Highly recommend. These guys really know what theyre doing! I had damage to my front driver side. They replaced my front bumper, headlight and side panel. It looks like nothing ever happened! Dinh was very professional, friendly, and worked with me on the price. They really looked out and I am very satisfied with the work I had done. I will definitely be coming back!

I tore my front bumper off a 2016 Mercedes c300 while parking and shopped around several body shops. Everyone told me 1600-1900 to replace it, when I found general collision and they fixed my bumper LIKE NEW for only 400! Dinh took great care of us from start to finish. I was so happy, I was dancing all day. I can’t say thank you enough. I am so happy I found this place cause I feel like they’re good people who want to help you without ripping you off. 10 out of 10 from customer service to quality/value of their work.

Been coming here for years. Most recently came here to get my Audi Q7s core support and undercarriage repaired. They worked with the insurance company and handled everything. They were able to complete repairs 4 days ahead of schedule, and they were very fast at responding.

The service was great. Had a Ford Focus ST that needed work and they had no problem helping me out with the car and any questions I had on it. Would definitely recommend.

So my wife is not the best driver in the world, don’t let her convince you off that. In the span of 2 weeks she backed into the garage door and bumped into a parked car. I got estimates from local places but everyone was expensive. Then a friend recommended these guys. They were great got it done faster then they said and a little bit cheaper then the estimate they gave me. If you ever need a body shop go she them!!!! You won’t regret it.

I loved this place so much! They always make sure that customers are taken care of and they never over charge. The owner and employees are all well educated in cars so you will never have to worry if your car are in bad hands. I took my Audi to them for any car work such as brake checks/replacements and oil changes. I always enjoy the conversations I have with the employees and the welcoming atmosphere! I would highly recommend this auto shop to my friends and family!

Not that I get in a lot of accidents lol, but Ive used this body shop at least 4 times and each time, my cars look BRAND NEW! They do such an amazing job and work directly with my insurance company so I dont have to deal with the headache which is a huge PLUS! I will never use anyone else when I need car body repair.

I was coming in as a self paying customer but he made sure my car was fixed in a reasonable time along with quality work also! I had a really great experience with these guys. I was in a minor accident and my front end was damaged. It took about a week and a half and boy was it worth the wait! My car is FLAWLESS! My new front end looks better than when the car was.

I took my car to General Collision after getting rear-ended in traffic. After an initial inspection of the damages, they helped me understand what to expect from the insurance claim process and set me up with a nearby rental car agency.They were very thorough in the repairs. The obvious damage was to the bumper and the metal panel under the trunk; they also replaced a section of the exhaust pipe that was bent from the impact. Looking at the car now, youd never know it was hit, and it drives as well as ever. Thanks!

Since I had no collision insurance and the body repair would be 100% out-of-pocket, I needed to keep cost down. General Collision was super cooperative in repairing old parts when feasible, rather than ordering all new parts, which is the norm. I fully understand that this will be not result in a like new car, but then, my car has 220,000 miles and is 16 years old, so it would never look like new!

Great shop, everybody is approachable and helpful. They answer the phone, call back really quickly, and provide updates throughout the work being done promptly. Repair was flawless, General Collision was an awesome point of contact to have and answered every question that came up.

This was the best auto shop experience we have ever had! We were road tripping and pulled part of the bumper off. General Collision fixed the bumper in NO TIME despite being closed for renovations and the staff was INCREDIBLE - kind, welcoming, knowledgeable. We found this shop originally because of a niche miata shop my husband took his classic miata to, that recommended them. We have had multiple repairs done by them and each time they do a phenomenal job! Family owned and run they make you feel like family too. Their work is done for a very reasonable price and they always stay close to the estimate. My husband is an extreme car enthusiast and works in the motorsports industry and he is consistently pleased with the work they put out.

Had them repaint my car. They did an awesome job for a very fair price. As a result, theyve gained a lot of business from my recommendations and other friends whove given them business, Great people. I used them several times since and recommend them highly.
