Precision Tune is great, the owner is always friendly and ready to assist and would give you a very desirable estimate and keeps to it.

I have been going to Precision Auto on Cobb Pkwy for many years. I have 2 trucks and 1 car that over the years that I have only let them perform service on. They have always been very honest and upfront. Their prices are better than any other place I have visited or gotten quotes from. They performed all my oil changes. I currently drive a Ford Fusion and my headlight went out and no one would fix it because to my surprise my entire front bumper has to be removed in order to fix the headlight. Ford dealership would charge me over $200 just to put in one light smh and this is not even a foreign car. So I tried one last call to Precision and they told me that they can fix it for me and the price was so much more reasonable. The next car I get I will make sure they headlight can be changed without dismantling the car. I have been to another Precision and I have to tell you that they are not all the same or ran by the same people. I never gotten service done at the other one because they were so unprofessional, didnt seem to care about the customer and their prices were so much more expensive. These guys at Precision Auto on Cobb Pkwy are awesome!

If I could give this review more stars, I would!!! We had car troubles driving home from Florida to Indiana. We stopped in at the dealership across the street and they couldnt even look at my car for hours. The team at Precision Tune Auto Care assessed the problem, got the part and had me back on the road in less than an hour. These guys are the most honest people I have dealt with in a long time. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! While we were in the waiting area, another customer came in asking for an oil change and a coolant flush. The tech told him that his car didnt need a coolant flush and not to waste his money on it. What a great shop. I highly recommend this business anytime you are in the area.

These guys do amazing work, you can always tell the employees are happy and love what they do. Gave the guys my engine code and they were working on my car in 5 minutes to clean a throttle body. What was crazy was how many people came in and how quickly the mechanics were taking care of other customers! Highly recommended!

I pass countless shops to have my car serviced at this Precision Tune. On my most recent visit my other errands caused me to arrive 30munutes before closing. My Precision Tune said Yes and got my oil change done in record time and on a holiday weekend!

I would come here to get my oil changed often even though it was out of the way, but yesterdays experience kinda turned me off. I was waiting to get an oil change around closing time when i heard the young guy tell two people they werent able to service them because they were about to close. A few minutes later another person walked in an was told they were able to service them. Just didnt like the inconsistency.

I have been a customer for almost 10 years. It’s nice to know there are mechanic businesses that deliver consistent great quality service every time and this place never fails. I would recommend them every time.

Had Ideal Auto Protech which says on my agreement that it covers Radiator replacement. Turns out that they dont. I was thin colleagues at work about precision Auto Care and how they have been there in the past and the cost and the service wake me at 4 and excellent respectively. And they were! Still looking for an auto warranty company if anybody knows of a great one. Called for a price quote on a tune up for my truck was told they would call me back that the management had to make the estimate and waited until the next day and called again same thing not really bad people I think like most places right now they are under staffed

Got my cars oil changed there, after a day my car was leaking oil.Figured out it was a oil filter which they changed was super loose and leaking oil, I had to tight it by myself. After spending money with them I still had to purchase another quart of engine oil because it had leaked so much.

They have bad services and attitudes cause Im waiting for my from 9:30 am - 3:45 pm. To get two pieces on my car to replace! So the question whos was in the wrong? Me or them! I spend money on them!

I went to this location on Friday November 27th (the day after thanksgiving). There were about 7-9 people in an approximately 10x10 space, some with masks and some without. Most of the people without masks were the workers. We asked for help as we were coming to have my breaks checked and possibly replaced. We had a brief wait and then we were met outside by a gentleman without a mask. I asked if he could please put on a mask before doing his inspection, his response was no and he simply walked away from my car without explanation. We thought he had said yes and went to get a mask but after about 5 mins of waiting I went inside to confirm if he would be able to help us. He responded with no, that he was indeed refusing to put on a mask and that he would not help us. He mentioned that his location was independent and they were not required to wear masks. I asked if anyone else would be able to help us while wearing a mask. He refused again and blatantly ignored me while I spoke. I asked for the manager and was informed it was apparently him. This was my very first time at Precision Tune and this left a very sour taste in my mouth. I later went on to spend $500+ dollars at another location, his loss. I was very disturbed that during a worldwide pandemic a MANAGER would refuse to wear a mask for the comfort and safety of his clientele. Needless to say I dont recommend anyone visit this location; they are not upholding the CDC guidelines and are not willing to wear masks upon request. These are people who need to get in and out of multiple vehicles and come in contact with many people and surfaces throughout the day. It was disgusting and I was happy to have had a much more pleasant experience at the location on South Cobb Drive in Smyrna.

We drive 30 minutes to this location because we always walk away with honest quotes and with excellent service, reasonable labor prices and always have a car that drives better than going to somewhere close to home. Last time we had our oil changed at a convenient tires plus and my car dragged for months and drove like oil was not changed when I was promised they (tires plus) used full synthetic.......decided to make the 30 min drive for full synthetic oil change and of course Precision had my car driving smooth again! I went here to get an oil change last week. They suggested the conventional oil and did not try to upsell me on the more expensive oil I didnt need. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The mechanic also let me know that I needed to have a head gasket seal replaced (I already knew I needed). Very helpful and fast!

Its hard to find a better deal on an oil change than what Precision Tune does em for. I brought my Jeep Wrangler here for an oil change on a Friday afternoon and there were a few people in front of me, but they were still able to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time and at a price much better than other places Ive been. Ill definitely be back.

I really appreciate the service here. They went above and beyond.Came in for a oil change and I was having some issues with my car over heating. Turns out I needed a new Radiator hose. Daryl told me it was best to leave my car there and not drive it b/c I could destroy the engine. Tony offered to give me a ride home and pick me up in the am. The next morning they were able to fix my car for a very low price. The service here was outstanding and I will definitely be back.

My car was having an issue with the gas pedal losing power. When I brought in my Vehicle to Precision Tune Auto Care on Cobb Pkwy, I was able to speak with Daryl whom I have been going to for years, he looked into it and discovered that my Catalytic Converter was damaged and needed to be replaced, while the car was in shop, Daryl discovered that my Fuel Pump was damaged and replaced it, and took extra time to clean out plugs and the filter to make sure everything worked smoothly. Though I was anxious to have my car back sooner than later, Daryl did not release my vehicle to me until every issue was resolved. I would surely recommend this shop to my friends and family. I am blessed and grateful for the time he took to take good care of my vehicle. I was not disappointed at all, but well pleased. Thank you Daryl, Tony and Precision Tune Auto Care Mechanics.

***BEWARE** you are paying for services not rendered!! I went to them for an oil change in April. Last month started hearing a rattling noise so just took it for an inspection and the cause was NO OIL in my car. I have never had oil issues with my car. I was told there are no signs of oil leak but there had been no oil on the dip stick. Since no leak, that means my car had not had any oil put in April. Precision Auto Tune did not put any oil in my car on April. Took my car back and acted as if they were servicing for an hour just to scam me. Please do not go to this shop, if you do PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THAT THEY PERFORMED THE SERVICES THEY CHARGED YOU FOR. I am taking this up with corporate.

I have been going to precision for years for oil changes and regular maintenance. Recently I have been having some more serious car troubles. The owner and managers have been amazingly accommodating and have gone above and beyond to not only fix the issues but to do so in a timely manner. Being a female and obviously not knowing anything about cars; I have never felt ripped off or taken advantage off. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

They were great and quick. The receptionist especially. She was so nice and kept me informed. Even gave me a great suggestion about my 2018 Dodge journey being that it is new.

CAUTION!! Dont fall for the $20 oil change sign. Just think..sounds to good to be true because it is. What they do is use the same exact oil filter for every single car and dont care. They definitely dont use the oil that is supposed to be used either. You can pay for synthetic and they will probably put regular in it. I went somewhere else because my car was burning oil bad...he said first off this is the WRONG oil filter for this car. Mind you that I been going to precision for 1 year and 11 months. This whole time I thought I had a deal...they are crooked and thieves! Ripping people off on oil and filter. The wrong oil filter can damage your engine over time and cause it to burn oil or in worse case break down. Motor cant filter oil efficiently. Cant believe I just found this out and I know alot about cars. Will never be going here again. I hope people read this before going to this place. Pay the extra money and go else where and make sure the filter they use is right and oil is right for car and WATCH the mechanic. Its a lying business.

Can’t beat a full synthetic oil change for $42 out the door! Everywhere else is $58 and up not including tax. I found my new home for oil changes. They were also very quick. My wait wasn’t long at all. In and out maybe 15 minutes tops.

We have been coming here for about 2 years. They have always given great, honest and fast service. Recently when we were out of town our car had an air conditioning problem. We were told we needed a air compressor, which is about a $500-$600 service. We waited until we came back home and took it to Darryl. Darryl and his team fixed it for $100 and we didn’t even need an air compressor. How much more honest can you get! They could have easily took our money for an unnecessary repair. They will forever have our business.

You get what you pay for... You need to inspect their work if you choose to use them. I stopped using them years past and recently used them for a simple oil change in two cars with me supplying the oil & filters. The filters were not tight causing drips and the dipsticks were ejected by three inches causing quite a splatter mess under the hood. You could smell the oil burning. Im not sure the quality of oil they use but I bring my own.

Precision tune is a completeRIP-OFF! They worked on my car and did things that didnt need to be done. Cost me 800.00. And it didnt ever fix the problem. I had to take my car to another mechanic to get fixed. And it only cost 250.00.

Im generally skeptical of auto shops, so I was quite surprised at how well my visit went earlier today. The man I interacted with (think I heard him called Gus?) was friendly and went out of his way to take care of me. I was able to watch him work with other customers, as well, and they all appeared to be happy with the shops service. Just an example, but I saw Gus direct a couple to another nearby shop because he felt that shop would be better at addressing their specific problem. To me, that demonstrated a tremendous level of integrity. I plan on taking my car here in the future.

I feel slighted. Was going here for a few months to get regular oil changes. My check engine light was on and Jason (the owner/manager) checked my car and recommended a job that cost $1300 that he said was a deal. **my fault for not getting a second opinion*** After the job was done, he said that the car ran smoothly. 20 miles later the engine light came back on. He claimed my computer needed to be reset ($150 more that I didnt have). A few months later after getting an emission waiver, I took the vehicle to a different mechanic who looked at my receipts and informed me that the work done would never have fixed the problem. I went back to Precision and Jason acted like he didnt quite remember the work he did, but I definately had a problem. He said that the other mechanic couldnt have possibly looked at his work and said it was incorrect. Needless to say, I would never recommend this guy to anyone. He seems like a nice person, but I question his knowledge on cars. More importantly, he never admitted his mistake. Good luck with anything more than an oil change here.

I cant say enough good things about this location of Precision Tune. I recently visited, because I was having issues with my Toyota cranking. I had 2 scares within a week after just having replaced my battery a couple of months ago. I brought my ol trusted Corolla into Precision Tune, the guys tightened some stuff around my battery, and I was on the road in 10 minutes. I havent had any issues since. Do yourselves a favor and give them a visit!

I was 100% sure that it was my fuel pump. The towing brouh me there telling me it was a good place. I gave Tony the part number i want him to use to replace my fuel pump. I cam back the day after and my RV was fixed. It was only a fuel hose and i did not change the fuel pump. I call that very honest people. I wish I could give them NO stars!!! I went in for a simple oil change and when I pulled off all the lights on my dash came on. I finally got my car home (10 mins away) and noticed that my fluids had not been topped off and my serpentine belt was broken. I called to tell the manager and he hung up on me saying he did not want to hear it. I called back he hung up again. I finally talked to the owner who advises he would give a discount to fix my car if I took it back to them. Are you serious? I advised him” You guys did not complete the service I already paid for!” and he said “Oh, when you start the car your fluids will fill up your overflow. We did top off your fluids.” I would not recommend this place to anyone. I called the corporate office and they said this location is franchised owned and there was nothing they could do about it. All I know is my car was fine when it went in and by coincidence after they did the oil change my belt was broken in one place? The customer service from the manager was the absolute worst! I will never go back there and I will make sure to let everyone I know to stay away from them as well. Take it there at your own risk! I had someone else fix my car and I filled all my other fluids myself.

I have been going to this place for 10 years to get my cars fixed. Im not sure who the new crew is, but the very last time I took my car for a oil change they didnt screw my drain plug back in completely and I have had a oil leak and didnt know it, now my car is running hot. They have done great work on my car over the years, but like I said there are people working there I have never seen before and this is what happens! Unfortunately, I will have to find a new place to get my car fixed.

The staff was quick to fix an issue they caused. They did what they could to make the situation better for me. Overall Im pleased with the outcome.
