I had received a quote from another reputable body shop who suggested since the bumper was plastic they had to order a new one. In other words my plastic one couldn’t be repaired . Colorback said in fact they can repair it without ordering a new bumper. Which they did in an remarkable fashion. So they repaired BOTH bumpers, along with scratches everywhere else on the body for 30% less than the reputable other body shop’s quite for ONE bumper. They do prefer cash vs credit card. Great experience

I was side-swiped in my brother’s car at night on I-285 East. I knew fixing the car would be costly because the fender needed replacing. Eddie and his workers did a PHENOMENAL job making the car look like new! Not only is their work spot on, but everyone I spoke with was extremely professional. I felt ripped off. i paid for a paint job and they pressured washed it and buffed ilmy vehicle. I was charged for a paint job. Total rip off and Im sorry that they robbed me this way.. I dont mind paying as long as services are rendered. I guess they saw an opportunity and took it. Smdh... Run away and please dont fall for the okie doke

The entire staff at Color Back Body Shop are very professional and friendly. They make you feel right at home from the minute you walk through the door. Initially I thought about getting more than one quote but the free estimate they gave me was honest and fair so I no longer felt the need for additional quotes to compare things to. The work started on time and I was able to pick the car up when they said it would be ready. There were no surprises or upcharges at anytime throughout the project. Everything went as originally proposed and you cant even tell the car was in a wreck at all. They even went above and beyond and restored my headlights without me asking them to. They were extremely foggy and now look crystal clear (brand new). I will most definitely be going back there for future projects and will highly recommend them to anyone I know in need of auto body repair or restoration work.

Came here on a referral to get a 5 diameter dent out of the hood of my 09 Honda Civic. Eddie offered a reasonable price and short time frame to fix the dent (Maaco wanted to replace the hood for twice as much). I just picked up the car, and there was zero evidence that the dent was ever there. I will be back, but hopefully not too soon.

They are very good at what do . They make sure their customers are satisfied with their vehicles. They treat their customers with respect and really listen to what you wantto have done and what you expect out of them.

Got a great deal back in 2015 on my 2005 Chevy trailblazer, on rear bumper problem, and they did a great job, at a great price, thanks eddy, also back today 2.7.18 to get some work done on front bumper

Never will I ever have services done here, if you don’t want things stolen beware my husband forgot to grab his costa sunglasses and these guys stole them. STAY AWAY!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a body shop, took my company vehicle in to be serviced and they stole items from me and even borrowed something they said they forgot to put inside my vehicle. Never using them again.
