Best gamestop in town, always have the newest stock of pops, games, items, etc. My go to when I get the news something new dropped. Stocked always, friendly, and informative staff. There was even times when they would have a gaming poster they would switch out and most of the time they will give me a call to pick it up and have it ! Above and beyond always :)

I was finally able to collect my preordered T-800 figure from Terminator Dark Fate. Took forever and I was the one who called them for a status check, SMH. Im getting Sarah Connor at Target for a better price so FYI. $21.49 vs. $26.99...

The staff at this store is great. Any time and any day. I am writing this today because I felt the extra work they went through to help my son find a controller after his right bumper button stopped working was awesome. We had a warranty, but because everyone was out of the controller it took a bit more time for them to get him one. They kept me updated every step of the way. From when they replied to the warranty claim to shipping to it arriving at the store. Then to hold it until we got back into town from vacation showed a ton of integrity. My son was overjoyed to get it.

This GameStop is one of my favorite! The store leader Kena is so knowledgeable and friendly. She always goes out of her way to have a conversation and to inform you of any special deals or new game releases. They always have a really good stock of games and collectibles!

Nice clean store. It got busy really quick when I was there and it looked like there was only 1 clerk (Kena) handling all the transactions. But she did a great job handling the customers and was very courteous and informative handling the transactions. Its like that with all the clerks in there. They seem to know what theyre talking about and will help you in any way find what you need. I havent had any bad experience in there.

They have some good deals every so often, but with everything available online these days, there is no reason to come to the store. Unless of course you order something for store pickup, or you want something right away and they have it in stock.

I feel that the employees make this location as pleasant as it is to shop at. We never make it more than two steps through the door before someone smiling, asks if we need any help finding something.We are in and out in less than 5.I do plan to name drop next time because there is one employee who goes above and beyond every time, very nice person.

Ive shopped here for quite a few years, and I like it. Employees greet everyone as they enter, and are both friendly and knowledgeable. Ive had a couple issues with games not working, but returns are mostly painless. 4/5 only because its Gamestop, meaning they overcharge for recent or popular games, and always try to sell you on pre-orders and warranties. Overall, Im happy with this store.

Manager looks like she hates her job and everybody who walks in great feeling! bought a used system here worst mistake ever made it keeps freezing I have returned 2 already on my third. I guess thats what you get when the system is tested for 15 min who plays for that short of a time. I get wrong and diff info each employee you talk to. They for sure have no problem wasting your gas because they dont want to recite search like they can do. The original employees of this store who are still there are the best ones who put effort in. I miss old manager who left to Stockton he knows how to handle business right. I wont be returning to this store ever again which I mad about because it has been my favorite for years.

No I dont want to open a 20th gamestop account, no I dont want to hear about saving 2% on your garbage product line. Your controllers break in months and your discs skip. Im not going to pay an extra 3.00 insurance for a disc when you claim to check it.I buy digital games for this reason, to avoid gamestop when I can.

Kena tsao & the rest of the staff there are great. Ive been a gamer since the first call of duty 4 mw1 was out back in 2007/2008 Gamestop is way better then game crazy was. Ill always be a gamer for life. The staff are always so nice & friendly always greeting u when u walk through the doors. I always love the Sony & Nintendo sections of games & PS cards. Kena tsao is the no#1 very friendly staff there she is still a gamer herself & goes to comic on e3 conventions. Yes GameStop is way better then gamecrazy was. I would like to work at GameStop myself to. We us gamers always help each other including the staff from the graphics to the storyline to mp games.
