Look at the 1 star reviews and you’ll understand. Most of these reviews are fake accounts. The service center is the worst. Damaged my car and caused more problems to fix. I spent over 7,000$ there in less than 2 months and my car has been falling apart after the initial problem. Go somewhere else immediately. Scratches dents and horrible workmanship. The cherry on top was the utter unprofessionalism displayed my the service representative Jimbo James.
David Albrecht would get 10 stars if we could! David and his team (especially Jeremy) are straight up the best we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! We purchased a vehicle from them that ended up with a few hiccups. We were so pleasantly surprised to learn that their answer was “whatever we have to do we will make it right!” This dealership is a definitely a rare find! Their team worked hard and corrected the problem and we are back on the road in our 2018 Jeep Wrangler!!❤️
Process was fairy painless. I assumed that coming in with a 3rd party loan would speed things up but I was still there for 3+ hours. JD was pleasant and helpful. The detail shop was sub par. Had to bring it back the next day to complete it and it still had a few issues. Nothing I can’t take care of myself but I’ve definitely had cleaner cars purchased. I would recommend them to friends. Gave me too dollar for my trade. I assume because of the car market the way it is but either way I made out well.

Ive had issues with the service center in the past, but the collision center is always quick, helpful, polite, and keeps me updated. I’ve had two accidents on the past year that were not my fault and both times the collision center repaired and worked directly with the other party‘s insurance. I appreciate they were empathetic and made things easy for me. This time, the front desk person even walked me through the rental pick up process and called enterprise on my behalf. I hope I do not have to visit again because of a car accident, but if I do, I know Ill be taken care of.

I had a positive experience at this dealer. Taking COVID-19 into account I expected a long wait to get my vehicle back. To my pleasant surprise they diagnosed my vehicle that same day and called me to authorize repairs. The part required was on hand so I was able to pick up my working car the day after I dropped it off. Things are now working properly. It was nice that while the vehicle was there they took care of the recall that was on my car as well. Jim was very courteous and professional. I also appreciated being able to pick the car up a little early (before 8am) so that I could be on time for work.
Excellent customer service. Very accommodating. I had keys to the car I want and was on the rd to test drive faster than I would have imagined. Now if only the other car lots would be so efficient and kind....but then I would not have been so impressed by this one.If all goes the way I hope I will have a nice shiny newish car...just need to get past the color.
I went to this dealership to look for a used car. The guy that helped us seemed to be super helpful, and he assured me that everything had been checked out by their in-house mechanic and was either relatively new / running smoothly. A couple days after pulling off the lot, the check engine light came on, and the power steering stopped working completely. He also told me at the dealership that the tires on the car were brand new as well as checked for air that day. All of them are halfway flat less than a week from driving off. The brakes were supposed to be in the same condition he said the tires were, but they catch and jolt constantly when used. IF the mechanic actually looked it over, he missed a completely malfunctioning EGR Valve and power steering pump, that I am now having to fix. This 12 year old car costed $12000 and is only worth what can be used for parts. The people at Ed Voyles are either incompetent or lying to make a quick buck. I highly recommend that if you do choose to purchase a used car, go anywhere else but here.

Very friendly staff and little to no pressure sales. I got what I set out to get which was a 2021 Dodge Challenger in an manual transmission. They had a slightly used one which was in perfect condition. They made me an offer that I couldn’t refuse. I’m just waiting on them to install my red interior and all is well. I’ll let you know if things change.
Unbelievable service! I was traveling back from Atlanta to Wisconsin early on a Saturday morning when I experienced a coolant leak and my engine was over heating. I was fortunate to be within 5 miles of the dealership. I waited for the service dept to open at 8am. Of course, I did not have an appt, but they took me right away, and while normally wouldnt have the technicians needed on a Saturday, one was there and was happy to help. They fixed the issue and I was back on the road to Wisconsin in 2 hours! And, yes, the fix was perfect and I had a smooth 12 hour drive home. Ed Voyles Jeep was a life saver. Had they not helped me on the fly, I would have been stuck for at least two days. Josh, the service rep was awesome! Thank you Ed Voyles for an outstanding experience!

So at first we saw a very good car Mercedes E-350 so we went inside the dealer and they let us test drive it and it was a very very good car so we liked so we were buying it and we did all the paperwork. After that the sales guy went to talk to the manager and then he told us the car was sold. We were very disappointed that we waited 3 hour and the car was sold. They should have at least unlisted the car from online websites or they could have at least put a sticker that said sold. But they decided to not do that and the car at the end was sold
My awesome salesman was Jeff. He was so incredibly inviting and involved with my decision making. Jeff instinctively knew when to give my husband and I time to looked at each vehicle I mentioned I was interested in. Jeff was super knowledgeable of each one of the Jeep’s I pointed out and gave me the opportunity to get into each of time and noted which one I liked and for what reason which ultimately lead to me purchasing my very first Jeep. We were there for quite some time with my 2 1/2 month old and he made us comfortable through out the whole process. I have my Crossfire serviced here as they have a trained technician that works on specialty vehicles (Crossfire, Viper, Hellcat). The only issue I had was that I did not receive updates on my vehicle from the service advisor. I had to contact the Service Dept to get updates on my car. Aside from that, the work done on my car was excellent and I found no grease marks, smudges, etc. on the interior.

Sales person by the name of Jeff (sorry no last name) was the absolute best. Assertive but not aggressive. A real go getter.He took us on a test drive and gave us more info about the vehicles than your average salesperson. Never felt pressured at any time. Just in case theres another Jeff, this one is the tall slender guy. Very cool.What impressed me about him is that he wasnt trying to sell us the most expensive Jeep. Based on what we were looking for he geared us in that direction. I know he wasnt BSn because I already knew what he was telling us was true and correct. I few times I tried to trip him up to see if he was being on honest, and each time he proved to be honest and up front.We only went to look but seriously thinking about going back to purchase, but only if Jeff is there.We had more interaction with him than the dealership itself, so I dont have a lot to say right now about the dealership, bit I will say stop in and ask for Jeff. Tell him to show you the 100yr old-man walk. You will die laughing. Tell him Randy and Kim sent ya.
This place makes you feel at home from the time they open the door to customers. They do not try to take advantage of you while getting service. DIANE is truly amazing.
Disappointed is an understatement. I brought my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited in for a concerning noise to the front right side on Wednesday 7/7 with a scheduled appointment. They provided me with a rental car and told me my warranty covered it for 3 days (understandable). On Saturday, 7/10, was day 3 of the rental to which I called the dealer to follow up on the status of my vehicle. I hadn’t heard from my service advisor at all on the progress of the diagnosis of my Jeep since I dropped it off. They initially told me that they would not continue to cover the rental car costs but I told them that if they haven’t even looked at my car that I will not be incurring those costs until I’m told what the problem is. Fast forward to today, 7/13, where I had to call the dealership yet again to follow up on what the update was of when my car would be looked at. I called Josh at 3pm and they said that they would be pulling in my car to the lift shortly. At 4:01pm Josh called me back stating that I needed to go into the shop and look underneath my car (not sure what I would be looking at). They explained what they thought the issue was which had nothing to do with the noise and shockingly the repairs would not covered under warranty. Based on my own personal research with the noise, their “assumption” did not align with what seemed to be actually wrong - which would be covered under warranty as it’s a mechanical issue. I felt like the service department was trying to misdiagnose the issue to get me to pay out of pocket for any repairs. I’m extremely upset with the fact that they kept my car for 6 DAYS and then once they “look” at it (in less than an hour) begin to tell me that what they think is wrong with it won’t be covered under warranty. Not quite sure how they can assume the work that needs to be done won’t be covered under warranty without actually touching my car and investigating further about my concerns. I am frustrated with this entire process and I did not want to drive a rental for 6 days. Seeing that my car doesn’t need immediate repairs it’s annoying they couldn’t have just looked at the vehicle the day I brought it in. Had the car needed the repairs I can respect the dealership needing to keep my car for an extended amount of time. The noise issue has still not be addressed and with only owning my Jeep for a month I am not impressed with the service that Jeep provides. To top it all off, I did schedule an appointment which was pointless if they can’t provide same day service. Lastly, they began to tell me that they are so backed up because they don’t have enough technicians to work on the cars. If that’s the case, they need to decline work to other vehicle owners so they can catch up. Unfortunately this will be my first and last time at this dealership. I don’t feel like they are honest about what could actually be wrong considering they just look at the bottom and guess about what the noise could be stemmed from.DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE!
The buying experience wasnt horrible, just typical dealership bs. But the service department is a whole different can of worms, you buy their extended warranty that cover rentals, yet, they dont have rentals to offer.I left my Gladiator for a clicking noise (the Jeep is not even 2 months old) tuesday morning, then on thursday evening they still dont know what it has, then friday 8 am they called me saying is ready. When I pick it up, the steering wheel is not centered so I come back and they do alignment which didnt fix it. So I came back few days later and spent the whole morning and they said they worked on it and checked three times. But the steering wheel isnt centered, see the attached picture and judge yourself. $53,000 invoice to have this shouldnt be normal.I understand youre understaffed because the company I work for, is understaffed too. And for that reason, I just cant spend all day to not get something fixed. Adjusting the steering wheel takes minutes. So I figured Id do it myself. Not coming back here for neither purchase or service, their communication is horrible.
Brought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for 30,000 mile service. I got a new service tech, Josh, who I hadnt worked with before. He was kind, polite, and clear about what services were needed. He was very communicative as well. Great service overall and it was very quick!

I took my car and the tell me I have to pay even though my car has not passed the 36k miles on it. Super dissapointed in the lack of empathy and customer service at this location. No one wants to buy a car to have to fix not even 2 years of having it.Update: I got my car back covered in ants.

Been looking for a 3500 Ram Longhorn to replace my 2019 2500 Ram Lornhorn. Obviously, thats impossible to do at this time as heavy duty trucks are selling like hotcakes as soon as theyre listed. I ended up ordering mine instead of wasting my time looking online every couple of days. In early July, I went into my local Carrolton Ram dealership, and the sales manager told me he couldnt order me what I wanted. Okay...went into Ed Voyles in Marietta, GA to see what they could do for me. Since they werent manufacturing any more 2021s in July, I asked them to work up some numbers to trade in my truck for a new 2022 . They looked at my truck and came back with a very nice trade in allowance. I ordered the truck. It was a long wait... three months almost to date. Beautiful truck and a great deal. Colby (salesman) and Michael (sales manager) earned my respect and business. I wont buy another truck unless I go through these gentlemen. Carrolton Ram, this is how you do business.
I worked with Todd Prine on a factory order for my Wrangler. Todd was great and helpful with the order. According to the Jeep message boards, the dealerships should have more detailed statuses, but Todd didnt have access to those ... would be great if I was kept a little more informed of the status of my order. A factory ordered Wrangler is very exciting, so it would just be nice to have a little more interaction with the dealership to get regular statuses. Todd provided what he had available, so overall, I am happy with Ed Voyles in this purchase.

Took my 2021 Wrangler that is less than 6 months old there for a drivability concern, and they never drove the vehicle and said its because the battery was loose due to me installing a winch. I never touch that part of the battery and the concern was happening before I installed the winch. They insinuated I am a liar. Also they used a fake email so Jeep cant send me a survey.

PLEASE call around before you get your vehicle serviced from here. I had the pleasure of being ripped off today so please call Troncalli or Landmark before even thinking of dealing with the service center here. They will tell you that you need a service package at specific intervals where they really want to check and service the differentials and other things you dont need. They will service them even if you just got them done because they are that greedy. Any other service dealership will check them for you and suggest that you need to service it, if they see that it is needed but this dealership does not offer that. If they check anything, they are going to service it because they want every last penny they can get. PLEASE CALL another dealership and ask what exactly you need for the specific mileage interval you are at first, so you dont let these people charge you $700+ when you came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation.
Customer service nightmare.Found a vehicle priced online for one price, went in and they started way above posted price. With my very high credit score and down payment they still started $300 over the monthly that it said online and I was putting more down than the online price. Finally worked that out.Salesmen didn’t know anything about the car, had to go back 3 times to find someone to help with the media player in the car.The back automatic door would not close on its own 50% of the time. They said they’d fix it but charge me for a rental car even though the car was 2 weeks old and clearly their flaw.Just all around very unhappy with their customer service and would never recommend going to them. I just bought a Toyota Tundra from Toyota kennesaw before this purchase and they were amazing!!! If you’re looking for a car go Toyota and def don’t go to this dealer
I could not talk to the used car sales manager after many attempted calls. I got the loan to buy my $60000 used car and paid a large part in cash. I said I wanted to get a low % rate on my loan and they said it all depended on my credit score and they came back to me like I had a low score but still got the loan with double the rate I was expecting to get. 3 days later got verification from the bank that my credit score was 130 points higher than they said. And then at 10:30 at night the dealer sent me home with a crack in my windshield on my car I just bought and never told me about it. They wouldnt do anything about it but told me that my insurance would love to repair it. How disappointing.

I went in for a routine oil change and had the best experience ever. I received an oil change and was not pressured into a whole bunch of other service. I was given recommendation for the service I will need in the future a long with prices but was told to get them one at a time nothing was urgent. I appreciate the honesty and integrity they told me how they would handle it if it was their car. That really means a lot!

So this will be my 2 visit here within the year and end of line service/detail is the worst of any dealer I have been too. Last time I was here when I picked up all the contents of my console were left I my passenger seat. Manager had no answer for me. Today I pick up my jeep and the left masking tape and residue all over my driver door and windshield. The had to send it to detail twice to get it taken care of. Now I’m told they have no one in the dealership to check quality of cars being serviced. I’ll never be back.

David was amazing to work with. He gave me realistic timeframes on when my Van would be done and gave me regular updates. And - they were able to get it all done a week in advance!! Could not be happier with the service!
We were notified that our Jeep may have oil consumption problems. We were given information on when to return to have this checked. We made the appointment and were greeted warmly in the service area. We were told it shouldnt take long and we waited in the customer lounge which is very comfortable. The testing took longer than anticipated but that is happening everywhere these days. The testing completed, our car was returned with no problems found and we were on our way,
The customer service was efficient and responsive but the cost of labor was exponential and unacceptable. During times When expenses have increased during a global pandemic, to charge repeat and Jeep family customers with large car fees is awful business practice. I will not be returning to get my vehicle serviced at this dealership ever again.

The service here was great. Everyone was friendly, straightforward about the process and updates needed, and I didn’t feel upsold at all. My car needed a recall repair that normally takes several hours, but they knew I needed to pick up my kids from school and got it done as quickly as possible.
Service Advisor Adrian met me as I pulled the vehicle into the intake area. He ascertained my service needs, gave me an ETA to completion (which was met), communicated with me during the service activity and alerted me promptly as my vehicle was returned to the intake area. This was a very enjoyable service experience. Kudos to Ed Voyles, Service Advisor Adrian and the service team for taking care of my Dodge 1500 5.7L Hemi. Great Job Team!
