMETT who was fixing my sub forgot my bacon.had to remind him.he was so unpleasant during this encounter. I asked about the peach mango sauce only to be told it come only in the falcons sub and they are out! Thats what I ordered. Thats what I have been asking about.so if your out of something you should have told me and I would have ordered something else. So I spoke to a manager who quickly made my order correctly. 1) your deli employee should be trained more2) I will not have EMMETT fix anymore of my food

Awesome place, very clean. The soup and salad bar close a little early in the evenings.

Public service is great. Friendly employees who are very helpful and fresh food. A little more expensive than other stores but you get what you pay for. Never a long wait to checkout and new self service checkout installed.

The people throughout the store are extremely nice! At check out the cashiers are rude, they only speak to the people they know or nothing never recognizing you. (No Hey, Hi, Hello) The bagger/David is the worst he will put your heavy items on top of chips and bread. I spoke up to David he waved me away “like whatever” bye. I called Chris the manager on duty...hopefully he will reinforce kindness to everyone. I shop at Publix for the experience to be their “customer”.

I love going to this Publix. The store is kept clean, and I appreciate the cleanliness and attention to safety in regards to the staff and store in light pf the pandemic. They have hand sanitizer stationed at the entrance and exit and staff keep the carts and baskets sanitized. I like all of the employees, but especially Suna. She is always extra kind and remembers every customer.

I used to drive out of my way to shop at this Publix - it has always been a pleasurable experience. The store is clean, not overly crowded and staff have been wonderful. Last week I experienced a young teenager scold me for coming into her line with more than 10 items. She condescendingly told me it was too hard for her to bag more than 10 items. When I offered to bag my (15!) items for her, she said she would do it just this one time but next time I should be advised. I guess waiting in one of the other two lines behind grocery carts full of goods was a more convenient option for her.Having worked as a grocery clerk 20 years ago, in my teens, I know it is not an easy job. But, bratty behavior from an entitled teen is never good customer service. I hope that the manager addresses this type of behavior in an upcoming training. Also, if your employees cannot or refuse to bag groceries over a certain quota, then they have to go! Make note, I will never step foot in this store again. Ive decided to drive to a Kroger right down the road.

Easy access, well stock, clean store, courteous employees. Ill be back.

Absolutely disgusting.I saw two separate people without masks during the five minutes I was in the store (I left once I saw that they were allowing people to shop maskless). The people were right in front of the employees. KEEP AWAY IF YOU ARE AT RISK FOR COVID

Wide selection of food, the produce looks fresh and crisp. Damn voice were helpful and friendly.

In this virus crisis, my local Publix has been well staffed, polite and very cognizant of sterilization. I feel perfectly safe there and applaude their super hero efforts in reacting to a monumental health threat. THANK YOU!

This is one of my favorite Publix stores. The staff is always more than helpful. Even the people stocking the shelves are friendly. If you make eye contact for a second the employees always smile and ask how you are doing. My two favorite things about this location is that the shelves are always stocked and sale items are always clearly marked, especially the meat department. In other Publix stores the meats arent always marked whats on sale. And their bakery is awesome as well!

This publix was actually fast at preparing subs. Normally every other one I go to sucks...takes forever....
