I thought this Publix was going to be really small where it is located, but noooo, its a huge one! It has a lot more to choose from compared to other Publix Ive been to. They even had the Amys soup I specifically went for that the other Publix didnt carry. It was clean and spacious. Lots of friendly employees.

A manager approached me while i was strolling around the store looking for items to complete my Ibotta Frankenstein Bonus. She asked if i was finding everything I needed. I answered honestly by saying that there were quite a few items I couldnt find but after looking up and down the shelves, I didnt think they were in stock. She walked around with me and tried her best to help me find several of the items that i named but as i had said, the specific products were either out of stock, too new or were no longer being sold. Regardless, the determination she showed in her attempts to help me went above and beyond the service that Ive EVER been given in a grocery store. Unfortunately, because i was so blown away, I failed to ask her name.

This Publix always has exactly what Im looking for. Minus one star for no self-checkout lanes - I really prefer self-checkout for a quick stop.

Very clean and well-lit. Ample parking, several handicap spaces, and curbside pickup available in designated spaces. Friendly, courteous service in attire, bakery, deli, and pharmacy. 4⭐s cuz shelves are not always well-stocked.

This Publix is always clean, organized and stocked with everything including seasonal items. Joy the cashier is the best! Her memory is amazing! Everyone is observing the 6 feet social distancing. There is a cart section now with cleaned carts when you walk in where associates have freshly sanitized them. Prescription area is nice with sanitized pens and cup for used ones and a new privacy wall and two seats. Arrows on floor for direction of walking flow help with 6 foot rule. Only thing is, it is hard to hear people through the masks, we dont realize how much we depend on lip reading!

Store was clean and carts and wipes were availablr. Ordered cake online from the bakery. Pick up was quick and order was correct and available at the time I had requested when I ordered the cake. Cashier was super nice and asked if I had the Publix app on my phone when I paid with my phone. I dont so she then explained all of the cool features of the app and I am probably going to download it before the next time I go shopping at Publix.

Love this store, very close to house usually well stocked, as always with Publix everyone who works there is extra friendly.

Betty the cashier was my bright light of the day! She was very nice and when she opened my eggs she checked each one! She found one that had a crack and sent for a new carton of eggs for me. Thats what I call great customer service!! Liz in lottery is always fantastic too!

Always a nice shopping experience. Clean, nice rolling carts ha, fresh produce and meats. Staff is always friendly and offer to help me to my car after I check out.

When it comes to your everyday neighborhood grocery stores Publix is the Pinnacle when it comes to cleanliness, friendliness, and service. Got to watch the prices sometimes but its a give and take.

From the store management to the front of the house like the cashiers any of the people that greet you at the door by the shopping carts all the way to the back to the meat counter there are associates who like to help customers find their recommendations.

Ordered a sub. Didnt find out until 10 mins after it was supposed to be ready because they dont have the right meat. I stood waiting for 20 mins. 2nd time there has been an issue with online ordering subs. They said they tried calling. I had no calls any the time since ordering.zEdit 08/2/2021 Changing from 2 to 1 star review.Decided to give this location a 3rd try on the online Sub ordering... Got my sub finally 15 mins late. Order was supposed to be ready by 12:20 (Ordered at 11:50) came out at 12:35. And the ONLY reason it came out at 12:35 was because I asked the status of my sandwich at 12:25 and and employee said Oh I will get started on it now. So my order would have came out even later if I had not said anything to them. They were busy, but clearly prioritizing the walk-in customers not the online orders at this location.EDIT 08/09/2021They got the sandwiches out on time this time as I ordered much earlier at around 10:00. Pick time on ticket was 10:35. My wifes order came out as she ordered. For my order they guy completely forgot to add my lettuce/onion/cucumbers to my order. All he put on mine was what comes on the Jerk Turkey Gouda... completely skipped all my addons to my sandwich. Im trying really hard to give this Publix a chance. I keep coming back in hopes they will get it right. But it seems every single time I order something will be messed up or it will be significantly late. Sigh...

I got my second Vacination Moderna shot from Publix and very friendly environment.Its not a extremely diverse store but its customer service is nice and its a friendly environment. The food products are always fresh and you can get help their there to assist you so thats great. Thanks

Location is a little rough, but the store is great.

What I love about Publix is their consistency from each of their departments. Always doing their best to go beyond. I particularly love the various options in the deli to get a good meal. Baked lemon pepper wings and sweet potato fries were delicious. Excellent experience every time.

Love this store except the deli. A line of 8 people waiting to get sandwiches or food, and one of the two employees that was making sandwiches, after talking with what I assume is the manager, walks off and starts cleaning. So one person making sandwiches. Bad customer service. Waiting 30 minutes to get a sandwich is not worth my time.

I was at customer service having bad dad left my debit card at home having a bad day. Came all the way but down here to have a new person Aaron at the customer service desk gave me a even harder time after I lost my id at there store didnt care kept telling me what he couldnt do i know he will remember me cause do dont never know what a person is going throughout thanks for nothing very unhappy customer

They have low stock and several times you dont find the item that you request

Ive been shopping at this Publix my entire life. This is my home Publix. I would come here with my grandmother and she would always get me chicken tenders from the Deli. Its safe to say I will come to this specific store as long as I possibly can. Everyone in the deli is so helpful and they have the best chicken cooks around. This place is like family.

More expensive than my local Publix in Florida, but very nice store with great service.

Curious why all the Covid protocols that were in place have been removed? Lanes were one direction, now back to the old open access for everyone. The last time I was here I saw 2 people without masks. One was wrapped in a blanket and pretending to cover her face with it. The other was a guy with his mask around his chin below his beard? No one wiping carts and no wipes to do it yourself. Its funny how GA is still a hotspot but everyone is acting like cases are just dropping and there is no threat any longer?

I came in to pick up a prescription. Thank you, Publix, for your program with no cost and low cost for some medications! While in the store, I picked up other items. Indeed, shopping is a pleasure at this store! The pharmacy is always courteous and helpful, especially pharmacist Adam and technician Maria. This store is my favorite Publix!

What everyone expects from Publix. Premier quality grocer. Excellent produce, deli and bakery. Helpful customer service and grocery aisles were organized and full... BUT the meat department really stood out! Fresh, full, inviting, and incredible amounts of variety cuts of seafood, beef, pork, lamb and chicken. Kudos to Dpt mng Shaun! Who was by himself I believe.

Publix at Towne Center Prado is my favorite publix! The workers are always kind and helpful and they layout of the store is spacious.

They are going out of their way to keep grocery shopping as safe as possible right now by wiping down carts, making isles one-way, and having guides for standing six feet apart in line (and Im sure more that I didnt notice). On top of all of that, all of the staff are just as kind and helpful as ever despite all of the added stress.

Normally when I order online I come in about 5-10 minutes after the ticket says the order will be complete, just to give a grace period because I know how service industries can be. So, when I ordered online for 2 subs to be picked up at 8:10 (1 hour and 50 minutes before close) I did not expect to see a lack of made subs and most of the deli already packed away. When I approached the counter to ask about my online order, the associate behind the counter went to check the tickets and not only was mine there, but 6 other tickets were also neglected. This is not the first time this has happened at this particular publix, this is the 3rd time it has happened to me. I usually have a fantastic experience at publix but I dont want to give 3 stars because this behavior is grossly unacceptable. If you are going to have an online order option it should not be ignored by your staff.
