Came in because a mechanic cross threaded a bolt and I couldn’t remove it. One of the employees, a older gentleman with glasses, helped me get the bolt out and replace it. No fuss or charge for the assistance, only had to pay for the replacement bolt. Had me back on the road in no time. Thanks!

Walked in and Wasnt acknowledged.Asked about a steering wheel cover and was told its on isle 1 while this employee stared at me the whole time I was in the store. I asked for assistance and was handed a tape measure and watched again while I went outside and came back in. More questions all while this man is behind the counter with a huge amount of dip in his mouth. Payed and wasnt even offed a bag nor a reciept. Rude and I will not Be back to this store!

This place has an excellent staff that is more than willing to help you find what you are looking for or help you narrow down your choices with their personal suggestions which have been on point so far. They have a huge selection of products that can leave you standing in there for a while so their help is more than welcome. They will also help you install many of the products that you purchase.

This location has Angels working there. I got the same service today as I did years ago when they changed my battery out. Javier and Melissa are amazing. Love this location, I hope it never changes. Autozone has amazing selections and the fact that you install batteries and wipers for free helps lot people like me. Thank you for saving me from breakdown.

If you are trying to check your battery here then dont. The guy said my battery was at 100%, and my starter needed replacement. The car didnt start and I stayed there for 3 hours trying to find a solution on my own. I then found out(from a customer) that my starter was good and my battery is dead.

This place amazing. I went to 5 different stores. And they all did not have what I needed and I was getting very upset. But I came here and my man Kason helped me out. Kason was answering phones and helping people. He did such a great job. I I’ll only be coming this store from now on.

Nasty female workers. Ask one for assistance checking battery she acted irritated and didnt try to hide. Event there 2nd time to by a portable battery charger for a car. Girl stacking things on shelves said she never heard of.

This Autozone is practicing social distancing by keeping purchasers behind a line at the cash registers. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I bought two sets of windshield wipers and they offered windshield cleaning fluid free with the purchase. One set of them had a rebate which I went online to redeem. Took me 5 minutes. Just take a picture of your receipt and email it to yourself or do it from your phone.

I want to start off by saying how great the guys were. They went over and beyond their job. A week ago my husband and I decided to get away for the weekend and while we were out of town, battery went out in my 2016 Dodge Journey. With that being said it was a job to just get the old battery out and put the new one in. With all this happening and not knowing anyone to help us. About two years ago my husband had a mild stroke and a broken neck. His is total disable and couldnt do much to get the job done. I want to say a big Thank You to Tommy, Willie P., and Michael for helping me and my husband get the right tools and also making sure we got the new battery in. Im happy to say that we enjoyed the rest of the weekend and made it home without any issues. Thanks for going the extra steps you guys went to ensure I was good to go.

This store is a total mess. I called to ask for some parts and they confirmed they had them and will hold onto them till I come. I drove 45 minutes to this location only to be told that they were out. Unbelievable!!!

I think management seeks out morons to work at this place. Most are morons and rude.

Tommy helped me yesterday and he did an excellent job communicating with me about the issue going on with my car. He also gave me perfect advise to fix my problem. Open late. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not a great location. You will get some characters in there, and sometimes they are a bit understaffed. But its close to my house, and I think the prices are better.

Good place for auto parts, tools and accessories.They stay open most nights till midnight when most all other auto part stores have closed. This is convenient!

I worked here for 6 years and can tell you this is a knowledgeable, well-oiled and fully stocked store used to train store managers. Opened til midnight so its very convenient if you work late and its within 15 min of the hub store which carries odd and hard to find parts so its a great choice especially if other stores couldnt help you.

Ive been a customer with them for years since Ive been related to several dealerships nearby and my experience couldnt have been better. The personnel is very friendly and they give you very good prices. They also do deliveries even late in the evening. So you can count on them any time

They had the part I wanted, but rated this store two stars with a recommendation to the staff not to lie about identical parts of different quality in an attempt to upsell- especially not to someone with grease on their arms asking for the part by number. That only works on middle-aged housewives looking for blinker fluid.

Terrible. Service was slow and rude. And what is ironic is they tell you to wear a mask while the employee stands behind the counter with nothing on talking to you. Wouldnt go back here ever again. Rather have it shipped to me if they were only location.

Well this is like my 3rd visit and the last two times Will has been the one to help me. I like him, hes friendly, swift and efficient. He couldnt find the part up front but was kind enough to go to the back and find it. Many would have just said we dont have it and left it at that, but not Will! Truthfully the 3 times I have had visit this place have been positive experiences and excellent customer service provided.

My mothers vehicle stopped while driving. We werent too far from this store when it happened. I suggested to her that we visit for a free diagnostic check. The guys here were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They performed the diagnostic and took the extra step to assess other possible issues. We received phenomenal service. It was so helpful to know what needed to be fixed prior to calling local mechanics.

If you have a 2014 car and up I would recommend autozone but if you have a 2013 down go to orellys they will always have the part you looking for

I want to add an updated review a year after my first review to say that Dzenis is an exceptional employee, I watched him handle a very loud and irate woman who wasn’t making any sense, with total ease. I personally would have been frustrated and stressed, but I was the next person in line and he helped me with what I needed quickly and professionally. I’m not sure if he is a manager at the moment, but he is definitely manager material and needs to move up the ranks! Always attentive to Customers and Reliable too

I was in an emergency situation close to close of business hours and was in dire straits. Melissa and the young man closing with her went out their way to help. He went the extra mile helping me match belts..look up dimensions..and even brought out a flashlight. 30 miles from home the night before Thanksgiving and they treated me like family. Thank you!!!!!

Came in for a battery check and the guy working here didn’t seem too interested in helping me. He seemed ready to get the hell outta there. Maybe I’ll have a better luck next time with someone else. Also, they got a bunch of guys loitering and standing by their car in the parking lot out front. They weren’t fixing anything just seemed like doing a drug deal or something nefarious. Not a good sign for the customer.

I brought a vehicle out of town and it had an AutoZone battery. I kept having issues, so I brought it to store #0902 the General Manager greeted me and asked, if he could help me. He came out and tested my battery and alternator. He told me I had a bad battery and he did additional testing for the alternator. He was very courteous and professional he went to the back to see if you had a battery he came back and put it in the system. I would recommend this AutoZone because the General Manager on staff is courteous, professional and knows what hes doing. From the look of things, so is the rest of the staff.
