I would recommend this place hands down, the quality of work is excellent and the customer service is hands down the best I’ve seen at a repair shop. Kellyn is the bomb at making sure you’re taken care of and you have all the info you need. I have to add that Peter is awesome as well! He knows what he’s doing!

Came to get my oil change via a Groupon voucher. Was told it should take about hour and did not leave until two hours later.They tried to upsell me on a serpentine belt replacement and, more importantly, my entire rear braking system (pads, rotors, AND calipers). Was told I should not drive the car AT ALL until everything was replaced so I went to my mechanic, who SHOWED me everything was fine and just my pads needed to be replaced (about 20% left on them). Oh, my mechanic also SHOWED me my serpentine belt was fine (there were no cracks or anything on it).On the positive end, the facility and waiting area is clean and spacious so the wait was not too unbearable.

I absolutely love the way they handle my truck. I only take my vehicles to this company. And Kellyn is absolutely amazing. She gives amazing customer service and shes very knowledgeable. Was told by CarMax to take my car here because I kept breaking down. All4Tires could not figure it out. Also told me they were swamped after having it a week. Ive wasted a week, car was not repaired, and I was charged $120 for the diagnostics test. Had to have it towed somewhere else. Absolutely absurd!!!Owner just called me explained the situation better. He said he personally had taken it out and worked on it even though he could not find the problem. He was kind enough to refund my $120. I think that is very professional of him! Maybe some day I can (and I will) give them a second chance

The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The office assistant was really personable. She even gave anotjer customer a ride home because their loaner vehicle was out and he needed a ride up the street.

The work was completed on my vehicle in a timely manner but I feel like the staff could have gone the extra step to make sure that all parts that were being replaced were new they did replace a hub and brake disk on my front passenger wheel but they put the old brake pads on the new disk so I am currently driving around with the scraping noise coming from the vehicle that was not their priorit was not their prior too now I have to go and get the brakes done at a different location I was not fully satisfied with the work I feel like the brake pads should have been replaced when they replaced the disk

I bought 4 new tires at All 4 Tires a few months back. Two of the 4 tires have had to be repaired and each time something was wrong. First time they didn’t put my hubcap back on and acted as if I didn’t have one to begin with. When I complained, the Columbian guy that runs the place literally got smart with me. I don’t know why but I decided to give them one last shot so I had another issue today and I took the tire off myself and dropped it off. I had an appointment for 4pm. I arrived at 3:45. And there was literally one customer. My car was pulled in at 4:20 and it took an hour to put a tire back on that I took off manually with no tools in 10 minutes.Do not go spend money with this business. Look closely at how they put my cap back on. Unacceptable. The edge of the cap could easily damage the air valve.

I went in for a tire rotation & a 4 wheel alignment. After 2 hours, they told me I needed new tire rods and to replace the back control arm! I’ve been told control arms are crazy expensive & do not need to be changed unless damaged or broken. Then they tried to charged me a suspension check fee - when I didn’t ask or need my suspension check. Poor service & the guy (not the mechanic doing the work) tried to over charged me for unnecessary/ unneeded work.

Great experience as usual! I dropped my car off in the morning & they reached out to me via text with a link that told me everything that was wrong with my car. Second text had the total cost, itemized and my car was fixed by the end of the day! I’ll definitely be returning

I took my car to All 4 Tires to get an oil change + a tire rotation and I honestly wish I hadnt. We arrived at 10am, to find out that there was only one mechanic working and he had 6-7 cars ahead of me, so they advised me to just drop my car off there for the day. That was not an option, as I simply drove my car there, not anticipating this to be an all-day event. The mechanic was nice enough to fit me in and do the oil change really quickly, which I really appreciated. As I was checking out, I inquired about the lack of tire rotation, to which, the man at the desk responds with, since you are planning to get new brakes soon, they will take care of that. Ummm... No! That was not my question, or the issue, I already PAID for thew tire rotation and that service was not performed.Then, on the drive home, we hear rattling and banging coming from the undercarriage and upon my return home, I look under the front bumper to find that the engine splash cover was not bolted back in place and was essentially completely mangled and destroyed on the drive home.I call the shop, speak with Barrett, explain the issue, who then tells me, oh, thats just the dust cover, which doesnt really serve a purpose and that just happens sometimes. That, being it falling off?!?! DOES IT?!? He said he would get me a new one and asked if I could take it somewhere to get the broken one taken off, to which, I said absolutely not, and demanded that someone from their shop come to my house to remove the broken engine splash cover. An hour later, Barrett shows up at my house, cuts the engine splash cover off, but continues to try to convince me that the piece was simply a dust cover and it doesnt really serve a purpose. Im guessing, to try to downplay the whole event. He explains he would need to order another one from an Acura dealer, which would take about a week to get. 3-4 weeks later, it finally came in.Seriously, nerve-wracking ordeal to have to endure for a simple oil change. If I were you, avoid this place at all costs.

All 4 tires is 5 stars + with me, their service techs had my vehicle in & out quickly so Ill definitely be back for more services as my vehicle needs servicing, they make me feel like family since theyre a family owned company. 😃

I took my car here to get serviced in the past. My engine light was off when I took the vehicle in. The engine light was on when I picked it up. I paid the mechanic for the work he did but he did not care about the issue with my engine light and shooed me away.

This is not my family first time at ALL 4 TIRES. Awesomeness is what I get when I come. The Team Keep you informed the whole entry time your car is in their shop.Above was my first review below is not so good experience .I went to get my needed oil change. That was the only problem with my vehicle a/c working good and car running smooth, from the eye. When they did they regular service check to make sure everything is good. An alert for carbon air filter needs changing and engine coolant we decided to do just a filter come back for the coolant after a business trip. Unfortunately when they changed the filter it caused other problems that they didn’t notice. The car started leaking from the inside. We told the shop they said it’s just condensation. We said okay, we went out of town it started leaking leaking, later that evening we have a flood. We told the shop they said bring it in, a/c line is clogged they told us that we had to wait until Friday mins you. There is water ruining the inside and probably the area where a/c is. We schedule an appointment at 3 but work went over so we didn’t get there until around 4ish they said they closing bring it Monday. Bring it Monday they unclogged the line but now the fans are wet. Now look at that more money !!!! They recommend we wait to see if it drys because it made no sense to spend money on something that can fix itself . Okay we said. What I have to say if you check a car before doing repairs nothing like this will happen of course stuff happens but this is negligence if you ask me. And if nothing that is checked when I told you the problem and the urgency they should made my vehicle a priority because I’m a returning paying customer. I don’t just come to get my vehicle service sometimes I come every time my vehicle needs maintenance service. On top of that they didn’t offer no discount nothing . They extremely expensive too

I went in for a CEL diagnostic and the repairs. I had to make my appointment twice. They told me come in at 4 on Friday even though they close at 6 and are closed on the weekends. I dropped my car off Friday at 2, but they didn’t take my car into the dock until Monday. My car was ready by Thursday and all the repairs were done but my windshield was cracked which I know for a absolute fact that it wasn’t cracked when I dropped it off. I talked to the manager and the owner and basically got no where. The manager said they were going to check the cameras but the owner told us the cameras didn’t work. Then the owner tried to say that my windshield cracked from the weather but there is a clear indication that someone dropped something on it for it to crack. Needless to say nothing was done about it. So now I have to pay to get my windshield replaced because my warranty doesn’t cover that. Customer service here is great but definitely some shady business going on too. I found it highly upsetting that I came to get one repair and leave having to get another that CLEARLY is their fault and they won’t do anything about it. I’m not going back and thinking about talking to a lawyer

Good quick cost-efficient place for full synthetic oil change. I recommend you using a groupon on the deal.Usually, the place is booked for about a week. So if you are planning on changing your car oil, you should call in at least a week before.I do not recommend coming in without appointment because you can wait here for hours.-----------Revision on my review------------------------Reduced the number of stars from 4 to 3.As I looked at my car getting 30 point inspection and oil changed, it was quite slow. Fine. Now, I had to get my tires rotated but my cars been sitting there for 30 minutes as other cars being done. I went up to the manager and asked him if theres anything wrong with the car and he simply yelled at the worker who was working on my car and he immediately jumped to it.Bottom line:The manners and service that you get from managers are generally great, but sometimes you get a lazy worker who doesnt wanna work and want to drag it along as much as possible (even tho this place closes at 6pm, and as Im writing its 5:41pm, my car was in the shop since 4pm). That was a turn-down for the place.

They just want you to come in so they can charge you for a diagnostic before doing any work. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT buy any groupon services from them.

I feel like I was scammed. I payed for a Groupon for an alignment and tire rotation and got neither. They said they ran some suspension test and couldnt do the service and knowing that I didnt have any money and had bought a Groupon they charged me for the test. It cost 37 and some change I payed 40 dollars for the Groupon and like I said didnt get the service. I feel as though I was scammed and taken advantage of because I was a women and didnt understand what was going on.

They placed a faulty oil filter in my car which caused it to cut off and leak oil.Initially they suggested that I bring it in; I told them they needed to tow it. That took over two hours.I had a spring break trip got my children which had to be canceled waiting for them to correct the issues and return my car. Was refunded. But doesn’t excuse the terrible service and incompetence.

Ive had 2 vehicles that I have trusted to All 4 Tires and have not been disappointed in any work done on either vehicle. I have been a faithful customer of All 4 Tires for about 5 years now and will continue to use them for services that my car may need!

Everyone complaining about this place is absolutely TRUE! Do not buy a groupon and go to All 4 Tires. They do not value the coupon. The lady at the reception is incompetent.I made a big mistake on buying this groupon offer Full synthetic oil change, tire-rotation and 30 point inspection to get my car serviced here. They tried to SCAM me with a fake diagnostic report.It took nearly 2 hours just to change the oil and 30 point (fake inspection)check. I was stunned when the lady said they didnt do the tire rotation because my tires are old and tried to convince me to buy new tires. My car is just 2 yrs old and with a total mileage of 16000miles.Later I got a list of items that needed to be fixed for my car. I was appalled looking at it. The list included a change of air filter, brake pad and rear main seal leak.I had changed my air filter 3months back and hardly drove 1200miles after the change. I knew it has a long life to go. I got my car checked at a highly recommended place and I came to know that there is nothing wrong with my car including air filter, brake pad and rear main seal. I was also told that if there is a leak then I should be seeing drops or patches of oil wherever I park my car. I also got the tire rotation done and it was needed for my car.This is the worst service ever. The guy who worked on my car has checked my air filter and failed to place it back properly. The latch of the glove box compartment was just hanging there. Do not get your oil change or any repair work done here.All 4 Tires have the same complaints from way too many customers. This has to be taken down from Groupon.

We are a family on a very tight budget & taking our car in to be worked on is stressful for us. This time couldn’t have been any different. The team at All 4 Tires went above and beyond. They cared for my safety when I told them the state of the vehicle & worked with our ever changing schedule. The payment options they have was the cherry on top and we will always chose All 4 Tires for all our auto needs.

Alex, the owner, worked with extended warranty company and went over and beyond having to deal with them. Btw, never get an extended warranty from Wynn. But All 4 Tires did an amazing job. The young lady, Kellyn, and the young man, I forgot his name, but the was both amazing as well and very professional. As the face of the business, they are perfect at working with the customers. I am sure they both do much more but there customer service skills are top notch.

My mom and i went there today to get an oil change. Kellyn and Andres were so helpful. They answered all our questions and were so patient with us. Usually, i would never right a review but i had to today. The workers at this location are so caring and compassionate, they make sure that you understand everything that is being done to your car and tell you ways to improve and fix any problems. Their customer service is superb. I am defiantly taking my car and all my family member car there again. I am so thankful to Kellyn and Andres they defiantly deserve a raise and more.

I was quoted an hour and 30 minutes for an oil change. 4 hours later I was finally just getting in my car to leave. My time is valuable and that fact that I wasnt offered a discount for the long estimated time, or just a genuine apology is mind blowing to me. When I was finishing up one of the guys that work there thought it was a good time to call the gentleman over that was helping me to show him something funny on the computer. Wrong place, and time for that after someone has just spent 4 hours of waiting in your establishment. If you go here make sure you have no plans that day!

Alex needs a lesson in customer service and How to speak respectfully to other human beings. I called today to try to do the business is solid and pay them the Groupon price for a wheel alignment and tire balance. I am an old customer I’ve had quite a bit of work done on multiple cars there, and he pretty much just called me a liar about having work done there previously and the work that I had done at a performance shop because “It’s very rare that a performance shop doesn’t have a wheel alignment service. That doesn’t even make any sense”. Rude, snotty, and combative from the start. Terrible business, avoid if you like to be spoken to respectfully.

Hmmmm L Gees post below sounds too familar. My cousin got a groupon as a gift to come into this place to get an alignment done, but once she was there she was told she would need a new tire because one of them was worn down (which is true). Here is where things get shady, they then proceed to tell her she needs 2 new tire rods for the front tires and such and is quoted over $300 dollars to do the work. The man was telling her repeatedly she didnt need to go the dealership or anywhere else to compare prices because they are going to charge her way more than what they would charge. This didnt sit right with me, and I decided to have her go to NTB and see if she could get a better price on the tires; and at the same time get the tire rods looked at for a second opinion. We ended up getting the tires from NTB installed because they actually included a warranty; they had a buy 2 tires get 2 free special. When the car was ready NTB called us up to pick up the car and they told us there WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TIRE RODS!!! I will be contacting groupon to get our money back for this deal, and will never EVER deal with this establishment again. All these negative reviews, it cant be everyone making things up. And before somebody tries to make claims what I am stating for the tire rods is incorrect, know this ..... I KEEP RECEIPTS!!!!Updated response to claim of wheel alignments: Once again .... I KEEP RECEIPTS!! NTB does do wheel alignments .... we got a one year alignment with them and the tires are warranty to 70,000 miles. Please check your sources on the wheel alignment claim. We got all the tires brand new with life time tire rotation and balance as well. The screenshot below proves it.

My second time going into this location for a simple oil change and rotation of tires ended with one of the employees going into my mid console and stealing my husbands Burberry watch. Was told from GM the male who stole my watch excuse was he was financially in need of money. No excuse!!! I will never visit this location again do not recommended! please take all valuables out your car and any banking info dishonest employees here. After be offered a discount on service I still will never go here. If I can rate a zero I would.

I came to this shop 2 days before Christmas And I told them I had long drive planned and I wanted to get an oil change and inspection done. I bought the groupon for the full synthetic, filter change, and tire rotation. First when I went to the shop they told me I had a recall on my car and this is when I made my first mistake by telling them I didn’t know much about cars and asked if they could explain to me the details about the recall of the part. I then I went to the waiting room and waited for my oil change and inspection to be done. About 2 hours go by and they come back to tell me my car has several things wrong with it. 1. My front tires are bad and need replaced. This is true so I was fine with it. 2. My break pads all need replaced. I thought this may have been true so I was fine with it. Then things got weird. 3. My engine water pump has a huge leak so that needs replaced along with the entire thermostat because it goes along with it. 4. My front axle is completely broken and needs replaced so the tires cannot be replaced until that is done. I was completely in shock because my car drives fine and I have no issues with it, I thought I was just there for a normal oil change. All in all the repairs and parts came to a total of $2,000. I became probably visibly saddened because I’m a young college student and I explained that I was driving up north and didn’t have the money for all of this. The woman warned me not to drive my car up north and instead insisted I ask my parents for the money to fix the car (which I knew they didn’t have). I went home feeling weird about it all so it is now the day after Christmas and I took my car to a Firestone with 5 star reviews and got a full diagnostic inspection. I left Firestone paying $400 for 2 new tires, an alignment and inspection with absolutely nothing found wrong with my car. There is no broken axle, no broken engine water pump, and even my break pads only 2 of them need replaced within the next 3 to 6 months but it’s not urgent. These people completely tried to scam me out of $2,000 and felt no remorse in telling me to not drive my car to see my family when it was all complete lies. There are many other reviews that warn how they treat women and I know this is also how they treat young people with limited knowledge beyond the basics of cars. The sad part is, if they had just told me what I actually needed they would have gotten my money and future business. I will never come to shop again and warn all of you not to.

The thing I dread most about oil changes is how long most places drag it out. This was not my experience at all 4 tires. I came at my appointment time. They immediately took my car in and they were finished an hour later. What a relief! Fast, efficient, & informative. They definitely have a new customer out of me!

I am so glad I came over to All 4 Tires.I went to for my Chrysler 300 to get a tire rotation as well as a wheel alignment. Little did I know, this company price matches Groupons prices (which is amazing) and wil honor the voucher too!The receptionist, Kayla or Karen, forgive me-- was extremely polite and is fully attentive during conversation. I appreciated her kindness when I was experiencing some problems with my phone. She is also well versed when communicating to the customer what is going on. For example, she began to explain to me that if my suspension was too damaged, then they would not be able to do my tire rotation and wheel alignment without tending to my suspension first.While waiting on my car to finish being serviced, another employee, Alex asked if he could show me a few things. We went over to my car in the bay, and he started to explain how dangerous it can be driving a car when its upper and lower control arms need to be replaced. He also stressed to me how important it to get you brakes done as well.We began to discuss a budget, and he gave me recommendations with taking into regard the usual life span of my car type when treated well, the high mileage and work that needed to be done. I personally felt informed enough to make the decision to accept the services. I was able to set up a payment plan and schedule my appointment as soon as two days.I was given a courtesy vehicle so I had no trouble getting to and from work and back to the shop to pick up my car. They were super polite might I add again and Alex told me if I do decide to keep my car or buy another, to come back any time or everytime.I can trurhfully say that the way my car drives now? Wow I can control better, my car doesnt scoot to stop, no hard squeaks coming from my brakes AND my car feels tighter going over speed bumps. I dont know if that translated well.Overall, I loved the experience-- their waiting area is nice too :)

Pushing a finance option but know verry little about cars.... Ask about the alingment rack that doesnt exsist but they will charge for an alingment that cant be done without the machine for it

These guys are awesome..had some frustration initially with getting in (covid was in high gear), but once I was able to get in they have done a phenomenal job with service, communication, etc.Id been putting off some thing and these guys caught them all and were reasonably priced. Id def recommend.

This is my second time coming here and their response to professionalism is horrible. I tried several times to get a simple oil change and I had to jump through hoops before actually getting my car looked at. Before bringing my vehicle to this location, I spoke with an employee, who first tried to rush me off the phone, but when I became informative about getting a different car looked at, which was not in their system, thats when I was being heard. Then when I was finally able to get my car serviced, the employee had nerve to try and tell me I couldnt get my car looked at because one Groupon can only be used. For classification I asked, One Groupon in general? The employee told me yes. When I informed him it was a different car, THEN it was considered acceptable. The problem I have is if this was such a problem, maybe more information should have been asked during my initial phone call instead of trying to be rushed off. I cannot do this place again. Maybe it may be better for you, but never again for me. DONE!!!!

Completely positive experience. Kellyns professionalism and excellence in respect and courtesy are what convinced me to trust this business. Prior to going to All 4 Tires, I had spent thousands of dollars trying to figure out what was wrong with my car without success. All 4 Tires diagnosed my vehicles issues, and even helped me to prioritize the most important repairs down to what can wait. The communication was excellent and my car was returned to me in a timely manner after repairs. I will definitely be using this shop as my primary repair facility as they have gained my trust.

This is my go to shop! I love coming here. Jeremy, Kinder, Alex, Kellyn, and the rest of the staff are super sweet. Very very reliable especially if you have an issue.Management will not sleep until they make sure your problem is attended to. Had a problem with my brake calibers when in again and had a conversation with the manager a very down to earth guy who made sure my problem was looked in to and adequately attended to. Not too many places around town can be this trust worthy.

Very nice service. Great employees. Although, I had an appointment for an oil change. I even had my own oil and filter. I mentioned while setting up my appointment that I would be in on my lunch break. I ended up waiting over an hour and being 40 minutes late getting back to work. Not good. Especially when theres a sign- 10 minute oil change. I was still charged over $17.00. Not cool. Oh, and some one had changed my appointment time from 12:15 to 11:00 and the main man tried to accuse me of being late and I wasnt. Seems to not have it together. Could use a little more of a routine, team work, schedule.

Terrible!!!! I used them 3 times. I had to bring my vehicle back each time. Once my brakes completely seized after being replaced. They also charged more than the quote. Yelled and argued about all of it. Their mechanics look like meth addicts! Never again.

I hate to leave a bad review because everyone was nice, but, I have never had an oil change take 3 hours. 3 HOURS. I went on my lunch break, which I have done plenty of times at different places, because a typical oil change usually only takes 20-30 minutes. I would have never gone, if I thought I would be sitting there half of my day and then had to use vacation time for the time I missed. Luckily my boss was understanding, but it was still embarrassing to continue to receive texts in that time wondering where I was. Now, they were also doing a 30 Point Inspection, but it still should not have taken that long. When I initially called to schedule an appointment, I asked if topping of fluids was included in the service and I was told yes. I knew I needed the fluids topped off with my oil change, since I had come back from a road trip. At the end of the inspection, they told me my coolant was low, so they thought I might have a leak, but they didnt top it off! The next day on my way home, my car started overheating. I dont have a leak, nor have I seen anything leaking or had any issues until then. When I opened up the reservoir and radiator, they were both DRY. I had to go get coolant on my way home that day. Also, the gentleman who was working on my car, was moving so slow. I was watching him work, and he kept taking breaks and checking his phone, walking around. All I could think while sitting there, was Why isnt he working? Is he waiting on something? Cant he work on something while he waits?. At the end, I felt like I had been robbed $90. It is so hard to find a mechanic/shop to trust, who you feel will not take advantage of you or think you are incompetent because you are a woman. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

All 4 Tires has never disappointed me and I have never gone with same thing twice. Very happy with their service and they are very honest and I take my familys car to them.Keep up the good work (and pricing).

I sincerely request all customers not to go to All 4 Tires, They are cheating the customers, end up wasting your money and breaking your car. Very very bad customer service. Manager/Owner always hides and never show up for complaints.Very Disappointing, I have asked for 4 Wheel Alignment, High Speed Wheel Balancing, Tire Rotation and Oil change and 30 point inspection.1. For Wheel Alignment- No reports were shared regarding my car alignment, old and new pictures. Silly reason saying Printer not working.2. For Oil Change - I am not sure whether they really changed oil or not, when i was driving back from service center to home, it alarmed me for Oil at 20%, needs oil change.3. 30 Point inspection - No inspection done, asked for check list of inspection. 6 months ago done 30 point inspection in Honda service center, they have identified few things which needs to be replaced in next 6 months. But these guys didnt check anything and said no complaints which is very false.

Comming into All 4 Tires with issues on my vehicle they worked very hard to get my vehicle fixed and working with my warranty to ensure my out of pocket cost would not be to much. The staff was very nice and very helpful. If you’re ever in the area great place to go !

The service center was immaculate, the service manager was knowledgeable, helped me through understanding the problem and the solution. The technicians were very professional and took great care of my truck, not to mention fixed the issue. I highly recommend these guys!

I love this place. Alex and the team are amazing. Weve had some serious issues with our vehicles in the past and they have always helped us tremendously. We have been coming here for nearly six years. We just purchased two new vehicles and we are bringing them here for regular maintenance. They are honest and resolve problems quickly as well.

Initially i thought it was a bait n switch w the lure of low priced alignment.I knew i needed some work just not everything they suggested n not at their prices. Once i got the needed work done at better prices elsewhere things were fine. Havent earned my trust for more than basic service items. Oil changes, emissions, tires are best bet.

Very nice, professional and HONEST. I was falsely told by another service center that I needed an alignment (they wanted additional money). All 4 Tires told me the truth, that I didnt actually need one. Really nice guys.

Jeromy, Kellyn, and Chris were GREAT! I had a leak that was due to my valve sensors. This was hard to locate but they went above and beyond...basically rebuilding the tire on the wheel. They were also mindful of my schedule in arranging my appointment. I will definitely be back! Check them out they won’t disappoint!

I drove 88 miles round trip after my daughter recommended them to me because the techs are experienced and thorough. Kellyn, was there when I showed up.....Pricing was fair and she went above and beyond for me. I like the way they treat people and the quality of work and so I will be sure to drive the 88miles again even with a tow for my automotive needs. Checking out their coupons online or groupon and comparing against the competition just takes five minutes to save money.... really worth the long trip for me. P.S They also have 90days same as cash programs.

After I bought 4 used tires right after I went to Precision Auto to get an alignment and I was unable to get one because one of the tires inside Treads was busted and I know that they check the tires before they put them on not good for business

Had a great experience using these guys for the first time. Found them on Groupon to get my oil changed for the least expensive I’ve ever paid. They did a great job and went above and beyond even though they were essentially losing money, but that’s why I will drive 25 minutes to go to them next time instead of 2 minutes up the road.

Awful. Awful. AWFUL. Long story short. Ive had to go back 4 different times for them to fix the engine light in my vehicle. It was NEVER fixed. The owner Alex does not care and his customer service was AWEFUL. I would not recommend. STAY AWAY.

I’ve been here a couple of times for different things but the last one was for new tires. My car was aligned and the owner showed me an extra problem with my car and gave me the different escenarios if I decided to move forward now or later with this repair. I really appreciate the fact that they take the time to explain and show customer their findings and I have seen it do it with all the customer (as I waited) and that is awesome. Great job guys and thank you very much!

Service was great, in and out in under 1 hour for tire rotation, 30 point inspection and oil change . Left notes about vehicle that needs maintenance and I was off to my next meeting. Only reason 4 out of 5 stars was the waiting area was really dirty due to renovations. Should of been cleaned in between workers actually doing the construction and when business is open for customers. Bathroom didn’t even have toilet paper, soap or napkins. But I’d assume theyll take better care after renovations are completed (I hope). I’d go back outside of that because the service itself was great.

I went there for an oil change which was only $20. The service was great, the atmosphere was relaxed. i ended up talking to the front desk associate about having to get new tires and she mentioned they sell used tires. I got a quote from them for $40 a tire for 245/65/17s plus something like $5 or $10 for installation. 2 used tires installed and an oil change for right over $100. Im very happy. All in all I would highly recommend this place. I will be back.

First visit. Kind people. Seems to be honest service. Customer wait area is dirty and not comfortable for it.However...I would go back. Service was quick and efficient.2 weeks later. I am changing my review.I was told I needed brake pads and my tie rod replaced. Received a quote for almost 500. And a brochure for a payment plan.if needed.I have since had a friend whose husband works as a mechanic at Ford. My car is a Ford. And get said brake pads were at a 5 and did not need replacing for at least another 10 to 15k miles.My tie rod is perfectly fine. If anything a balance is needed.With that being said. I will not go back or would I recommend them. If you go. Make sure you know for sure what is up with your car.

The work itself gets a 4 out of 5. Now the service gets a 2.5. I originally scheduled to have my alignment done February 4 but due to mechanical issues at the shop I had to reschedule. Not a problem. The issue was getting rescheduled. Every time I would call I would sit and listen to their voice recording for at least 10 minutes until hanging up. Only to have to call back 2-3 more times and still not be able to speak to the receptionist. I would even leave a voicemail that were never returned. Finally on February 23rd my car was fix. I asked for a conventional oil change which I did not receive. But at least its fix

Hours say 8-6pm. Its 8:15 and still no sign of anyone opening up shop. You shouldnt post hours if youre not going to stick to them or let people make first morning appointments if there isnt anyone to open up shop. One and only time coming here and thats only because of the Groupon.EDIT: The actual service I received was very good! Sean, the technician who helped me today did a great job at explaining everything and gave me detailed tech notes. He also gave me very sound car advice. Great guy!
