Nick is always so helpful, informative & professional! Ive taken all 3 of my vehicles there. From my Yukon to Mercedes, they are experts! I also like that they have a mechanic that specializes in foreign cars. When I took my car in today to have the battery checked, Nick jumped right on doing the diagnostics on it. Thankfully I did not need to replace my battery. Most places would tell you to replace it just to make money off of you, but Nick & his guys are very trustworthy. He also showed me how to replace the battery in my key fob vs taking it to the dealership. I would highly recommend Nick at Service Street!

I love the shop atmosphere and the staff are always friendly and courteous. Generally, I am usually pleased with the entire process when taking my vehicles here but this time I wasn’t. Went given the quote over the phone, either I misunderstood or the person didn’t explain thoroughly enough because the cost was double what I thought it would be. Perhaps you should offer to email the quote so any misunderstandings are eliminated. I will probably continue to use them but will be more careful in the future.

I called a day ahead of time to get front and rear brake shoes, pads and hardware installed on my pickup truck. I had already informed them that I had purchased my parts and just needed parts installed and rotors turned. That’s all. I was given a reasonable quote and accepted the price. After arriving the next day and job was completed I was informed that my rear brake shoes were still good and left on and that only the front pads were replaced and rotors turned. My rear shoes and hardware were still in the box in my cab. That’s not what I instructed them that I wanted. If I wanted the rear axle serviced it would be an additional costs. The cost of the front brakes and rotors turned was right at $300 … and I provided the parts. That is more expensive than a authorized dealership would cost including the parts. Too expensive and given the excuse of “ I’m sorry sir, I must have misunderstood you yesterday when we talked “ isn’t justifying at all. Other than being way too expensive, thecleanliness of the facility and presentation of professionalism is on point. I felt totally comfy while waiting and the smell of the fresh brewed coffee was awesome as well.

Nick was fast and super informative! BMW in Decatur wanted me to wait weeks and Nick had me in and out within 24 hrs. I was thoroughly impressed! My BMW has 235,000 miles on it and I’ll be servicing it with Nick from now on!

I have come here twice. Once for my car and next with my sons car. I was provided excellent service both times. I had gone to a Hyundai dealer prior to this but wasnt satisfied with their service because I had to keep texting and calling to reach the technician I was to contact and I was always reaching out to them but them not to me. I came to Service Street Auto based on their reviews. They were top notch from beginning to end. I did not have to chase them down not once. They let me know the eta of when they could possibly get to my car and communicated what it needed, the cost, and when it would be done. I didnt have to make one call to them or hunt them down. That right there is important to me. They did what they said they would do in the amount of time they said and I have been satisfied with their work on both cars. Theyre farther away from me than the place I was taking my car to but I will travel for good service!

I mistakenly called this business thinking I was calling the Nissan Dealership. My car was brought in by a towing truck to be serviced. I was impressed with the professionalism over the phone which is a big deal to me. I got to speak with several of the employees there. I was really impressed with Nick who kept in touch with me about what was going on with my car. Communication, another thing I’m big on. Once I find out what’s really going on with my car, I’ve decided I will be utilizing their service. Thank you for your professional and communication!

This was my first time using Service Street for my Jeep, but I will be back. Very happy with the way the manager, Kyle, handled my time there. They performed the oil change in a timely manner, and, while they offered recommendations and let me know about upcoming scheduled services, they did not attempt to pressure me into any unnecessary services. I was also impressed with the cost, which was very reasonable. I would recommend this Service Center to anyone, and I look forward to giving them my business in the future.

The establishment is clean, beautiful, comfortable and in a perfect location. From my initial phone call, I experienced professionalism, and friendly staff. Ive never experienced such a seemless and positive experience getting work done on my car. The staff member who worked with me was kind, polite and very honest. He diagnosed my vehicle and when asked if they could also do the back brakes he honestly told me that they didnt need to be done. (He could have easily ripped me off by doing a unnecessary job) I found our new mechanic!

STEER WAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! These people seem dishonest and charge way more to fix your car than they should and theres no actual proof that they do. They charged me $3,500 to fix an air intake flap (which the part is $600 online) in my Mercedes and theres no proof of any change. I tried to sell my car today and my buyer took the car to service Street to get it checked and they told the guy not to do it and saying they wouldnt pay even $2,000 for it and when they brought my car back it had a new oil leak on the passenger side of the engine and oil all over the engine cover. Ive been VERY PARANOID to take my car to get serviced and I know its a bold claim but I think theyve sabotaged the car but theres no open evidence. Ive had one of the mechanics even leave tools in the hood and Im wondering why the hood was crooked when it was delivered to me and there was left over tools in the engine bay! Something is just screaming DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE EVER! Id definitely watch out for this place because everything is just so fishy. Steer way clearP.S. The buyer of the Mercedes I previously mentioned and I have been talking and he said that service Street messed up so many things on the car. He took it to his local mechanic who said they had to be really inexperienced to mess all these things up on the Mercedes and the buyer wanted to let me know that the people at Service Street are A BUNCH OF CROOKS!Please share this review so that anyone who needs service on their car knows not to take their car here so they dont get robbed of their money and an even more damaged car

So I had my light come on for battery not charging, changed the battery because it was due for one.light came back on so I call for an estimate for my alternator. Was told to stop by to get a free estimate. They came back and said my alternator was good battery was loose. Tighten my battery and was good. Unfortunately my light came back so went back and they did a little more research they came back that it was a some type of manufacture problem something Honda is only able to do. Just that they honest with me to begin with and also went above and beyond. Thank you Kyle in the front and the tech that looked into my situation. I will definitely come back for all my mechanical needs.

Service was quick. The offer they have for oil changes is second to non. I will be back very soon for my next oil change and any other repairs I may need in the future.

They are proficient, communicate well, so far fixed my car at a decent price without any problems, they work with your warranty company on mechanical diffs that they cover, they shuttle you and your car if its not drivable coming in and shuttle it back to you when its fixed for free! that is calming when you break down on the way there or you break down and need it fixed right away while you wait if parts are available, plus its great to have mechanics that actually listen to what you need them to hear and willing to work with you!im thinking im gonna stick with them for awhile at least!

The consultant was friendly and helpful, but the quoted repair cost was 3 times higher than two other repair shops in the area.

Take your vehicle here! The staff was very welcoming and approachable. Unfortunately, there’s always a risk that your mechanic will try to up-sell service (like tell you that you need a new alternator when it’s just a bad spark plug), and it seems even more risky when you are female. That was not the case here. In fact, I THOUGHT it was the alternator but it was a simple faulty battery terminal. They changed it quickly and were not intimidating at all. I took another vehicle to them to fix and, again, it was a good experience. The prices are right around average (just slightly higher than a neighboring auto-shop) and they got us in and out quickly.

I stopped by on a whim to get a bulb changed, not expecting to get service.I was pleasantly surprised when they took my car back and Kyle changed out the bad bulb. It took maybe 10 minutes.Exceptional service!

Kyle got me in right away. My issue on my Camry was with the EVAP system and rather than change out a bunch of parts his shop returned my vehicle to me confirming its in good running condition. Integrity with a smile.

Poor excuse for a auto repair shop, only takes on simple jobs because they’re not real mechanics.. pathetic

Mechanics did not diagnose the issue with my car correctly the first time. Had to have more parts replaced. Also, found a rodent hole and droppings in my backseat when I returned home. The hole and the droppings were not there the day before. I called the shop and they denied the fact that the rodent hole could be from them. I would not take your car there.

Not being local always makes you weary especially when your in a bind... let me tell you I have dealt with mechanics all over the country these guys are the real deal.. literally gave me a lightning fast free diagnosis.. maaaybe took all of 5 minutes for diagnostics.. they even brought me back and showed me exactly what the problem was.. they were unbelievably informative and transparent. They repaired my exhaust and got me back on the road in literally 30 minutes flat. I was shocked due to the extent of work needed and being I showed up last minute on a Saturday.. never have I seen such professionals work at such speed and great prices . Dont even bother going or shopping anywhere else these pros are the best in the Atlanta Metro. I will spread the word to all my friends and family in the area and always be thankful for their help. Took my 2011 Rav4 in for inspection and Nick was great and told me the rear brakes needed replaced. Im using my warranty to get it covered but will continue to use them for my scheduled maintenance.

Immediate service for oil change this time as is pretty common. I and out in 30 minutes. Great package deal of 5 full synthetic oil changes for $200.00. Have used for over 10 years for 2 vehicles. A little pricy for repair, but, have never had to carry a vehicle back due to repairs not being done properly.

There was a miscommunication with the Tech who took my appointment. When I returned to pick up my car for what I had thought was just a Free Brake Inspection, I was charged for an oil change?? (Which they did). After explaining to Nick that I did not order that but would pay for it anyway he said NO WAY that I was not going to pay for something I did not ask for.My brakes were checked too btw!!

Great service. Only complaint that I have is that, considering the pandemic, no one wore a mask when in the lobby and while speaking closely to customers. I can understand while working you don’t, but for customers, I think it’s needed.

Place is horrible they try to charge over double for what parts cost and then lie about fixing things there was another guy there that had his oil changed while I was there and his car was leaking oil the guy at the counter told him it was a plastic seal that went around his plug for the oil pan then said the where gonna replace it then the mechanic that was working on the car told him there was nothing wrong with it the oil was residual from the oil change that he didnt replace anything they are very dishonest people working there

I live in the area and have driven by many times. I was considering the purchase of a used vehicle and had a couple of items of concern that I wanted to get looked at. Upon arrival I was greeted by Kyle. He was very thorough in his explanation of what the issues were and of the expected repair costs. If I had purchased the vehicle I know I would have been in good hands at service street if Kyle is any indication. He instills a great sense of confidence.

When I asked about finding parts that were cheaper than the parts supplied by the dealership, he was more than willing to help and fully explained the differences in warranty due to this move.
